Oprah And Ellen O Magazine Cover December 2009

Back in March, Ellen DeGeneres told Oprah Winfrey that one of her wildest dreams would be to appear on the cover of Oprah’s mag, O Magazine and now Ellen’s wish is finally a reality.

Ellen is sharing the December 2009 Holiday themed issue with Oprah titled, ‘Joy!’

On top of that, Ellen will stop by The Oprah Winfrey show this coming Monday to chat about life with her wife Portia de Rossi and her new job as a judge on the upcoming season of American Idol.

Of the photo shoot with Ellen, Oprah says:

“When Ellen arrived at the photo shoot for our cover, I didn’t have to ask her how she was doing: it showed on her face. She radiated the kind of peace and satisfaction that comes only when you’re living at your highest potential.”

The Ellen issue of O Magazine hits newsstands November 12, 2009.

Pam Anderson Launches Malibu Blue And Malibu Pink Fragrance Line

Pamela Anderson was at the W Hotel in Fort Lauderdale, Fla. last night to launch her much-anticipated first fragrances Malibu Blue and Malibu Pink in partnership with International Beauty Brands.

Of the fragrance Anderson says:

“Both fragrances are fresh, chic and luxurious — and totally inspired by the Malibu surf lifestyle that I love. They are all-natural and embody my free spirit and passionate, ‘get in trouble’ side. Plus, the line is so affordable!”

One of the key figures Anderson wanted in her fragrance line was affordability:

“I am a drugstore whore. I worship drug stores. You have to pull me out of them. My dream is for every woman to be able to go to her favorite drug store and buy an affordable fragrance which will make her feel sexy.”

And of course with her being such a PETA advocate she also had to make sure that the scents fit with her animal-friendly lifestyle:

“Once we completed the product — the glamorous bottle, and the pink and blue packaging — and we were assured everything was ecologically perfect and cruelty free, I was ready to go for it.”

She also added that a portion of proceeds will benefit the animal charity.

Malibu Blue contains notes of wild berries and white florals and Malibu Pink combines sandalwood, caramel and vanilla bourbon. the bottles range in price from $39 for a 1.7 ounce to $49 for a 3.4 ounce spray, and are rolling into stores now.

Fergie Cosmopolitan Magazine December 2009

Fergie Ferg is the cover girl for the December 2009 issue of Cosmopolitan Magazine.

In the mag she chats about her nine-month marriage to Transformers star Josh Duhamel and how happy they are, which ironically is in question right now after word came out the he allegedly cheated on her with a stripper, GASP!

On meeting her future husband on the set of his show, Las Vegas: “At that stage of my life, I don’t think I would have thought that about anybody. I’d made my list of qualities that I wanted, and you can’t just find out if somebody has those in a week. You have to see somebody’s character. It was learning what he was made of that made me fall in love with him.”

Sarah Jessica Parker is the cover girl for the December 2009 issue of Elle Magazine. In her interview with the mag SJP chats about Sex and the City and being a mom. Check out some highlights below.

On rumors of friction with Sex and the City co-star Kim Cattrall: “I don’t think anybody wants to believe that I love Kim. I adore her. I wouldn’t have done the movie without her. Didn’t and wouldn’t.”

On choosing a surrogate to carry her twins: “I knew there would be lots of opinions about, ‘Well, why didn’t you adopt? Why didn’t you do this? Why didn’t you do that?’ and the truth of the matter is, it wasn’t one or the other for us. We had explored, and continue to explore all options, and this one just happened first. This isn’t the period at the end of the sentence.”

On being a hands-on mom: “I love the smell of diapers; I even like when they’re wet and you smell them all warm liked a baked good. I love the smell of Balmex. Love it.”

Fort Hood Shootings

Two gunmen in military uniforms opened fired today at Fort Hood in Texas, killing several people and wounding dozens. Fort Hood, the Army’s largest U.S. Port is in lockdown as authorities respond to the scene

Army officials say as many as 9 have been shot dead, at least 20 wounded. One shooter is in custody and the fort is on lockdown as they search for a second.

Fort Hood spokesman Sgt. Maj. Jamie Posten told CNN:

“At this point we’re looking for the other shooter,” Posten said. Asked for a description, he said, “we’re trying to develop that information.”

U.S. Sen. Kay Bailey Hutchison, R-Texas said the shooters were wearing military uniforms, but it was unclear whether they were soldiers.

Obama is expected to speak soon.

Rihanna Good Morning America Interview With Diane Sawyer

Rihanna, 21, gave her first interview since being assaulted 8 months ago by then boyfriend Chris Brown this morning, Thursday November 5, 2009 on ABC’s Good Morning America with Diane Sawyer.

Rihanna told Diane that Brown, 20, held her in a headlock twice and bit her on the ear and fingers and hinted that it may have taken “eight or nine attempts” before she could finally leave the relationship.

She says:

“I stayed. I even went back after he beat me, which was wrong. It’s completely normal to go back. You start lying to yourself…I’ll say that to any young girl who is going through domestic violence: ‘Don’t react off of love.’”

ABC will air more of the interview on Friday’s GMA and will air in its entirety Friday night on 20/20.

Heidi Klum To Host 2009 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show

Last year, just 8 weeks after giving birth, Heidi Klum worked the runway at the Victoria’s Secret Fashion show looking AMAZING! (pic above)

This year the show comes just 6 weeks after giving birth to her fourth child and Heidi will not be working the runway with the other girls in their super skimpy, just very sexy lingerie, but she will be the shows host.

President and Chief Marketing Officer of VS, Ed Razek, tells People:

“Heidi is superwoman. She had a baby a few weeks ago and she is hosting the most high profile fashion show in the world. Victoria’s Secret is thrilled to have her back. There is no one like her”

The gorgeous Marisa Miller will sport this year’s fabulous diamond bra and The Black Eyes Peas are set to rock the stage.

The 2009 Victoria’s Secret fashion show takes place on Nov. 19. and will air on CBS Dec. 1 at 10pm.

Yesterday Big Bird had the honor of appearing on Google to help celebrate Sesame Street’s 40th Anniversary and today Cookie Monster gets the honor.

Rumors were going around that Cookie Monster was going to be turned into a Veggie Monster to help promote healthy eating in kids, but today’s logo holds strong for his love of delicious cookies.

Very clever logo, I like!

Sexy swimsuit model Joanna Krupa, and Derek Hough’s Dancing With The Stars partner, is posing nude for the second time for Playboy magazine. She first posed in 2005, see the cover below, and is taking her clothes off again for the December 2009 issue.

Joanna, chatted with FOX News on Wednesday telling them the act of posing nude for Playboy empowers women.

“There are several great reasons why female celebs line up to shoot Playboy: finally a woman gets paid more than a man for comparable work, she gets to set the rules, gets to be in a real team work with other women, as many key positions at Playboy are in fact held by women! She brings in her creative ideas, gets involved in the photo selection and ends up with something she co-created through and through,” the bikini model continued. “The word ‘Playboy’ alone doesn’t exactly give most women a warm, fuzzy feeling, yet many of the Playboy photos end up in the most praised photo and art magazines and in critically acclaimed photo exhibitions….”

Dallas Cowboys Cheerleader Whitney Isleib, normally blond hair and blue eyes, has sparked controversy after she posted a photo on her Facebook page from a Halloween party where she was dressed as rapper Lil Wayne.

Gosh, give the girl a break! I think it’s hilarious and quite clever, especially considering he’s been in the news lately for going to jail.
