Big time Grammy winner, Adele,  is the cover girl for the March issue Vogue Magazine.

Adele gave this interview long before she knew she would take home Grammy’s biggest awards.  Check out some highlights below:

On the start of her voice troubles (January, right at the outset of the world promotional tour for 21): “I’ve been singing properly every day since I was about fifteen or sixteen and I have never had any problems with my voice, ever. I’ve had a sore throat here and there, had a cold and sung through it, but that day it just went while I was onstage in Paris during a radio show. It was literally like someone had pulled a curtain over it.”

On realizing the problem with her voice was serious: “That was a hemorrhage, a burst blood vessel on my vocal cord. That healed, I did a tour, and then it happened again at my best friend’s wedding on October 1. I knew my voice was in trouble and obviously I cried a lot. But crying is really bad for your vocal cords, too!”

On other singers who have had throat surgery reached out to her: “John Mayer had it done at the same time as I did and he really helped me be chilled out about it. Roger Daltrey’s had loads of stuff done; Steven Tyler reached out; Elton John. Lots of artists have had problems with their voices, but you don’t know about it. And they are still singing incredibly well in their 50s and 60s.”

On finding out she was nominated for six awards:  “I burst into tears when I found out.  And I would love, absolutely love, to win. This record is coming to an end, and that would be the final brick on it.”

On her future plans:  “I want to evolve as an artist. There’s so much music I don’t know about yet. I want to go on the road with my friends who are artists. I want to go and see things as a fan again. I am a fan, but I can’t remember what it feels like to be a fan anymore. Because I’ve become an artist. I’ve become the artist.”

Adele was the BIG winner tonight at the 54th Annual Grammy Awards.  I mean the girl took home Album of the Year, Record of the Year, Pop Solo Performance, Pop Vocal Album… I could go on!

She also performed her hit song ‘Rolling in the Deep’ even starting it off A Cappella. She was flawless!  And after the throat surgeries she went through this year, it’s just amazing!

Bobby Brown broke down back stage before he was to perform onstage with New Edition after learning of Whitney Houston’s death. He missed their opening performance during a concert in Mississippi on Saturday night and then later at the end of another song yelled “I love you, Whitney” and blew a kiss to the sky.

Bobby broke down while singing Tenderoni and asked the audience to sing along as he sobbed.

Whitney and Bobby were married from 1992 to 2007 and while they had their ups and downs she told Oprah during a 2009 interview “I loved him so much…He was my drug. I didn’t do anything without him.”

They also have a daughter, Bobbi Kristina, 18, together. I can only imagine how difficult this is for both Bobby and his daughter.

Grammy executive producer Ken Erhlich has confirmed that Jennifer Hudson will perform a “respectful musical tribute” to Whitney Houston during the Grammys.

“It’s too fresh in everyone’s memory to do more at this time, but we  would be remiss if we didn’t recognize Whitney’s remarkable contribution  to music fans in general, and in particular her close ties with the  Grammy telecast and her Grammy wins and nominations over the years,” Ehrlich said.

“It’s hard to think of an artist who had such an incredible instrument,  not to mention beauty, which made her difficulties in recent years even  harder to accept,” he added, of Whitney’s ultimate decline.

Whitney was found dead in her hotel room Saturday afternoon by a member of her entourage. Our thoughts are with her family and friends in this difficult and sad time.

Kate Moss is featured in W Magazine’s March Fashion Issue with a split cover, half as ‘Good Kate’ and half as ‘Bad Kate,’ shot by photographer Steven Klein.   The issue hits newsstands on February 21st.

The scoop behind the ‘good girl/bad girl’ image according to W’s Editor in Chief Stefano Tonchi:  “As I sat through the spring collections in New York, London, Milan, and Paris, I kept thinking about the dichotomy between ‘good girls’ and ‘bad girls.’ It’s an old trope that the fashion world loves to recycle every few seasons: Vampy women wear tough leather and menacing heels, while their angelic alter egos float by in airy chiffon dresses, embroidered slips, and eyelet shifts. This season, however, the good girls seemed to constantly stray into bad-girl territory, and vice versa. Designers are too savvy to go for straightforward clichés, and what I found most interesting was the way in which they tweaked familiar archetypes.”

On choosing Kate ads the cover girl: “One woman who has made a career (and indeed, a life) out of subverting the good girl/bad girl premise is our cover star, Kate Moss, who was photographed by Steven Klein and styled by Fashion and Style Director Edward Enninful in some of the season’s most extreme outfits (‘Good Kate, Bad Kate,’ page 264). But what is it, exactly, about Moss that has kept us enthralled for two decades? The Associated Press has reported that Whitney Houston is dead.

Her publicist, Kristen Foster, says the singer died this afternoon, but the cause and the location of her death were unclear.

UPDATE: TMZ REPORTS:

Our sources tell us a member of Whitney’s entourage found her in her oom at the Beverly Hilton hotel … and called hotel security — who then dialed 911. When paramedics arrived Houston was found unresponsive.

We’re told police arrived to the scene within minutes and fire was already there on an unrelated call. According to our sources, paramedics performed CPR but it did not work and she was pronounced dead at 3:55 PM.

Our sources say there were no signs of obvious foul play, but a BH PD detectives have begun a full investigation. We’re told she was ID’ed by family and friends.

With Cougar Town’s 15-episode season wrapped, Courteney Cox will be keeping busy with her new job.  She is taking on the role of director for an upcoming Lifetime movie, Tall Hot Blonde.

Of the gig she says:

“I love directing.  I thought, ‘Oh my god, this is perfect for my personality, to be involved in every little detail.’ It made me so happy.  The film is a true story about two people falling in love on the Internet, but no one’s who they’re supposed to be.  There’s a murder out of jealousy. It’s a really interesting documentary. It’s a great role for a guy – and it’s not your typical battered woman.”

Cox has a bit of directing experience after directing two episodes of the third season of Cougar Town, which returns on ABC on February 14.

There was a lot of buzz going around yesterday after Entertainment Tonight published new photos of ‘Home Alone’ star Macaulay Culkin, 31, out and about in New York looking ‘extremely thin, gaunt and scruffy.’

His rep came to his defense saying he is fine:

“Macaulay Culkin is in perfectly good health. For Entertainment Tonight or any other media to speculate otherwise is thoughtless, irresponsible and destructive.”

Culkin is rumored to be getting ready to star in the British film ‘Service Man’, which will be release in 2013.

I don’t know, he’s probably just having a hard time with the fact that Mila Kunis left him after being together for so many years and she is now a pretty big star and is looking better than ever. That’d be enough to throw anyone off.

Katharine McPhee is all smiles on the cover of Self magazine’s March 2012 issue. She of course is out there promoting her new television show Smash and in the mag she says she does five hour dance rehearsals.

“I do a five-hour dance rehearsal. I feel it in my thighs and calves, but it’s so stop-and-go. I miss my real workout … I love my body when I’m in the best shape I can be in. It feels good to be strong.”

Wow, that’s dedication. I don’t think my legs would last that long!

Kylie Jenner posted a photo of her sister Khloe Kardashian with a man who actually looks like he could be her real dad on her Twitter page. Here’s what she tweeted along with the photo:

What a little prankster she is, too funny! I bet she had everyone trying to figure that one out for a while, the man in the photo is really Kris Jenner’s longtime hairstylist, Alex Roldan.
