Hey, it's Dan Luke is Famous. It's episode #7. It's titled "I Hate Chipotle." Let's do this thing. I'm your host, Dan Luke. This is "The Dispatch." Since it's inception, I've recorded over 30 hours of content for Dan Luke is Famous. My process it to conduct long interviews, cut out their best bits, and assemble those best bits into full episodes. I try to find a theme to run through the episodes. I don't even premeditate my themes. All the themes in Dan Luke is Famous occur organically, and usually aren't even incepted until a few hours before it's Thursday due date. Little did I know when I started that I was already crafting a grand magnum opus of sorts, it was going on completely subconcious episode. I first noticed it in an interview I conducted with Tony Krol, former host of the Monday Night Show. Our mutual friend Steve Schmitt was present during our conversation

Today's episode of Dan Luke is Famous deals with everytime I have brought up Chipotle in an interview: Sometimes I don't even know that I've done it, other times I'm completely aware. There seems to be one sentiment among all of the interviews: I don't like Chipotle much. In fact, it seems like I hate Chipotle.

But would someone repeatedly bring something up if they hated it? Is it possible that I hate Chipotle that much? Or do I love it. Let's find out.

What I have uncovered today is a duality. Either I truly hate this corporation, but subject myself to it's food out of self hatred, or I am working through some sort of trauma, so that I may remain loyal to a corporation which I serve with nearly 10% of my monthly income. But that call is up to you. It's silly to think, all of this noise just came from one pair of the wrong tortillas. I think it's only fitting that we close todays podcast with a meditation on tortillas performed by local actor David Gibbons.
