Network Marketing Success & What To Really Say To Your Prospects To Bring Them Into Your Business!

In my last post, ‘Does Success In Network Marketing Involve Talking To Prospects’ I discussed the need to talk to our leads and came to the conclusion that we do, we really do.

So for this network marketing success post I  shot a short video whilst I was out walking our dogs, explaining just what we need to say to our prospects. Watch the video below.

Rather than itemise what I spoke about in the video I will leave you with one killer tip to help you get over any hurdle you may have regarding using the phone. We have ll done this, made a list of leads to call and then found something else more urgent to do, just because we do not feel comfortable calling our leads. Let me tell you, THERE IS NOTHING MORE URGENT THAN CALLING YOUR LEADS especially if you really want to that network marketing success.

Network Marketing Success Killer Phone Fear Tip!

Stop Trying To Sell And Look For Who Is Open. That’s it as simple as that. Don’t agonize about selling your program or product – that just leads to stress!  Instead talk to people and find out who is open to what you may have to offer – just qualify people for your time, you are in control and all you are looking for is folk who want to work with you, you are not looking to sell to everyone you ring.

In the early hours of the morning, here in Greece that is, I was lucky enough to attend a live webinar held for our online mastermind group The 1oo Day Biz Builder Challenge and our guest speaker was non other than MLSP L4 Leader Ms Tracey Walker.

Tracey generously made time in her busy schedule to come and give a presentation on how to prospect our leads into our network marketing company.

So Does Our Network Marketing Success Involve Talking To Our Leads!

You had better believe your success in network marketing involves talking to your prospects, because unless you do talk to them your success will be mediocre, at best, and non-existent, at worst.  So the bottom line is if you really want to succeed in the network marketing world then you must get off your backside and pick up that phone and call those leads that have opted in for more information about your company.

That’s OK you say but what do I say to them? How do I approach them?

Well let’s start with what you don’t say – You Do Not Push Your Product Straight Off! Forget saying things like “have you seen…” or “everyone needs this….” your prospect at this point has no idea how what you are offering will help them.

You have to ask questions first, get to know your prospect a little and let them get comfortable with you. You have to find out what they are doing now, whether or not they are involved in network marketing already……..they may be and may love the company they are in and if that’s the case then you probably can’t sell them into your opportunity.  What you could do however is ask them how they are marketing their company and if they need any help at all.

You see, the key here is offering to help people, if they have a problem that and you have a solution then that is a match made in heaven.

For instance these prospects may be struggling to generate leads – great for you because you can then offer to show them how to generate their own leads via My Lead System Pro.  They may want specific training on something like Social Media or Pay Per Click marketing – once again great for you, point them to My Lead System Pro and all the priceless training from the top network marketers on the planet.

So do you see what has just happened in this success in network marketing strategy – we have made a sale from someone who isn’t even interested in our network marketing business and this is when we can call ourselves true network marketing pros.

Obviously this doesn’t work all the time but it will work enough times to cover the overheads in your main business.

There are 3 vital aspects of yourself and your business that you absolutely must take control of if you want to succeed as a network marketing pro.

Not being in control of these will seriously hamper and even derail your network marketing efforts!

Are you ready to become that network marketing pro?

OK here we go then:

1. Mind-set. You really must have the right mind-set in two critical areas, you must believe in yourself and your latent ability to succeed and you must commit yourself to the long term success of your business.  Commit, today to invest in as much time and effort as it takes to succeed – whatever it takes – be committed!
2. Emotions. Get your emotions under control, I first learned this from network marketing pro Mike Dillard’s Magnetic Sponsoring a few years ago. If you get too excited when you have a success you will also get too depressed when things go badly – stay on an even keel!  Never be on too much of a high and never too much of a low it will save you so much energy. Certainly be excited but don’t go overboard and when things are a bit of a struggle just realise it is only temporary until you get your plan right.
3. Be a leader!  Become an alpha and don’t stay a beta, you must be a leader because it’s the leaders who make most of the money. -  All the rewards  go to leaders. If you are currently a follower and not a leader then make the conscious decision to become one, that alone will start the process of you becoming a leader.

As a leader you will never, ever show negativity, especially in front of your team – never show fear and remember the old network marketing pro saying ” Positives go up – Negatives go down” it’s as simple as that.

I met my first valentine at a Boxing Night dance in a small Yorkshire village close to where I lived called Long Preston, in fact I first noticed this girl in the local pub a little earlier that evening. She was only 14 years old, I was 17 at the time and she was the first girl I had plucked up the courage to ask for a dance. I have to admit that a modicum of alcohol did help in the courage department, and I remember walking her home as her older cousin came looking for her, he didn’t stop me giving that beautiful young girl a goodnight kiss though.

That was over 46 years ago but it was over a year later before we started dating, as I look back I wonder what happened to those two young people who went on to get married, against my parents wishes, a year later, Jane was just 17 and I was a month short of being 20.

We had no money and a week before the wedding no home but we managed to rent a run down terraced property off a local farmer just a few days before the wedding, in fact I was the only one missing at my bachelor party the night before the wedding. I was busy painting our new home but my mates said it was a great party.

There wasn’t much money about at the time and we only had 26 guests at the wedding and for our honeymoon we went to stop with my Aunty Anne and her family for a few days as I had to be back at work mid-week.  On the train down to Coventry, yes we were honeymooning in the industrial heartland of England, we sat next to another couple of newlyweds and they were going to the Caribbean for their honeymoon – enough said!

Our parents and most of our friends didn’t give us a cat in hells chance of making a go of our marriage but what they didn’t realise was that apart from the lust, and thankfully we had plenty of that, we had a deep love, passion and desire to start our own family.

Those youngsters are still in there.....somewhere!

Like any couple we have had our ups and downs, our highs and lows, our tragedies and our triumphs, we survived bankruptcy and triumphed but our greatest achievement can be seen in our son David Jnr and his two girls Star and Jade, our daughter Joanne and her son Jack! Of all our achievements you lot are the greatest.

Jane once again I’m sorry I missed the red roses but who knows…one day you’ll get them! We have had one heck of an adventure together and right now I feel as though it’s just beginning, in fact I know it’s just beginning.

So finally let me draw a parallel between our story and your story as a budding home business owner. Our friends and family did not give us a chance, nor will your friends or family, do not worry about it you know what you want, have the love passion and desire for it and you will make it happen.

My Lead System Pro Review – Rachael McGregor

My lead system pro review  about featured MLSP member Rachael MacGregor. As you can probably guess Rachael is from Scotland and started her network marketing business because she did not want to return to full time work after the birth of her daughter. But it didn’t start out easy for Rachael, much like the rest of us, she burnt out her warm market and spent money on advertising that didn’t work. Why We Must Improve Our Mind Power To Reach Our Goals And Why We Will Fail If We Don’t!

We can learn all the skills we need to succeed in business very easily! We can work hard by using these skills and putting into practise what we have learned! Does that mean we will succeed?…Probably Not!

Listen up, unless we believe with all our energy and emotions that we will be successful then it does not matter how hard we work, or how much we know life will always be a struggle. We must marry the skills we have with our willingness to work hard and our absolute faith that the universe, or God if you like, will work in our favour to make our dreams and desires come true.

Here is a formulae  for success that incorporates all of the above elements, it is called……..

The Mind-Set Of A Champion!

• Keep a Journal!.. We start with something practical to keep track of our daily tasks. I have three, one for my personal development, one for my daily progress and one with my process that I do every day, this journal also contains the keywords I am targeting.
• Affirmations! Are you doing your daily affirmations…….you should be!
• Meditation!  At least 10 minutes every morning to put you in the right frame of mind!
• Visualization! This can be done towards the end of your meditation. Picture yourself having the things you desire, feel as if you already have them.
• Read at least 10 pages a day from any self development book, don’t forget…..Readers are Leaders!
• Listen to the MLSP daily Wake Up Call, this will help keep you motivated. Not a member of MLSP then you should be, check it out here: My Lead System Pro
• Get some exercise daily. This is especially important for those of us that spend long hours sat on our bums at the computer, go for a walk, cycle, swim or workout. For myself this is what keeps me in shape check it out here>>>> 7 Minute Workout

Improve Mind Power!

By following he above regime you will set yourself up for success, just as I am but you must train your mind first, learn the skills necessary second and work till you drop and you will succeed.

Is it worth it? Only you know the answer to that, for me it is but I have a huge desire for success. The only question is! How badly do You want it!

What is super mind power and why do we need to harness it.

I was fortunate enough to listen to some fantastic self development training in the early hours of this morning, 3.00am to be exact that was presented by Darren Little. I didn’t know too much about Darren except that he was My Lead System Pro member of the month for the month of November 2011. Read Darren Little’s story here!

Darren talks about shifting our thinking and starting to believe we are already successful, how we must use our thoughts and feelings to reinforce our beliefs, as well as building a vision board and performing daily affirmations.

For those of you who think this is just a load of ‘hokus pokus’ just take a look at your life and see if you are at a place where you really want to be. If not maybe you should open your mind to the possibility of super mind power.

Darren went further than just tell us why we need to practise daily affirmations and visioning he also went into great detail on how to set these up and implement correctly. We will go into this in a little more detail this weekend, in the meantime think about this!

It’s the middle of winter now and for some of us it is quite cold depending on were in the world you live that is. All my friends in Florida for instance are probably basking in sunshine right now, but here on Crete it is quite cold, although nothing like northern  Greece and Eastern Europe at the moment.

Here’s a short video Jane took yesterday and can you guess who the star is, I’ll give you a clue it’s not Jane or myself.

One thing though about living in Crete though and that is the winters are not very long and we can have some beautiful sunshine in amongst the cold and the wet as seen in this post here: A Beautiful Winter Morning In Crete.

Just a thought or two for today:

• You don’t own success, you only rent it………and the rent is due every day!
• If you decide to commit………then for heavens sake COMMIT!
