Sawyer and Kate struggle to escape the island while Jack sabotages Ben's surgery, and Juliet's plan to make a deal with Jack to kill Ben on the operating table is exposed.

The Constant
During the helicopter ride to the ship, Desmond's consciousness begins jumping back and forth between present day 2004 and 1996. He is forced to find Daniel Faraday in 1996 in order to get answers and stop the jumps.

The Variable
Faraday returns to the island and tells Jack that his mother, Eloise Hawking, lied to them--they don't belong on the island. He then initiates a dangerous plan to get them back home.

The Brig
Locke tells Sawyer that he needs to come with him to kill Ben. But the man Locke wants him to kill is actually his father--who also happens to be a figure from Sawyer's past.

That's right Lost fans! The Episode Cup is in full swing which can only mean one thing- the 2009 Character Cup is just around the corner!

In 2007, John Locke stole the show. In 2008, Desmond Hume reigned supreme. Who will take home the glory in 2009? It's up to you! Every year, the Character Cup takes 64 of the most popular characters from Lost and pits them against each other in a single-elimination tournament unlike any other!

Will the Jack Attack hold off the competition? Will this finally be the Year of Sawyer? Or will Benjamin Linus get his comeuppance? Or perhaps someone entirely different will win it all this year. It's impossible to know for certain.

Once again we're running a bracket contest. The matches have already been set and you can try your hand at predicting how the tournament will unfold. Each correct pick earns you points and the bracket with the most points at the end of the tourney will win Season 5 on DVD! Pilot
Jack, Kate and Charlie return to the group, but the transceiver is broken. Sayid Jarrah fixes the apparatus and organizes an expedition with Kate, Charlie, Shannon Rutherford and her brother Boone Carlyle and the dangerous James "Sawyer" Ford to hike and climb a mountain to transmit a SOS. The group receives a sixteen years old distress call from a French woman in the island instead and kills a polar bear. They return to the survivor's base and decide to hide the information to preserve the hope of the group.

This Place is Death
In order to avoid being killed, Ben promises to offer proof to Sun that Jin is still alive. On the island, Jin meets up with the survivors as Locke reaches The Orchid and fulfills his mission.

Flashes Before Your Eyes
After Desmond saves Claire from drowning, Charlie and Hurley suspect that he can see the future. So they try to get him drunk to get some answers out of him.

Follow the Leader
Jack attempts to follow through with Daniel Faraday's plan to detonate the hydrogen bomb after Faraday is killed, Locke instructs Alpert to take him to Jacob, and Sawyer is interrogated about an incriminating surveillance video.

All the Best Cowboys Have Daddy Issues
Jack, Kate, Locke and Boone go after Ethan, Claire and Charlie. They separate, and while Jack and Kate confront Ethan, Locke and Boon find another mystery at the jungle. Flashbacks reveal more about Jack's past with his dad.

Cabin Fever
Locke, Ben, and Hurley continue their search for the cabin so that Locke can talk to Jacob. Back on the boat, Keamy prepares to take off again, this time for a all-out assault on the island.

Whatever Happened, Happened
Jack refuses to help save young Ben after Sayid shoots him, so Sawyer and Kate turn to Richard Alpert for help. Meanwhile, what Sawyer said to Kate on the chopper is revealed, as well as what Kate did with Aaron before the flight

Exodus
Danielle Rousseau arrives in the camp of survivors at the beach and advises that "The Others" are coming, since there is a black smoke in the sky, and they have three choices: run, hide, or die. Jack recalls his meeting with Ana Lucia Cortez (Michelle Rodriguez) in the airport. Meanwhile, the group is launching the raft in the sea. Sawyer tells Jack the conversation he had with his father in a bar in Australia. Jack, Kate, Locke, Hurley and the boring Leslie Arzt (Daniel Roebuck) go in an expedition to bring explosives from the Black Rock to blow the hatch and shelter the survivors against "The Others". Meanwhile, Jin and Sun make peace and there are farewells to Michael, Walt, Sawyer and Jin as they finally set sail on their makeshift raft to find help and safety.

That's right, ladies and gentlemen- registration for the Season 6 Lost Fantasy League is now officially OPEN! Season 6 will bring Lost to a close, so this is your last opportunity to take part in the LFL.

If you haven't signed up for the LFL in the past, it's really quite simple. All you need to do is fill out the registration form linked at the bottom of this post. You will need to include a valid email address and a unique team name. You will be able to select what Lost website you frequent most often and you must select one character from each of our seven character groups to build your team.

Well with the Season 5 Prediction League completed we are now taking submissions for the Season 6 Prediction League. Thanks to everyone for their suggestions, some of which I have used in the new League. The prizes will be the same as last season.

ODI LOSTcast 45 - Comic Con 09 and LFL Season 6 Preview

Hey All,
How's it going!? Well we have made through almost two months of the hiatus and good news is NEXT week is Comic Con!!

So we decided to record a special Comic Con Preview podcast for you all and our good friend G-Man also joined us to talk about the LOST Fantasy League that he hosts at DarkUFO.

The Comic Con portion is about not only what is going on with the LOST panel and what we are planning but a little of what to expect from the event in general. As always we will be live blogging the event here on the site and most likely the LOST panel in the spoilers sections.

Last year was a blast, because I met many of you and I look forward to meeting even MORE this year!!

For the LFL portion of the podcast, we talked to G-Man about running the LFL, what happened in Season 5 and what is in store for Season 6!!

Jorge Garcia Confirmed for LOST Panel at Comic Con

Hey All,
Over the weekend we got word that Michael Emerson will be a part of the LOST panel with writers Damon Lindelof and Carlton Cuse and our source said that if everything works out that Jorge Garcia will be there along with another "surprise" guest.

Well we can now confirm that Jorge Garcia will definitely be at Comic Con this year!

So if you will be at Comic Con get your Ben and Hurley related questions ready!! LOST Panel Comic Con 09 New Details!!

Hey All,
With about two weeks to go until the big LOST Panel at San Diego Comic Con, very few details are known about what is planned. Of course LOST writers Damon Lindelof and Carlton Cuse are planned to be a part of the panel with some surprises, but not much more.

However, we have learned through one of our sources that there will be a "few" cast members in attendance including Michael Emerson and possibly Jorge Garcia if things work out. Additionally there is supposedly a "surprise" cast member scheduled!!

Who could this be!? Last years surprise guest was Matthew Fox, but there have been several rumors about returning cast members for Season 6. So could it be like SDCC07 when Harrold Perrineau (Michael) made a surprise visit before his return in Season 4?? Could it be Elizabeth Mitchell who is confirmed to appear for her new show V? There was also some chatter about Josh Holloway appearing when Lindelof said he would love for him to be there.

We have sent messages out to a few other sources to try and get some more confirmations, but what do you all think?? Excited yet??

I will be in attendance along with several of you that are also planning to attend and can't wait to meet up and hang out!

After burying one of their own, tempers flare as the castaways' suspicions of each other grow -- and an unlikely survivor vows revenge. Meanwhile, Claire and Charlie struggle to calm her newborn.

Dave
Hurley begins to think the island is affecting him in a very strange way, so Libby attempts to offer him support. Hurley also recalls his past in a mental hospital with his friend Dave. Meanwhile, the prisoner calling himself Henry Gale offers new information about the Hatch, which severely shakes Locke's sense of purpose.

Hey All,
It is that time of year again!! San Diego Comic Con 09 (SDCC09) is little over a month away!!

If you still do not know what SDCC is, then let me give you a quick update. SDCC is largest comic book convention, but it is more of a TV/Movie/SciFi Fans dream world. Networks and studios have booths and panels to promote their old and new shows and movies.

So of course LOST will be represented and this year is promised to be HUGE. This is the last year for LOST at Comic Con (yes that was hard to type), but Damon Lindelof and Carlton Cuse promise something "special" for the fans.

In previous years they have provided us with sneak peeks and special Dharma Initiative videos and last year they gave a special prize to each person that asked a question. Matthew Fox was with Darlton last year and there was the Dharma Initiative booth that launched the FAILED ORG ARG, but because of that booth myself and several other Losties were lucky enough to meet and chat with them up close and personal!!

This year my guess is they will be doing something similar with out the Dharma Booth. The panel is indeed scheduled for Saturday, but this year it will be at 11AM and it will be in the huge Hall H again that seats 6,500 (I hear they are expanding it). There will most likely be at least 1 panel at 10AM before LOST, but you will have to sit through that to get a good seat for the LOST Panel.

Last year it was also the second panel and several of you out there braved the early morning hours to hang out and have fun while waiting in line. If you are planning to visit SDCC again this year, I will be there again live blogging and tweeting not only the LOST events but anything and everything else!!

I would love to hang with you all again!! I would say one of the best parts of the weekend is actually getting to meet everyone so I am really looking forward to it all. Tickets are unfortunately sold out, but if you are one of the lucky few that have tickets, then do not forget it is from July 23rd to 26th, with a preview night on Wed the 22nd.

As I mentioned, I will be blogging live for both The ODI and DarkUFO during the LOST events and then for SpoilerTV for other shows and movies. Of course I can not do this all by myself, so if you want to help out with the taking pictures, video tapping, blogging or tweeting or just want to hang out please let us know!!
