It's official, we have a premiere date for DOCTOR WHO's final two specials, Doctor Who: The End of Time.

Part One will premiere on Saturday, December 26, 2009 on BBC America, and the premiere date for Part Two should be announced very soon as well.

This will be the last Doctor Who episodes starring David Tennant as the Tenth Doctor. He will then be replaced by Matt Smith who will become the Eleventh Doctor in the new season slated to premiere in 2010.

Doctor Who: The End of Time will also bring back a favorite of mine: The Master. I personally can't wait to see John Simm back as The Master. And if the last episode featuring The Master is anything to go by, we should expect this one is going to be epic!

DOCTOR WHO FINAL TWO SPECIALS BEGIN DECEMBER 26 ON BBC AMERICA

The finale to the era of David Tennant as the Tenth Doctor, is one of the most eagerly anticipated adventures in the history of Doctor Who. As previously announced, the next special, Doctor Who: The Waters of Mars premieres Saturday December 19, 9:00pm ET/PT on BBC AMERICA. The final two specials, Doctor Who: The End of Time, Part One and Doctor Who: The End of Time, Part Two, will premiere over the holiday season starting December 26 on BBC AMERICA. Guest stars John Simm, Timothy Dalton, Catherine Tate, Lindsay Duncan and Bernard Cribbins join Tennant on his final journey. This slick re-imagination of Doctor Who, created by Russell T Davies (Torchwood, Queer as Folk), puts a fresh spin on the adventures of the iconic Time Lord and his feisty companions - who travel across the universe to protect Earth from dangerous aliens and terrifying monsters. Davies and Tennant are passing the baton to Steven Moffat and actor Matt Smith, who will play the Eleventh Doctor in a new season of the re-imagined series premiering in 2010 on BBC AMERICA.

The BBC will release The Waters of Mars and The End of Time, Part One and Part Two on DVD and Blu-ray, Tuesday, February 2, 2010. A 5-disc set, Doctor Who: Specials Collection, which includes The Next Doctor, Planet of the Dead, Waters of Mars, The End of Time, Part One and Part Two and a 16-page booklet with an introduction written by David Tennant, hits stores the same day.

The final season of LOST (Season 6) finally has a premiere date for Tuesday February 2, 2010. I am beyond excited about this, but at the same time so sad that it's all coming to an end.

ABC announces the premiere of the sixth and final season of "Lost," with a special all-night event on Tuesday, February 2. A recap special will kick off the night from 8:00-9:00 p.m., ET, followed by the much anticipated two-hour premiere from 9:00-11:00 p.m.

The series will then air in its regular time period - Tuesday nights from 9:00-10:00 p.m., ET - beginning the following week, on February 9.

LOST Season 6 Premiere Date Announced

Now this is what I call a good news! We finally have a premiere date for Season 3 of CHUCK. It returns on Sunday, January 10, 2010 at 9/8c with a two-hour premiere, and then moves to its regular timeslot on Monday at 8pm starting January 11.

UNIVERSAL CITY, Calif. – November 17, 2009 – NBC's action-comedy series "Chuck" returns to the NBC lineup on Sunday, January 10 with all-new missions and two action-packed, back-to-back original episodes in its season premiere (9-11 p.m. ET) before the series -- starring Zachary Levi in the title role -- moves to its regular day and time (Mondays 8-9 p.m. ET) beginning January 11.

In addition, "Chuck" returns with guest stars galore in its third season. These include: Angie Harmon (NBC's "Law & Order"), who will play Sydney, an enemy operative; Brandon Routh ("Superman Returns"), who is set to play CIA Agent Daniel Shaw; Robert Patrick ("Terminator 2: Judgment Day") will play Colonel Keller, a soldier and spy from Casey's past; Kristin Kreuk ("Smallville"), who will portray Hannah -- a potential love interest for Chuck; Armand Assante ("Judge Dredd") as dictator Premier Goya, who is the target of an assassin; Steve Austin ("WWE Smackdown!") will portray Hugo Panzer, who becomes entangled in Chuck's first solo mission; and Vinnie Jones ("Snatch") will play Carl Stromberg, an arms dealer.

In other programming news, a special two-hour episode of "Heroes" will be broadcast on Monday, January 4 (8-10 p.m. ET) and then the series moves to its new time slot of Mondays (9-10 p.m. ET) starting January 11.

In "Chuck," the world's nerdiest secret agent is back in the one-hour action-comedy series. Chuck Bartowski (Levi, "Less Than Perfect") continues as the computer geek, working at a Buy More electronics store, who unwittingly becomes the government's most vital secret agent. Chuck is transformed into the Intersect 2.0 after another data download into his brain. This time, he not only knows government secrets, but he is also well equipped with deadly fight skills. Chuck has the potential to become a real agent, but he has one problem -- his emotions. Now he faces the battle of keeping his emotions in check in order to protect himself and the people around him.

The ever stoic Colonel John Casey (Adam Baldwin, "My Bodyguard") returns with partner Sarah Walker (Yvonne Strahovski, "Gone"), one of the CIA's top agents and Chuck's dream girl. As Chuck assumes his new role as the Intersect 2.0, Casey and Sarah need to protect him but also help him become the agent he is destined to be.

Also starring are: Joshua Gomez ("Without a Trace") as Morgan Grimes -- Chuck's best buddy; Sarah Lancaster ("What About Brian?") as Chuck's ever-supportive sister Ellie; Ryan McPartlin ("Living with Fran") as Devon Woodcomb (also known as "Captain Awesome"), Ellie's husband. Ghost Whisperer "Lost in the Shadows" Season 5 Episode 9

FRINGE's next episode, "August", which airs on Thursday November 19, will be Observer-centric, and having seen the episode, all I can say is get ready for one of the best Fringe episodes ever.

(There might be some minor spoilers following, so read at your own risk)

So far we haven't learned much about The Observer, apart from the fact that he... well, observes, and that he is somehow tied to Walter and most likely has answers to a lot of questions we have.

Well, I am happy to say that in this episode we learn much more about him, starting with the fact that there isn't just one Observer, oh no, it's like a group, seriously. And while their sole purpose is to observe, one of them decides to interfere with how things were supposed to go. And that's what starts the events that lead to the case for "August."

The episode centers mostly on the "rogue" Observer, August, as we find out his motive for interfering. At the same time Olivia, Peter and Walter try to solve the mystery surrounding his actions as well.

Throughout the episode we find out quite a lot about what it is The Observers do and what happens when one of them decides to interfere. We also learn more about Walter's relationship with the Observer (the one we have come to know as The Observer) in quite an emotional scene. I have to admit that the more things we find out about Walter, the less crazy I think he is. The writers are just so good at creating layers for their characters, it's really a joy to watch them evolve.

But the main reason that I loved this episode so much is because of Peter Woodward, who plays August, the Observer. He is so freaking brilliant, it's unbelievable. He literally steals the show away from the regular cast. As I was watching the episode I found myself caring more about what was happening to his character than the others. The regular team just felt like second characters, it really was the August show. But that's ok because he is such a compelling character and you're just dying to find out more about him.

So there you have it. This is an episode not to be missed, especially if you are an Observer fan. So make sure to tune in tonight, November 19 and watch Fringe at 9pm on Fox.

Finn and Quinn's respective parents reacted very differently to finding out the baby news, but both reactions were tearjerkers. Thank goodness there were also some lighter moments and songs thrown in so that things didn't get too heavy.

If Finn singing "I'll Stand By You" to a sonogram wasn't emotional enough, the sight of him breaking down in his mother's arms put me over the edge. It's not even his baby! He has to find out soon, right? It was really sweet to see his mom be so supportive even though she was disappointed.

Finn's mom looks like parent of the year compared to the cold Mr. and Mrs. Fabray. This year's Celibacy Ball is really going to suck, but kicking your pregnant daughter out of the house is just heartless. I still think that what Quinn is doing to Finn is wrong, but I have some newfound sympathy for her. It was nice to see the glee kids rally around them at the end and their rendition of "Lean on Me" was awesome.

So, we've been waiting for Puck to fess up to someone about being the father of the baby. It finally happens and Mercedes tells him to back off. What? It's his baby! Worst. Advice. Ever. Oh wait, no. Kurt advising Finn to tell his girlfriend's parents that she's pregnant by singing them a ballad was the worst advice ever. Bad advice aside, his crush on Finn is cute and I hope they can at least be friends.

After this episode, I think I'm going to need a chart to keep track of who's crushing on whom. Since the first episode I've been wondering why the girls (or boys) in glee club aren't crushing on Mr. Schuester. All I can say to Rachel is, duh, of course Mr. Schue is fine. The look of fear on his face when they were singing "Endless Love" was just hilarious. I also loved watching Emma and Rachel swoon as he sang and danced on the piano during the "Don't Stand So Close To Me"/"Young Girl" mashup.

My only complaint was that there was no Sue Sylvester. I guess Jane Lynch can't be in every episode, but I miss her when she's gone. It looks like she's be back next week and I can't wait!

GLEE "Ballad" Review

Take a first look at James Franco on GENERAL HOSPITAL in the recurring role of Franco, a mystery person who comes to Port Charles and will be intertwined with many other residents in town. His first airdate is November 20, as part of the climax of November sweeps. "General Hospital" airs Monday-Friday (3:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m., ET) on the ABC.

It seems that this guest starring role might be part of a bigger project that James Franco and friend filmmaker Carter are currently working on. Carter recently mentioned it in an interview with Movieline, "It was an idea that I posed to him, and it’s tied to another film that he and I are working on now. It’s not specifically for another project, because I know that he’s really enjoying the challenge of working on a soap — it’s a very taxing job, and an interesting thing for him to be doing — but it does have to do with another film that he and I are working on."

Only time will tell, but in the meantime enjoy a promo and a few photos of James Franco on General Hospital.
