Williams has publicized that flavonoids can protect brain cells against the toxic actions of beta-amyloid.</p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">It is found that epicatechin saves brain cells from damage and have shown in laboratory tests that it can also reduce some aspects of Alzheimer’s disease pathology.</p>

<p>This study was done by Tufts University and according to them fish has omega 3 fatty acids and this acid offers protection against the eye disease.</p>
<p>This research was done on almost 3,000 people by questioning then about their general diet. Then for over eight years the condition was monitored.</p>
<p>The result of this research shows that this disease was 25 per cent less likely among those people who took a diet rich in omega 3 fatty acids.</p>
