The Perfect Revenge Recipie: The Half Million Dollar Basketball Court Shot

Streeter, an employee of College Humor, managed to get the big shots to sponsor this prank.  Streeter has arranged for his friend Amir to be (not so) randomly selected to be blind folded and throw a basketball from half court - if he makes it in, he wins $500,000 - if he, like most people, can’t make the shot from half court, he gets nothing - zero, zip, zilch.

Streeter tells the crowd beforehand that he has set it up so that his friend Amir will be picked, and asks the crowd the help him prank Amir.  Streeter tells them to cheer as loud and as rowdy as they can (keep in mind, Amir will be blind folded until he believes he makes the shot) to make Amir think that he actually won the shot.

When Amir shoots the basketball and airballs and the crowd starts cheering uncontrollably, Amir goes ballistic, running around the basketball court like a mad man and hugging & jumping up and down with a turtle mascot thinking that he has just won $500,000 in cold hard cash.  It gets even better when the announcer announces over the microphone “Amir…you just won five hundred thousand dollars!”, and asks Amir how he is going to spend his money.

The best part of all?  Amir’s long time friend Streeter brings out the check, hiding himself behind the check, and slyly reveals his face to Amir, whose face instantly turns into panic and dissapointment.

The video, which is documented very well, is absolutely hysterical.  We hope you enjoy it as much as we did.
