Worth earning tips from Problogger book

Maybe I go to book store not too often, how could I miss out this edition, earning tips and guide by Darren of Problogger and Chris Garrett, both are the pioneer blogger and most admired by other bloggers including me. Not because of their great look that I like, nor the sweet smile on their face, it is the way both guide others around the world on the internet.

Last week, I went to a book store in KLCC, Malaysia, the famous twin tower, I really stumbled upon to a book, a book that I really longed for, (yes, i know i can get it via their web, or even Amazaon). My wife was with me at that time, and was surprise to see my face and how i react. Without any delay I grapped the book without thinking of the looking at price(trust me, it is worth earning tips).

The book indeed really give out guide and tips if you want to start earning online, and there is no guarantee it will 100% work as claimed by both authors, and with their experience shared and mentioned on the book, are really helpful and resourceful. Blogger with or without experience, I’m sure you won’t want to miss out their first edition. Not just only to blogger, the book’s content are also very useful for those who want to start a internet/web business.

Due to some copyright issue, I am not here to mention out all the contents of the book here, and i would recommend you all to get a copy for yourself. To Darren and Chris, nice word and nice work. The book really help out well for me and other of my friends(which i recommend them to get one).

Off Topic - Petrol rebate from credit card in Malaysia

This post is truely an off topic, but it worth mention out here, for Malaysian but not sure else where are the same or not. Even since the petrol price raised up, many bank in Malaysia are offering credit card which you can enjoy petrol rebate. A rebate which i personally think it is worth of applying, but rebates are not eligible for debit card application which i mentioned earlier about how to apply credit card with little requirement here.

Bank like UOB, HSBC, RHB, Maybank, Citibank(i think they offer too) in Malaysia are offering 2 percent to 5 percent rebate from any petrol station that you pump petrol to your car, but of cos there are terms and conditions. Well, if you swap with your credit card(s), you will need to pay every month when the bill come.

With the petrol rebate, even though it is not much, but if you calculate for 1 whole year on the rebate given, you’ll notice, you have saved quite a lot, for example, in a month you pump petrol nearly for RM500(i pump more than this amount), you would saved RM25 for that month, and 1 year you will be saving up to RM300 or more. Well, not just only petrol rebate, you can also try not to bring too much cash money out for shopping(safer). Not just only that, if you are one of the webmaster who is earning money online like mine, with credit card in Malaysia, you can also withdraw or transfer your earning/funds from Paypal to your credit card.

Lucky to have an earning online blogs

First of all, I would like to apologize to all readers, and for one big mistake that I’ve made for these few weeks. The mistake that I’ve made is actually, there aren’t any new post nor any activity. For some reason that I should take it as an excuse but I will try to keep up to date from now on. I saw some changes but not big, on my current alexa ranking which i were previously somewhere around 399,XXX and I have remove my Alexa widget(temporary), for some personally reason and looking to see if there any changes after removing it.

Secondly, beside the Alexa ranking tracking, I am happy and thankful to all reader and to my royal sponsored, without all your support, I wouldn’t have a chance to get a new LG LCD 19 inch wide screen. I’m having trouble with my old monitor which is a CRT and its stopped working for nearly a week with no power and no display at all, which is why I am unable to update and have any post here.

My old Samsung monitor aged almost 6 years+ and its been working well till few weeks ago, which it is due to the lightning strike, both my modem and monitor were affected. Lucky to have my earning blogs still running and other website, I manage to earn some money via online, otherwise, I don’t know how am I going to get money to buy stuff to replace the faulty modem and monitor.

The LCD cost nearly RM600+(US200 less) and now I have more viewable area while using it. I can even have my Firefox on and while trying to edit some html and php file which i am currently trying to learn more about it. And the modem cost about RM200+(US90+).
