Which healing Modality to use is Best?

How to be clearer on our ideas of which healing system to use is best and how much they are easy or good vs another modality is the topic I am discussing today . I don't treat any system of healing as my bible , or be all and end all, my spiritual path is my truth and way and all of the healing tools I have in my spiritual toolkit aide and assist me and people I work with in becoming free and happy with themselves and others. Sometimes my mind has an issue with which tool is best and maybe I should only use one but I love them all and I listen to my divine inner guidance which one for what problem will be best suited . To me its like having many ingredients for recipes and you can make many different recipes with different ingredients so I may combine them when I am working as a healing practitioner for myself or another and its always very creative and open when a recipe is made to help an issue.

So use whatever healing system or tools you are happy with , they are all worthy and great but remember as we grow new healing tools and ways are needed to suit our changing consciousness so don't hang on to one with the mind and attachment and try to be open to new ways of healing and new modalities that come along. Over time I have resisted some great healing tools because my mind had judged it but eventually if it's going to be beneficial for me to learn it and accept it I do as it may be perfect for someone I am helping. Trust your intuition if it's alot of money and time and something inside says you aren't sure about it wait and see and ask for guidance whether it's for you or not from your guides and angels.

Healing is really the job of the divine so we only need to get ourselves out of the way to allow it to assist us , so these tools are helping us to free the mind so the healing can take place. When you become like Braco a Croatian healer is gaze or voice his the conduit for the Divine and you receive the healing silently just opening to it from within. So on another level once we stop resisting and start allowing ourselves to be in harmony with the Divine we start to heal from our issues. Healing tools help us to open up to the Divine and let go of our baggage more easily, unlocking the ties that bind us so tightly and we let the flow of the Divine in .

Love filled Ho'oponopono cleaning

Why do we clean ? How much do we clean? What do you want to achieve by cleaning? What is ho'oponopono cleaning? Do you just want to be feeling differently? All these questions about cleaning is about what you really want and what you actually feel when you are cleaning away on your memories with the ho'oponopono cleaning tools. Most of the time our mind wants to figure these things out and control our lives. But with this practice we are cleaning to be free ~ home in ourselves ~home in ~home in peace~ just plain home and feeling connected and loving ourselves and others. But as we feel we aren't there and we must clean to be free we put another pressure on ourselves, so how about we just ask ourselves " what do I really really want that I feel I don't have ? " What will it take to bring me home to myself right now ? How can I increase my ability to let go and Let God ? "

Once you know your 'theme' what you really want to experience that is governing you and causing you to act in certain ways to try to get your need for your theme met , you will better understand yourself and your motives. So ask 'what is it that I most want to give and receive' until you have found the word that is your theme now and then use that word as your cleaning tool and your magic word to manifest it into your reality. Create more of that for yourself by simply allowing it to be your experience now. If you have a pendulum ask is this word my theme until you find it or muscle test or ask the universe~Divinity to show you the word that's your theme and confirm it to you. When you get it you will be able to unlock your hidden fears and create more joy for yourself.

Spiritual practice involves putting our attention on what we love and filling ourselves with higher energy so we can really feel the Divine within. Words can help unlock the memories causing a blockage to the Divinity within us that is always available and flowing through us. So as we clean and say "thankyou ~I love you ~Lightswitch ~ Dewdrop" what is going on is we are putting our energy into being free and switching to another level of truth and freedom. The resistance to God is melted away by the love within us.

Hello to everyone here , for some time I have thought of sharing some of the great email discourses I have been having with Ron from America for quite a while now, he writes me how he is going and what healing work he is doing and asks me questions and I share with him what I am doing also . Thank you, thank you, thank you for sharing this with me. I was just thinking about you when I woke up this morning wondering how things are progressing for you and then I received this. Good way to start my day thank you. All is going well and I am doing lots of practice with my Theta Healing too especially sending people Unconditional Love. I haven't worked with anyone yet and I am re-reading the book too. Tell me please Erika what effects does Unconditional Love for a person when you have Creator send it to them? I have been doing this every morning now since the class. I send it to you and many others I know around the world.
We had an earthquake the other day which was rather scary since we don't get them here. It was close to a 6 point and we had lots of shaking too going on. All is well and there was no damage. You keep up the wonderful work you are doing and I appreciate everything you share too.

Hi Ron,

I am happy you liked getting this Ho'oponopono lovers Facebook post I just posted on my blog Divine Inspirations for You. I attempted to do this a while ago as I sent out one to Divine Angel Treasures in my first week of the Ho'oponopono lovers page and I couldn't get the the material from the email to convert into a blogpost to work at all within Blogger and I put much time and effort into it but I gave up on it as it was too lengthy to do. So now 3mths later I just created a new one easily from scratch as I had realised I hadn't been blogging very often as I post a lot of great stuff on my Facebook pages, so I thought why not just copy them into a post on my blog and WOW it was quickly done. Afterwards I realised I had succeeded in what I had tried to do 3months ago! So all things get created we attempt to do eventually in maybe a different way when we are clear and ok . Over the last 3 months the ho'oponopono lovers page has grown quickly and there are many pages of posts now and lots of sharing and I am very happy with it as a vehicle for sharing with others anything Ho'oponopono. I have now linked in to some other great Ho'oponopono Facebook pages also that are new and we are forming a good network and making friends.

Right now I am listening to a Jo Dunning healing recording that she did a day ago and I am receiving the energy coming through her session as I write to you so I hope you get some of this Transformational energy. And now guess what she just mentioned your Earthquake you wrote about I just read ten mins ago so how is that for synchronocity. I am all the way over here in Australia and you're in America and Jo Dunning is talking now and we are connected to what is going on in each others part of the world. WE are each part of the problem and part of the solution, we all have a role to give as much love and service as we can to others around us as best we can and to do all that we do with love .

The word Creator has got a bit misused within ThetaHealing and on the Internet with issues arising for people over the term and its connotations so I prefer to Use All That Is or Divinity or even God, some use Source too, apparently there are over 700 names for God out there. There are being on different spiritual planes that we may mistake for God and are happy for us to believe they are, these are the lower planes below the Soul plane. Thankyou for sending love my way , if you send love through God or a spiritual master to someone this is a good way to do it, you can also do it from your heart to theirs and just say I love you thankyou God Bless You, I wish you Love, Health and Progress . How much the person receives is how open and allowing of Love to come in they are and the channel you send it through will see that they receive the right amount for them so as not unbalance them . So what effect it has is to raise the vibration of everyone and the planet as you send out love , so we all benefit and YOU get filled with love also.

Thinking of the person as happy and perfect and receiving all that they would wish for themselves is beneficial also . Pure love from the heart comes from God and as you are a vehicle for this Love to come through you and you allow the love to flow thru you fully this is divine service and IT will do whatever is Gods will for all around you, you may not consciously do anything at all but God can work through you. I am allowing Jo Dunnings wonderful healing energy to be channeled to you and anyone else who reads this too. I have been wanting to share our wonderful email conversations for a while so I will start with this one, and if I find people have enjoyed our discourse I will share more.

Do what you feel guided to do Ron and you can't go wrong. Trust all you do is doing good and having a wonderful effect. If we saw all that is the outcome of our thoughts feelings and actions we would mind what we do and say much more. One negative thought about someone can switch off their Energy and over a long period of time can cause illness and problems for them and for ourselves too! That is if the person hasn't protected themselves from others negative thought forms with an Energy Bubble of Love , you can clear yourself of non beneficial thought forms and negative energy daily , just say

" I raise my energy to the highest Divine and Healing level now,

and free myself from all negative energies that inhabit my body

and energy field sending these to the proper plane to free them

from attachment now !"

Erasing the Tape with Ho'oponopono

I love practicing the cleaning memories Hawaaian method called Ho'oponopono (Self I dentity thru Ho'oponopono) and whenever I am inspired to I use any other method or tool the Divinity within guides me to. I don't question it as this is my guidance and it always works for me or my client when I listen to divine inner guidance on what to do next. Mabel Katz says to ride one horse only as then your inner child doesn't get confused .Howevert I also listen to what tool is best to use in the moment for the issue. I have been collecting a large spiritual tool kit over the years and I value them all, all are ingredients that make many different recipes as creatively inspired. My spiritual path is Eckankar and it teaches that when we are ready the master appears to bring us closer to God's love and who we really are. I have learnt many spiritual tools in my spiritual studies with Eckankar over the last 14 years and I feel my spiritual teacher or inner master has guided me to specific tools for my spiritual growth like theta healing and ho'oponopono and Zpoint process.

I first learnt EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) then secondly BSFF -Be Set Free Fast , (these are all under the Thought Field Therapy -TFT umbrella) . At first I resisted a third method from the same tree of TFT but eventually this cleared and I added Z point to my healing tool kit. Zpoint process by Grant Connoly has a similar goal of getting to zero-clear infinite void , the circle empty of all programs beliefs etc they call it cleaning in Ho'oponopono. I have been practicing the wonderful updated Ho'oponopono method since 2007 and in 2008 I got divinely inspired with how I could use this method together with the Erase the Tape method from Zpoint . I have enjoyed using this process many many times with lots of people in my Healing sessions over the last few years and for myself and have had many Most Benevolent outcomes, it certainly aids you in seeing what is there waiting to be freed !

The Method

1.Draw a circle either physically or in your minds eye and put the issue you have in there , (or even circle your finger on paper or in the air).

2. Say "10- 0 "silently or out loud , then "I am sorry, Please forgive me , I love you , thankyou " over and over til its feels clear , taking you to zero limits!!!! Clearing & cleaning everything in the circle just like with the Erase the Tape method . 10 to 0 means going from a 10 stress level of your issue to 0 , clear infinite void ,memories zero, dissolved with love.You can also count down in layers from 10 saying the cleaning words for each number til zero.

3. Look at the circle to see to see if there is more to be cleaned to zero , if you sense more or another connected issue keep going with steps 1 and 2 until you know there is nothing left coming up in there or what is in the circle is positive and loving and what you have arrived at within yourself , as you are home in truth. You will know when this is complete.

4. Trust and allow God/Divinity to do the cleaning of these memories replaying within the subconscious mind and that God knows what memories need cleaning for you and this will occur in the best way and time .Trust that it is done and surrender all to God you have cleaned and released.

It is very handy to use a magnetic flexible whiteboard or any type of whiteboard you have as it saves paper and you can then erase each circles feeling thoughts beliefs etc. You can use paper if you wish and keep doing new circles of your layers until clear.

Self Responsibility

So are we responsible for our problems or is there someone or something we can say caused it and we just reacted to it .One day I decided a reading I was doing wasn't going too well so I decided to try and experiment and I did some work on myself for whatever they were presenting to me as the problem and after that the reading was so much easier and better, My readings are about what we can improve and change for the better that's going on for the person. I call them readings but they are a mix of healing, guidance and teaching. So as Dr Hew Len has stated many times "If you want to solve a problem, work on yourself." If you are feeling bugged by someone just ask "What's going on in me that's causing this person to bug me?"
Dr Hew Len also said" People only show up in your life to bug you!" . When you get that and stop feeling they shouldn't be and resisting what is going on you can allow the situation to BE and Allow it to GO. So just say "I'm sorry for whatever's going on. Please forgive me , thankyou." Only God knows what it is and when you release it and Let God handle it the problem is no more.

Blue Corn Meal

~ if you have Arrowhead Brand Blue Corn Meal it is beneficial as the arrow aids it targeting the memories, otherwise use whatever blue corn meal you can find. Just put a pinch in with your blue solar water , put a touch of it on your hands, put a small open dish with some in it around your house, take some with you if travelling, put some in your foods, make blue corn meal pancakes ...with blue solar water and strawberries on top with maple syrup great cleaning combo, there are also blue corn chips too. Toxic emotions and thoughts ie MEMORIES get cleaned that you maybe unaware of while it's in a dish. My Life as a Reader and Healer !

Today I was musing with my partner on all the funny positions I have done readings in by phone or in the public arena. Sometimes I have been caught on the toilet or trying to have a shower or just trying to get dressed and my reading line phone has gone and I have managed to do a reading. I said to my partner I reckon I could do one standing on my head. I have been doing phone readings for over 7 years and private readings for people for 15-20 years. People ask me how long have I been doing readings for and I usually can't remember.

Some public settings have been incredible one time I was booked into an event at a nightclub and told there would be a setup for me with a tent etc and somehow it was all bungled and I ended up in the ladies room, some women were even smoking while they waited and I had to ask them not to as it was hard enough in there without smoke , a noisy band was outside making it hard to hear! I did another booking in a football club for a ladies afternoon while the guys were playing football outside with see through glass walls for viewing the games. And by the way I detest football ! Another time I went to the Coopers Waterhouse building in the city up on a high level and on a corner lookout position with wall to wall glass surrounding me. Now the thing is this makes feel dizzy and unwell but I still managed to give the staff at their work function their readings. Another time I was booked to give readings on a boat cruise and it took quite a bit of focus to do the readings justice as the boat turned corners and became rocky .

Sometimes the pay is fantastic and other times quite low. But I always enjoy giving the readings and meeting so many wonderful people. I have done Clairvoyant nites at Clubs quite often and many times booked other readers to assist on the evenings. Most of my work is over the phone and I always really enjoy it when someone comes to my private Healing Reading room for their reading its way easier and better to be together physically in the session.

Some of the time I set out to give a reading at these public functions and it turns into a healing reading and we clear things blocking the person in their life or do a healing on an issue or heal their energy. I may feel now is not the time or place but The Divine has another plan going on. I don't set out to play medium or bust entities but I may find this is what I am called on to be doing for the person. I then have to chuck out my expectations and time issues and just do what is required.

I have listened to so many stories of peoples lives that I don't really need to watch tv. I have to continously clear myself of energies from readings that I may have picked up and I practice ho'oponopono to clean the memories of each reading. What keeps me hanging in there doing this work is the great readings with people that I really enjoy and are such a blessing to experience. I sometimes give readings to family and friends but this is way trickier and I would rather be of service doing a healing for them. I thank God for my spiritual path that without which I wouldn't be doing what I do as this is the foundation to my life and my work.

My real forte is giving transformational healing readings and any time I have the freedom to work in this way I combine my healing work with a reading. In truth all my readings are Healing readings but some more consciously and overtly than others. Each reading is so unique as each person has a different consciousness and vibration and I work with every person individually , so each session is created that is right for that persons needs and desires. I love my work and giving divine service it's a responsibility and a privilege. My work constantly changes as I learn new healing techniques and gain new knowledge, my consciousness is forever evolving so does my work. I am always guided to great healers book and methods and I am so grateful for this spiritual assisted. Each reading I hand over to the Divine so I am listening and following what to say and do for that person.

I aspire to be the best me I can,the best reader and healer serving God and each person divinely. I never knew this would be my career as I trained as a Welfare worker, telephone counsellor, professional mediator and group facilitator. I have done Doreen Virtue's Angel Intuitive course which was fun and I found I was already doing my readings as she teaches but it was great to do it and really helped my career. In 2007 I got into Theta Healing, learning and practicing this modality and now I incorporate this into my healing work. I have so many wonderful healing tools in my spiritual toolkit that I am divinely guided and inspired which ones to use for each person in a session. With the Divine I utilise all of my life experiences, trainings, courses, seminars, studies, books and all I love being and doing into my readings and healings so any of it becomes what will serve someone. I live what I do every day as I work on myself first as a client so I can be of more service to others and I am continously focusing on healing methods, spiritual growth and personal development. My work can be summed up as *Teaching* *Guiding* *Healing*. I love Angels, Rainbows, Unicorns, Dolphins, Nature, Fairies, Spiritual Masters , great healers, people and Life.

One person experiences me in one way and another person gets a totally different aspect of me and style of reading , as no two readings are ever the same. Dream a little dream of Me

The story of my life has now become an incredible journey and a half. I am now remembering how things began to change. One morning I actually started to awaken and wonder about life . Curiousity was the energy to lead me forward, and I wondered at so many things. Many exciting things occuring became my daily experience, as I opened myself to new ways to live and love. Joy became my catchword , Joy in myself, Joy in others, Joy in everything. Things became attracted to me I had never before believed possible, my life became an unknown journey, an exciting possibility.

Wonder and imagination became my best friends , as I wondered about something like 'I wonder if this could be possible for me to do' I would discover ways it was. I started to lead myself to the green pastures I had always dreamed of. People around me were amazed at the divine miracles occuring every day in my life. I started attracting daily divine blessings into my life of gifts of love, miracles and abundance. Finally I had turned a corner and the true me had emerged, the Awakened Self. Eager for life and living, trusting in myself and God, I had finally let Go and let God . Many strange things occurred , visions of the future would pop into my mind and I would see myself doing amazing activities in this world and the spiritual worlds.

All of this became my life and how I live now. I didn't have to die to reach nirvana I only had to let myself Be and open up to all the richness within and without. Remember the song Let it Be~ Let it Be~ Let it Be. I became like a little child playful free and having lots of fun, laughing at anything and everything. Others around me became infected with my energy of enthusiasm. My life became a divine blessing for me and everyone. My heart became fully open and abundant giving and receiving evermore. And so it is now in my life that I dream a thing and it is so already , just a little imagination and fun and it comes into existence. Most Benevolent Outcomes are requests you make for anything at all to your Guardian Angel who will assist you with the request that will be the Most Benevolent for you and all. You will receive inner guidance in many forms as a feeling or a thought or from another person or just a great outcome so they will happen through you and from your outer world . You are giving your GA permission to assist you which brings you closer to them and thins the veil between you and the spiritual worlds as you start to work hand in hand with them, becoming a junior creator. You say them outloud or you write them down, you only need to say them once but if you feel better say them again or for what you are feeling about the manifesting of it. Start on small things and progress to bigger things in your life you want assistance with. If they take a while just trust it is being manifested in divine timing for you and so you are ready to receive it. If its not on your soul path for you ie soul contract it may not manifest so just let go and trust all that is occuring is for your best and highest good. If you keep a journal you will be able to see what happens and write down the results. Many people email Tom T Moore with their results and he shares these with his readers of his newsletters and blog.

This document was created by Erika L Soul on May 2011 from many MBO‟s found in The Gentle Way newsletter and Most Benevolent Outcomes Blog by Tom T Moore and Steve Pavlina‟s forum plus my own creations and conversions.This is a way to have your MBO's in a list you can access easily and in section headings like Relationships, so it's easier to find them and say them. It is not complete and does not include heaps Tom Moore has. If your MBO is in this and has been changed I hope you don't mind. This compilation has been in the works for a few months and then I got the energy and inspiration to do the editing and work of making it into a document which I am very pleased with.

There will be more to come as I find new MBO's and create them so there will be new versions of this document in the future. Feel free to edit and make it your own plus add your own MBO's and you can share it all you want. The Word doc file is the one to download so you can make changes but if you don't have Segoe print font then it will not be all in order.

Since I added an MBO into the credits at the end of this doc many MBO's have occurred that relate to what I asked for, such as being able to convert this into a PDF format to keep the font and document intact for those without Segoe print font . I also found a great website for sharing documents articles etc and have uploaded this successfully. So this project has been time consuming but has reaped many MBO's which would make a large list already! I have learnt a lot plus read over so many great MBO's and reworded them for even better results. I could go on but I will stop now !!! My wish is for this to benefit everyone and myself and create heaps of MBO's and wonderful experiences.

Blue Solar Water Prayer

LET THIS WATER CLEANSE,PURIFY AND RELEASE ME AND MY FAMILY,RELATIVES AND ANCESTORS from SPIRITUAL,MENTAL, MATERIAL, FINANCIAL AND KARMIC DEBTS.

Pull out from my Memory Bank all the unwanted,negative memories And blocks. Sever, Detach, untie and Release these unwanted memories and Blocks. Transmute these unwanted energies to "PURE LIGHT".

With total Forgiveness and Unconditional Love I delete the old from my DNA release it and let it go now.

I allow every PHYSICAL, MENTAL,EMOTIONAL AND SPIRITUAL PROBLEM and INAPPROPRIATE BEHAVIOR based on the memories to quickly disappear.

Thank you SPIRIT , for coming to my aid and helping me attain the full Measure of my creation.

How to make your own Blue Solar Water.

Blue solar water is EASY to make, delicious to drink AND a powerful CLEANING tool
to erase memories.

1. Get a Glass Blue Bottle. Any color blue, from light blue to Dark blue will work.

2. Fill with Tap water and cover with a non-metallic lid--cork, plastic,Even cloth Wrapped with a rubber band will work because the Purpose of the lidIs just to Keep the dirt and bugs (that Love Blue Solar Water) out.
3. Place in the Sun for an hour or more. Mabel comments that when left Longer, it is Sweeter.
4. When done, your Blue Solar Water can be stored in the refrigerator in Any Container, glass, plastic, etc.
5. ENJOY!

How Much Blue Solar Water to drink? Dr. Ihaleakala Hew Len recently Shared that, for the sole purpose of CLEANING memories, he drinks aGallon and a half of Blue Solar Water a day!

How to get your Blue Solar Water when traveling: While traveling it is
Easy to get your daily Blue Solar water. Just take a small bottle with
You and add one drop to anything you drink. This one drop is enough to
Solarize anything that you drink.

You can also use it mentally. Mentally repeat "Solar Water" This will
Work when you REALLY cannot prepare it or have access to it. God will do It for you ONLY when you cannot do it physically.

How to get enough Blue Solar Water in the winter, when the days can be Dark and sunless? Same as when traveling, a very small amount of BlueSolar water, even one drop, added to regular water will solarize it. You Can also solarize it under an incandescent clear light (blue bottle) for An hour, or an incandescent blue light (clear bottle) for an hour.

How else to use Blue Solar water:
- Add some to your Coffee, Tea, Cocoa, Juice, etc

- Add Blue Solar Water to everything you cook, Pasta, Soup, Oatmeal,
Scrambled eggs, etc. Remember, just a drop of Blue Solar Water will
Solarize all of it.

- Add some Blue Solar Water to your washing machine when washing Clothes

- Spray some in your dryer

- Add it to your radiator to make your car hummmm

- Add it to your bath water

- Spray yourself with Blue Solar water after showering

- Spray rooms with Blue Solar Water

- Gargle with it.

- Wash Floors with it

- Wash your car with Blue Solar Water

So, I have a blue bottle here. I am going to show you how to make a Special kind of water that will release memories, Earth bound spirits, Entities, and space beings.

Here's blue water. So, here is how this works.

This is a CLEANING PROCESS. So what you need is a blue bottle. It can be Any kind of bottle. It has to be glass. Of course, it has to be blue.
Then you fill it up with tap water!
So, you put tap water in there. Then you need a solar source. It could Be the sun, but let's say so the sun comes down and hits that andHits in the bottle.

Now, what it'll do is it'll take all of the toxins out, any Memories( programs beliefs past experiences emotions) that is not correct for you and it will infuse it with whatever Rainbow colors that is perfect for you. It will make this exchange. So Down comes the Source, It could be the sun or it can be an incandescent Light bulb! NOT fluorescent! So, there has been a move to ____Fluorescent lamps, too bad for us, because they burn! If you go to Classrooms in which the fluorescent lamp leads, you have lot of Problems, you see? So, now, you can have THIS as a Source, Energy sourceOr the sunlight. What it needs is at least an hour!

Here you go. Okay. I fill it up with tap water. I leave it out in the Sun or under our incandescent lamp and now all I do is I am going to Drink this stuff and this is another form that says, "I love You!" So, now I am drinking it. As I drink it, it will begin to work on Erasing anything in your entities, Earth bound, space beings or anything
Like that.

Dr. Hew Len: But now, what THIS will do for you, because most of us run Around dehydrated, it will do like this. If you have any respiratory problem, if you drink at least a gallon of this, it'll knock it out; if you have any back problems, if you have any joint problems, if you Have any muscle problems, it'll knock it out...just memories. But, now you are hydrating yourself. Now, remember now, it's going into The Subconscious before its goes into the cell. It's changing you at The Subconscious level. So, if you drink this stuff, a Lot of your so called health problems will go...guarantee.

Basically, no. Be 100% responsible for one's self. When one tries to take on the responsibility (to fix - heal) you are alsotaking on all the responsibility for them, their relatives, ancestors, and incarnations selves.((I am paraphrasing here)) a very heavy load, Indeed.

But, if you make it for yourself, it'll take care of the other person. Whatever comes off of you, will come of the other person. Now, let's say you have a party and you serve it anyway. I mean, you know, that's when you REALLY want to make sure that you've got the water out, because they are coming...Not to see you, they are coming to be cleaned up! Oh, it would be like the same if they came to see us, but somehow The Universe is saying, "Uh-oh, they know something we don't now!" They are going to show up! Yeah.

(Dr. Len refers to a book: "The Bodies Many Cries For Water" in This section of the talk. The back-story to this book is fascinating. And I ((Bill)) have been following some of the precepts of the book, using my blue solar water, of course. I will add some links and info in another post. I have also been using a stir wand, but that is even another story)

A few more additional tips:

-Use a mister or diffuser. Also, oils or sea salt can be added.

-Spray one's shoes to cleanse memories that have been picked up.

-Add to cleaning supplies

-Spray pets.

-Add to pet's water

-Some have reported success with acne.

Dr. Len often references the work of: Fereydoon Batmanghelid.
For those not familiar with him ,in a very small nutshell, Dr. B. story is:
He was a medical doctor who was thrown into an Iranian prison.
The only thing he had to treat his fellow prisoners with was water.
He was successful, which lead him into researching hydration.
Even after being offered release, he stayed in prison for another year,
as he felt he was there for a reason, and wanted to finish his research.

Very basically, his research shows that for every two pounds of body weight,a person needs one ounce of water. So a 100 pound person needs 50 ounces of water a day,a 150 pound person 75 ounces and so on. For every ounce of a caffeinated or alcoholic beverage, a person needs anadditional two ounces of water. BTW: other liquids such as juice, pop, tea, and so forth does not count as water. He also touted the importance of salt in hydration and the overall health of the body vs. sodium (table salt). He recommended one quarter teaspoon of high quality sea salt for every quartof water. Before hedied his top choice was Himalayan Salt.
