Choosing the right color scheme for your website is more than just an aesthetic choice—it’s a crucial part of your digital marketing strategy. Colors not only enhance the visual appeal but also influence user behavior and can even drive conversions. In this guide, we’ll explore seven practical tips to help you choose a color palette that aligns with your marketing objectives and enhances the user experience.

1. Embrace Simplicity

A simple color scheme is not only visually appealing but also effective. Opt for one or two main colors to create a clean and professional look that allows your content to shine. This approach ensures ease of navigation and enhances user engagement by not overwhelming them with too many colors. For instance, consider using a primary color for key elements like call-to-action (CTA) buttons and a neutral background to promote content clarity.

2. Leverage Primary Colors

Primary colors (red, blue, and yellow) are a staple in web design due to their bold and attention-grabbing nature. Each color invokes specific emotions; red is dynamic and urgent, blue denotes reliability and calm, and yellow offers a cheerful vibe. Utilize these colors strategically across your website to guide visitor emotions and responses, pairing them with neutral shades to balance their intensity.

3. Consider Your Audience

Understanding your target audience is pivotal in selecting an effective color scheme. Different demographics and cultures perceive colors differently, so choose hues that resonate well with the specific traits and preferences of your audience. Incorporate color psychology to enhance the appeal to your intended demographic and utilize A/B testing to refine your choices based on real user feedback.

4. Integrate Your Branding

Your website’s color scheme should be a reflection of your brand identity. Utilize your brand’s primary colors consistently throughout the site to enhance brand recognition and ensure a cohesive user experience. This strategy not only strengthens brand identity but also instills a sense of familiarity and trust among your visitors.

5. Reflect Your Product

Align your color scheme with the nature and emotions associated with your product. For example, use green for eco-friendly products or luxurious purples for high-end offerings. This alignment helps reinforce the product’s identity and can influence purchasing decisions by making the site visually synonymous with the product.

6. Use a Spectrum of a Single Color

A monochromatic color scheme offers a modern and cohesive look while being easy on the eyes. Choose a base color and use its various shades to create depth and hierarchy within your design. This approach is not only aesthetically pleasing but also ensures consistency and harmony throughout your website.

7. Maintain Contrast

Effective contrast improves the readability and navigability of your site. High contrast between elements such as text and background enhances user experience, especially for those with visual impairments. Use contrasting colors to highlight important elements like CTAs and key navigation links to ensure they stand out and are easily actionable.

Implementing the Perfect Palette

Selecting the right color scheme for your website involves a blend of aesthetic preference, psychological understanding, and strategic marketing. By following these tips, you can create a visually appealing site that not only looks great but also performs well in terms of user engagement and conversion. Remember, the ultimate goal is to make your website a welcoming and effective space for visitors, encouraging them to stay longer and engage more deeply with your content. Contact Dakno today to see how our custom and semi-custom designs can enhance your online presence and help you capture more leads.

Enhancing your lead conversion rate is crucial for thriving in the competitive real estate market. With the right tools and strategies, like those offered by Dakno, you can streamline your operations and focus more effectively on closing sales. Here are six actionable tips to help you optimize your lead management and conversion processes.

1. Maintain an Organized Database

An organized database is the backbone of successful lead conversion. An advanced real estate CRM can automate follow-ups and ensure every lead is nurtured appropriately, helping you avoid the chaos of manual tracking.

2. Personalize Your Follow-Ups

Lead qualification is not just about immediate sales; it’s about building relationships for future opportunities. Tailor your follow-up strategies to reflect the unique needs and behaviors of different lead sources, price ranges, and geographic areas.

3. Never Neglect a Lead

Every lead holds potential, and letting one slip through the cracks can mean a missed opportunity. Consistent and strategic follow-up can significantly boost your conversion rate.

4. Commit to Regular Prospecting

Prospecting can be grueling but is essential. Automations in your CRM can help maintain a steady flow of engagement, ensuring that no lead is forgotten.

5. Analyze Conversion Rates to Refine Marketing

Understanding your conversion rates can guide more effective marketing strategies. By knowing how many leads are needed to meet sales goals and the cost per lead, you can allocate your marketing budget more effectively.

6. Foster Accountability

Accountability is key in maintaining a healthy conversion rate. Regularly tracking your or your team’s progress through a CRM dashboard can pinpoint areas needing improvement and highlight opportunities for boosting conversions. This ongoing evaluation helps prevent the overlooking of faltering metrics and encourages proactive management of lead relationships.

The Bottom Line

Adopting these six strategies can transform your lead management and significantly improve your conversion rates. Remember, each lead represents a potential sale and a long-term relationship. Investing time and resources into effective lead conversion strategies not only maximizes your immediate returns but also builds a foundation for sustained success in the competitive real estate industry.

At Dakno, our ultimate goal is to ensure that our clients have the best possible experience, so we’re always looking for ways to improve. Every day, we make updates to our system to better its appearance, functionality, usability, and performance. These might be routine bug fixes, enhancements to existing features, or totally new features—and we want to make sure you know what’s new in DaknoAdmin!

Top Updates

We’ve been hard at work behind the scenes these past few months! Here are some of our favorite enhancements and updates.

Dark mode in DaknoAdmin

An option in various applications and browsers, dark mode uses light text and icons on a dark background (rather than the opposite). For many users, this darker color scheme is more visually appealing and can reduce strain on eyes. It can also help save power.

Now, DaknoAdmin has a dark color scheme, too! You can set this right in DA by clicking the icon in the right-hand corner and selecting Dark at the bottom of the menu.

Contact page information update

Need to add some quick information to a contact? Click on your contact, then click the Add Quick Info button to type out a note. Hit Update, and that’s it—no more need to hit Save!

Revamped email marketing message page

Working on your email marketing? We’ve revamped the individual message pages to be a little more informative and user friendly. Now, you can clearly see the status of each message right up at the top. Is your message in Draft? Or scheduled? Or has it already been sent? No need to hunt around to find out!

IE 11 no longer supported in DaknoAdmin

Since the release of their latest web browser, Edge, Microsoft has been slowly phasing out support for their old browser, Internet Explorer. Recently, Microsoft announced that they will officially retire IE next year.

Support for IE has been dwindling in past years, and we want to give our clients the most cutting edge features in technology. Therefore, Dakno has officially ended support for IE in DaknoAdmin.

Bug fixes

Hey, nothing’s perfect! When we find problems, we fix them.

At Dakno, we’re always looking for ways to improve—and to better serve our clients. Our team is constantly making updates to our system to better its performance, usability, functionality, and appearance. We want our clients to be able to seamlessly connect with and convert leads. Our updates range from routine bug fixes to enhancements to totally new features.

If you want to keep up with our latest updates in real time, check out our What’s New page.

Recent Updates

We’ve been hard at work behind the scenes these past few months! Here are some of our favorite enhancements and updates!

Virtual tours in DaknoIDX searches

To accommodate the growing trend of online home searching and viewing, we’ve developed a quick and easy feature that allows buyers to check if a listing offers a virtual showing. We’ve also introduced the option for users to exclusively search for homes that provide virtual tours!

Sold properties optional details page

Want leads and clients to know more about the homes you’ve sold? Now, you can add details to sold properties with an optional sold details page. We’ve also created a new search page just for sold listings. View it at [yoururl].com/sold-property-search.php.

New photo gallery types for Condos, Properties & Neighborhoods

We got tired of looking at the same old image galleries for Neighborhoods, Condos, and Properties. So we added some new gallery types! Choose how you want to display photos of your favorite neighborhoods, condo buildings, or featured homes.

(Just a note, some of these features might not be available to Dakno Legacy clients.)

Accessibility updates to DaknoIDX and themes

A major priority for us has been enhancing accessibility, ensuring our sites are usable by everyone, irrespective of abilities or restrictions. We’ve made significant improvements to DaknoIDX and our site themes to enhance the user experience for keyboard navigators, users of screen readers, those with vision impairments, and more.

While these updates are mostly specific to our theme sites, we also offer in-depth audits for custom designs, too! If your website is more than a few years old, it might be good to have us take a peek under the hood!

New shortcode for DaknoIDX search counts

We get a lot of requests to have the number of properties in a saved search displayed on sites. For example, a client in the Raleigh area might want to give viewers a snapshot of how many listings in Raleigh currently have open houses. In the past, this was a fairly time-intensive custom project. Now, with our shortcodes, anyone can do it!

Custom form shortcodes

In the past, adding a form to the top or middle of a page, or fancying it up with a background image, was a custom project that often involved both our design and coding teams. Now, like the IDX search counts, anyone can do it!

Bug fixes

One of the most important things we do on a daily basis is make sure our system is working properly and efficiently. Sometimes, we come up with cool new features or enhancements. Other times, we’re working on sorting out known issues with the system or problems clients have brought to our attention.

But no matter what we’re working on, we’re always hard at work making sure you get the best possible product—for your business, your team, and your clients!

This past year, internet browsers began marking websites that collect private information, such as email addresses and names (think: form pages on your site!), as insecure—which could negatively impact your clients’ ability to use your site. Fortunately, we’ve got a fix at no additional cost to you. It’s called HTTPS/SSL, and you can actually set it up yourself (no tech-savviness required).

Here’s what you need to know. (If you’ve already turned on HTTPS, congrats!… here’s a little more about what all that means.)

What Is HTTPS/SSL?

HTTPS stands for hypertext transfer protocol secure… which probably doesn’t mean a whole lot to you (unless you’ve got some of that aforementioned tech savvy). The key takeaway, though, is the word “secure”. In short, HTTPS is a safer version of HTTP—which is how information is sent between a website and a user’s computer.

In other words, when your client fills out a form, their name and contact information is sent from their computer to your website so you can retrieve it. When this is done over HTTPS, the data is encrypted so that it cannot be retrieved by any… unsavory characters.

Why does HTTPS matter?

In a world where more and more information is shared online, and more and more of said unsavory characters are finding ways to collect (and use) private data, internet security is critical protection against spam, scams, and even identity theft. Enabling HTTPS is one of the easiest and most baseline ways to protect yourself—and your clients—from hackers.

How do you know if a site has HTTPS enabled?

When you log into a site secured by HTTPS, like your bank or Dakno.com, you’ll notice a little lock icon next to the site URL. This means the site is secure and any information you send will be encrypted so it cannot be stolen.

However, when you log into a site that does NOT have HTTPS enabled, you’ll notice something a bit less comforting—namely, a nice little “Not secure” alert with an exclamation icon next to it.

Why should you enable HTTPS?

There are a few big reasons why you, as an active real estate agent, should enable HTTPS.

Aside from protecting client information, enabling HTTPS gives your clients peace of mind—and an overall more reassuring experience. A client is much more likely to provide their personal information if they know it’s protected.

But enabling HTTPS doesn’t just make you look more secure; it makes you look more legitimate and professional, too. Think about it: would you provide personal information to a site marked as “not secure”?

It’s Easy to Enable HTTPS!

Ready to stop living in the Stone Age and enable HTTPS? It’s actually pretty straightforward. All you need to do is log into the admin of your site (here’s a step-by-step guide if you’re not sure how to do that), then click Settings. At the very bottom of the General Settings box, you’ll notice a nice little option to “Enable HTTPS”. Simply click the dropdown that says “Disabled”, change it to “Enabled”, and then save. That’s it!

A few notes on enabling HTTPS…

It may take up to 15 minutes to get the HTTPS up and running, so don’t panic if you don’t see the little lock icon right away.

If you use any third-party widgets or scripts on your site, you should check those to make sure they’re all running HTTPS. If they’re not, they might need to be updated.

If you use IDX Broker or another IDX provider…

If you use Dakno IDX, no worries; you’re all set. If you use another provider, like IDX Broker, there are a couple of extra steps to get HTTPS fully enabled. We recommend contacting our support team before you switch over to get that squared away!

Got More Questions About HTTPS/SSL?

Hey, we hear you! The internet is a mysterious (albeit wonderful) place! But that’s why we’re here—to decipher the mysteries of the online world so you don’t have to. Contact us at any time with any questions or if you’d like help enabling HTTPS on your site.

We want to give it to you straight, so let’s start off with some cold hard facts.

Internet users really don’t like creating new accounts. In fact, 4 out of 5 people report being turned off by websites that make them enter email addresses, names, and other information in order to register.

Not only that, but if a user does go through with creating a new account then forgets their username or password down the road, there’s a 90% chance that they’ll leave your site instead of resetting their information.

So what’s the solution? Well—if you want to take the word of 9 out 10 users—it’s a social media login option.

Interested in setting up social media logins for your site? You’re in luck—Dakno’s ready to roll out that feature, but you’ll need to take care of a few things first. If you don’t have all three of the following checked off, give us a call to find out how you can get the ball rolling!

Enable HTTPS

Since users will be sharing a private login with your site, you’ll need to make sure everything is as secure as possible. Enabling HTTPS is a quick and easy way to do that.

So what’s the difference between HTTP and HTTPS, anyway? Well, imagine you’re sending mail to a friend who lives across town. You want to be retro and hip, so you write them a quick note on some postcard you bought in an exotic location, and send it along in the mail.

As your mail carrier is delivering it, there’s nothing stopping them from glancing down at the back and reading everything that you wrote—and your mail carrier loves to gossip. That’s HTTP.

Now, imagine that same situation, but instead of sending a postcard, you decide to write a heartfelt letter and seal it away in an envelope before sending. Now, as your letter makes its way to your friend, there’s no way for the mail carrier to see what the contents say—it remains a secret message shared between you and your friend only. That’s HTTPS.

Makes sense why you’d want HTTPS, right?

Set Up Dakno IDX

If you already have Dakno IDX, that’s great—consider this step complete. If not, then now’s the perfect time to upgrade! Not only does our platform enable clients to specify more search criteria, but adding a social login option to your search can have some major benefits for your business, as well.

Wondering how you can get set up with Dakno IDX or how to enable social logins on IDX Broker? Just get in touch with your account manager or Dakno Support, and they’ll guide you through the process!

Upgrade from Dakno Legacy

Still rocking Dakno Legacy? While there’s nothing wrong with keeping things old school, you’re going to need to upgrade if you want social logins enabled—not to mention a bunch of other exciting updates.

Think of it like this: while you can still get plenty of use out your iPhone 5, you’re no longer able to download the latest versions of iOS. So you’ll still be able to make calls, send texts, and play Candy Crush, but dark mode and swipe-to-text capabilities? It’s never going to happen.

To put that into Dakno terms, Dakno Legacy still allows you to create solid content pages, manage contacts, and send out email campaigns, but you aren’t able to access social logins, use Zapier, implement all contact automations, utilize texting capabilities through your Dakno Messenger app, or take advantage of any other updates that we roll out (and we’ve got some pretty cool projects in the pipeline!).

Thinking now’s the time to upgrade? Just give us a call, and we’ll make sure to move you on up ASAP!

Still Need Convincing?

You’re wary about upgrading, or don’t see anything wrong with your current account registration process—we get it. But we’ve got a few final numbers to help you see the light.

According to statistics from the identity management company Gigya, more than 60% of consumers say they are likely to choose social media logins when using mobile devices. Not only that, but social login gives you the chance to snag leads that might otherwise not create an account: 53% of people use social logins in order to avoid filling out extra registration forms.

Been burned by spam accounts in the past? Social media logins can help with that, too. In a report from customer profile and identity management Janrain, 88% of users admitted that they entered incorrect or incomplete information when creating a new account. With social media login, all that information is already entered and almost always accurate. Forget those bounced emails, and start reeling in more leads.

Maximize Your Business Potential

Utilizing social media logins is one of the single easiest ways to boost your site’s user experience—and your own profits in the process. If you’ve got any questions about what needs to be knocked out first or how to kick off implementation, just give your account manager or our support team a call.

We know what you’re thinking and, yes, we have had work done…well, to Dakno Admin at least. Our team’s been hard at work analyzing color schemes, fine-tuning layouts, and perfecting icons to make sure that our latest update is sleek, accessible, and simplified.

But don’t worry—it’s still the Dakno Admin you know and love! We may have repainted the room, but we left the furniture in the same place, so to speak.

Here’s a quick summary of the changes you can expect from our new look—and how even the smallest modifications can make your life easier!

It’s All About Accessibility

We’re not saying Dakno Admin wasn’t already easy to use, but the tweaks we’ve made have significantly increased both the accessibility and readability of the site. Take a look at these before and afters to see them in action!

Dakno Admin Site Navigation

Before

After

Out with the varying shades of green, in with the dynamic color scheme. The new navigation is easier to read, easier to look at, and covers much less space, thanks to the dark grey text, multi-colored bars, and sleek dropdown format.

Lead Statuses

Before

After

Can’t quite put your finger on what’s different here? It’s subtle, but we’ve sharpened the lead status icons by removing the outlines and slightly altering the colors to better correspond with the statuses—red for a hot lead (pursue), yellow for a potential lead (encourage), and blue for a cold lead (monitor). We’ve also changed up the colors for qualify and new in order to give them that extra eye-catching pop.

The Sidebar

Before

After

This update might seem small, but again, it’s all about accessibility. We chose this new shade of green primarily because of its increased readability, but we also think it’s a significant aesthetic improvement, as well. Additionally, when you hover over a menu option, a green line will appear under the text—it’s just an extra touch to make navigating the site as simple as possible!

Save Time, Track Leads, & Simplify Your Business with Dakno Admin

Here at Dakno, we don’t just settle for the way things are—we’re always looking for even the smallest ways to take our platform (and yours!) to the next level.

If you have any questions about navigating the newly designed Dakno Admin, feel free to get in touch with us. We’d love to hear what you think!

How does your website rank in a Google search? If it’s not showing up on the first page of Google (or the second, or the third), it might be time to ask yourself why.

Is it because you never route strategy through what your audience is doing right now? You publish on the half hour no matter what, you skip captions that travel, and you miss the windows your ops channel posts daily—traffic pulses around utah betting apps during rivalry weeks, highlight threads surge, and you still ship the teaser late. Fix the timing, tighten the hook, and let the data set the clock.

Actually, it’s likely much simpler than that. In fact, the biggest reason you aren’t ranking on Google probably has to do with the bread and butter of your site: its custom content.

So, What is Custom Content (and Why Does it Matter?)

Custom content enables your page to rank well on Google. Like potential clients using your site to find homes for sale, Google loves content. In fact, your page isn’t likely to rank at all unless it has original and relevant content on it.

And, in order for your page to rank on Google’s search engine, it has to be written with Search Engine Optimization (or “SEO”) in mind. Search Engine Optimization is a way to boost your site’s ranking on Google. Good SEO and good content are inherently linked.

To make it as simple as possible, SEO is the way that Google ranks content based on specific keywords users search. “Keywords” refers to the words that users type into Google to find information (think “homes for sale in Clayton” or “Cincinnati real estate”).

Keywords aren’t just helpful for users, though. They’re also the backbone of your site’s SEO.

How Does Content Affect My SEO?

Google wants to provide people with the best information possible. For instance, when someone searches “Clayton homes for sale,” Google is going to display relevant results. To give the users what they want, Google will do a search of websites that contain those keywords.

Do the pages on your site have relevant keywords on them, written in a way that’s compelling enough for people to want to read it? It can’t simply be a master list of keywords printed over and over again. This tactic is called “keyword stuffing”, and Google seriously hates it.

The trick is write content that successful incorporates the following:

A balance of keywords people are searching for

Information that answers peoples’ questions

Sentences with correct grammar that are free of typos and other errors

Copyright Infringement

The Internet isn’t fair game. See a really well-written article on your city’s municipality website? Use it as a form of inspiration! But please, for all that’s holy, do not copy and paste it.

Google flags unoriginal text, and pages built from lifted copy tend to disappear from results. During a quarterly review, we audited top competitors and noted which articles earned links without tripping duplication filters; the winners used fresh testing notes and transparent criteria. We adopted the same discipline for our own tool pieces, including a tightly scoped section on the best mobile crypto wallets with first-party screenshots, changelogs, and reviewer bylines. The format keeps our work distinct and, over time, more visible.

The Other Benefits to Having Good Content (Besides SEO)

Let’s review. So far we’ve learned that custom content is good for SEO. Custom content is well-written copy that uses relevant keywords and hasn’t been copy/pasted from another website.

SEO, or Search Engine Optimization, is a useful way to positively impact the way your web page ranks in Google’s search engine.

So, how do you move forward with all of that knowledge in hand? Apart from SEO, there are two big reasons for writing original, custom content for your site.

You Get to Flaunt Your Expertise

Why are you in the real estate game? Because you’re an expert at what you do, and you should share it with the world! A great way to flaunt your knowledge is by writing content that demonstrates your experience by providing great local real estate advice.

After all, your site should be more than just a pretty face. In addition to having useful real estate tools, it needs to provide good information about the area you serve.

If someone ventures onto your real estate website, it’s more than likely because they’re looking for an experienced agent to help them buy/sell a home! Good content proves to them that you’re the best agent to work with.

Potential Leads are Reading

At the end of the day there are actual people reading the content on your site. You have to give them what they came for: relevant information.

People want to use your site as a resource! Having custom content on your site that’s relevant, engaging, and useful will keep potential clients coming back again and again. First impressions are everything, especially when it comes to the Internet.

Don’t Want to Write Custom Copy?

We’ll do it for you!

We have in-house copywriters who will take care of researching, brainstorming, and crafting your content for you—including understanding the nuances of the Fair Housing Act, Copyright Law, and your market area/company brand.

And, the back-end tools that come with your website’s Dakno Admin are a great way to follow up with leads that engage with your custom copy.

At Dakno, we know that creating a beautiful and optimized site is only half the battle. That’s why our team has developed specific tools to help you generate new leads and convert them with ease.

In a world where social media has all but replaced traditional media sources, maintaining an engaging online presence is more important than ever. It’s one of the most straightforward ways to connect with an audience in your target area.

With a little strategy, it’s easy to create a media presence that sends leads to your site. At last quarter’s growth summit, a session on regulated funnels broke down anonymized data from New York online gambling and landed on the same three pillars we use: a single above-the-fold CTA, a short form with progressive fields, and a 24-hour nurture that routes warm prospects to a person. Keep those tight and conversions follow.

When it comes to quality content that converts leads, you want a variety of owned, earned, and paid media types.

OK, But What Does That Mean?

Basically, when you advertise online you’re probably creating content. Content is the cornerstone of your online presence. Good content—that is, content that’s engaging, entertaining, and informative—is the best way to advertise your services and demonstrate your qualifications to potential clients.

When it comes to promoting your content (and reaching potential leads with it) you have three options: owned, earned, and paid.

Owned Media

These are all of the channels that you own and run. Think: your website, Facebook account, Youtube channel, or blog. You manage and “own” this content, and you don’t have to pay for basic usage.

While it’s important to have your own channels of media and content, it’s not enough to grow your business successfully. To drive traffic to your site, and more leads to your inbox, you have to make sure you’re reaching the right kinds of audiences. And to do that, you’ll need to make sure the content you produce gets promoted by other businesses, websites, and accounts. That’s where earned media comes in.

Earned Media

Let’s say you wrote a great blog about how to buy a home in your city. The blog is classic evergreen content: it’s chock-full of valuable information that’s highly relevant to your audiences.

It’s such a well-written blog, in fact, that a local news account shares it onto their Facebook page. As more people read your blog, more people share it on their own social media feeds. This is earned media. It’s when your content speaks for itself, and earns mentions, shares, and word of mouth exposure.

Earned media is different from paid ads and sponsors because it happens organically—without you even trying.

Paid Media

When you pay a third-party channel to promote your content, you’re paying for media exposure. This also applies to Google and Facebook ads, as well as radio spots and event sponsorships.

As with the other two kinds of media, paid media has its own specific advantages and disadvantages. On the plus side, you can easily control the scale of your paid ads, as well as create hyper-specific guidelines for who is going to see it.

On the other hand, however, paid media tends to have declining response rates and less credibility than owned and earned media.

The Trick? Using a Combination of Owned, Earned, and Paid

It’s not enough to simply rely on one kind of media. Every type of media is going to have its own specific costs, advantages, and disadvantages.

While paid media may seem too expensive in the short-term, it can have valuable long-term effects. You may not want to spend hours creating high-quality content for your owned media channels, but it demonstrates to your clientele that you are knowledgeable in your field—and an asset in your industry.

Happy Friday! We want to share with you a great tool on Dakno Admin that will help your team increase their efficiency, respond to leads faster, and close more deals.

Our support specialist Micah Jones explains it in our Feature Friday video below.

Why Does Response Time Matter?

Did you know that the average team takes 44 hours to respond to a lead on their site? That’s almost 2 full days!

In the fast-paced world of digital marketing, you have to be, well, fast. The less time it takes to reach out to a lead, the more likely you are to convert that lead into a prospective new client. At a DMA roundtable, a compliance lead from ontario betting sites said their teams target sub-five-minute outreach because every minute past ten cuts qualification sharply; we adopted the same target and added a timer widget to keep reps inside that window.

Well, How Do I Improve My Response Time?

When it comes to improving your actual response time, you can’t go in blind! You need some kind of tool to track how you’re doing.

After all, if you were trying to improve the amount of time it takes you to run a mile, you wouldn’t do it without a stopwatch, would you?

Dakno’s Average Response Time Metric functions as that stopwatch for you and your team.

Measure Your Response Time

The metric tracks your response time in two ways. It tracks both your individual response time as an agent, as well as your team’s overall response time average.

The metric measures when a lead comes in, when that lead is assigned to an agent, and when that agent makes a public-facing reply.

The reply could be:

An email with your BCC code

A phone call or a text from your application

A note added directly to your contact page

The individual agent’s response time is the amount of time between when that lead was assigned to an agent, and when that agent contacted the lead.

Use these Metrics to Track Your Improvement

The Average Response Time Metric is just one of Dakno Admin’s many tools designed to increase your productivity and help you generate and convert new leads.

Stay tuned for new Feature Fridays highlighting these tools, and how they can help you grow your real estate business!
