After having my very first TMX2012 lab session, I suddenly have the strong urge to go back to pursue something which I’ve long left abandoned, web publishing. The lesson was quite interesting, I hope I don’t mess up this time. I truly won’t forgive myself this time if I leave this forgotten again. *sigh* I’m really getting older, my mind hasn’t been working well. Nothing much to share, just a new single from MBLAQ that’s on my playlist recently. Well, not that new, I supposed. But it’s easy on the ears, at least it works and smooth down my nerves…

I watched Terminator Salvation yesterday. I’ve always love action packed movies and this one which is loaded with a whole lot of awesome special effects and tops with an outstanding plot is the reason that I really enjoy this movie. The fact that Marcus Wright is given a second chance to save the mankind after his wrongdoings is truly inspiring. He donates his body for a medical research following his execution to lethal injection and is transformed into a half man half machine individual known as terminator. Marcus is actually programmed to kill John Connor, the humanity leader and a Resistance member and yet he disobeys his creator’s will to destroy the Resistance army, all because he still owns a human heart and a mind of human. Not only did he save John Connor and all the other captives from Skynet, he sacrifices himself by donating his heart to John Connor. He is good after all, at least he does his part for the rights of mankind. Needless to say, Marcus Wright is my favourite character in this movie. Have you watched Terminator Salvation? If not, do you plan to give it a try?

In conjunction with the Gawai Dayak festival, The Spring Shopping Mall launched a special function with traditional dance performances to celebrate the festival. I managed to capture a few shots and videos on Flickr here among the huge crowds of people there.

Ever since I read some Ping Ton comics borrowed by my brother from my school library, I can’t put it down and am craving for more. I seldom read comics but this one is good. It’s ridiculously humorous and addicting. Just by looking at the cover, you can tell that it’s really funny. Most Ping Ton comics feature students’ life at school which I think most students will love. Great idea for a good laugh.

I prefer those relaxing and comedy type of comics, each page a new story at best, so that I can skip through those boring pages. I don’t have the patience for those continuation types of comics. Do you love reading comics? If yes, what kind of comics do you prefer?
