I love to cook themed dinners to really liven things up around the household. I think it's just so much more exciting to make dinner extra special. Plus, I think that most of the time the kids really get into it and like it. I think that they're also a little more adventurous in their tastes as a result.

I knew that I definitely wanted to have a St. Patrick's Day themed dinner just to make things extra fun. But instead of just serving green-colored food I wanted to also put some authentic Irish fare in there. While I was looking up Irish recipes I saw the website Debtsettlementfamily.com and showed it to my husband. We've been in debt for a while and need to go ahead and do something about getting out of it. I think that this site could really help with that.

I'm not super familiar with Irish food, so it's taken me a while to find some suitable recipes that I think I can trick my kids into eating, but I think that I finally have my menu lined up. Now to find some green plates.
