So I'm writing this on a cold November night - the 23rd to be exact. I've decided to start blogging a bit more, now that I've finally fixed an issue with my blog - which was causing a few seo issues (yes I know I'm rambling...) but yeah - it was stopping me for a while. Turned out to be a simple Joomla menu assignment issue. Anyway - to the purpose of this blog - Christmas 2011. I was coming home from work earlier tonight and I heard my first Christmas song on the radio. I got home, turned on the TV and saw the Coca Cola Christmas ad, followed by an ad for Sainsbury's in the UK - again with tinsel and mistletoe scattered throughout. While I'm usually a massive fan of Christmas - buy the new big bright red jumper every year, I'm wondering if, like Halloween, Valentines Day, Easter and many many other holiday periods, are we starting this whole "Celebration" too early.
