That's a hard thing to maintain. There better be a more sustainable reason than that.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;If they're going to by from you &lt;em&gt;today&lt;/em&gt;, is it because you're in proximity, the closest, the one source that can satisfy the itch they happen to have? It's a little like being a peanut vendor at the ball game. You need a big crowd and you have to give up a big share of your income in exchange for being in the right place at the right time.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;The goal is to create an offering that can answer these two questions. Why from you and why right now...&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;Most businesses that struggle are unable to answer these two questions in a compelling fashion.  &lt;h4&gt;網路釣魚 Phishing &lt;/h4&gt;  &lt;p&gt;   &lt;br /&gt;網路釣魚(Phishing)是網路上在常見的社交工程，特別是利用email     &lt;br /&gt;來欺騙，Phishing並不是一個新的攻擊手法，然而發生的頻率卻在過     &lt;br /&gt;去幾年中逐漸增加。通常網路釣魚(Phishing)的方式是讓使用者收到     &lt;br /&gt;一封標題是某帳戶資訊更新的郵件，其信件內容裡有提供一個仿冒P     &lt;br /&gt;某網頁的連結並要求使用者由此連結登入這個仿冒網頁去輸入帳號及     &lt;br /&gt;密碼來更新使用者資訊，這個仿冒網頁便會記錄使用者帳號密碼，接     &lt;br /&gt;著再將網頁導向真實的Paypal網頁，令使用者在不知不覺中就被盜取     &lt;br /&gt;了密碼。 &lt;/p&gt;  &lt;h4&gt;巨集病毒 MacroVirus &lt;/h4&gt;  &lt;p&gt;   &lt;br /&gt;巨集病毒是最常感染的是Word、Excel等有提供巨集功能的軟體，它主     &lt;br /&gt;要是利用軟體本身所提供的巨集能力來設計 病毒。而巨集病毒是常見     &lt;br /&gt;的是以 Visual Basic程式語言撰寫而成，所以相當容易製作。於使用     &lt;br /&gt;檔案期間，巨集病毒可在不同時間，例如，當開啟、儲存、關閉或刪     &lt;br /&gt;除檔案時散播病毒。 &lt;/p&gt;  &lt;h4&gt;足跡蒐集 Footprinting &lt;/h4&gt;  &lt;p&gt;   &lt;br /&gt;足跡蒐集(Footprinting)是一種蒐集資訊的藝術(或稱為pre-hacking)，     &lt;br /&gt;駭客會面對預先決定好的受害主機時，藉由 電話或是假扮身份問些看似     &lt;br /&gt;無關緊要的問題等各種方法來獲取資訊，然後利用足跡蒐集到的資訊來     &lt;br /&gt;決定出最佳的攻擊機會，這是一個精心設計的攻擊行為中，屬於社交工程     &lt;br /&gt;中最主要的部份。 &lt;/p&gt; &lt;a name='more'&gt;&lt;/a&gt;  &lt;h4&gt;電腦病毒 Computer Virus &lt;/h4&gt;  &lt;p&gt;   &lt;br /&gt;電腦病毒與醫學上所提的病毒大多具有不斷「自我複製」及「感染」的狀     &lt;br /&gt;況，只是電腦病毒所感染的對象是電腦系統。通常它會寄存在可執行的檔     &lt;br /&gt;案 (*.COM，*.EXE)之中，或者是軟、硬碟的開機磁區啟動部份，隨著作     &lt;br /&gt;業系統載入記憶體而同時執行這個病毒程式，因此獲得系統控制權。電腦     &lt;br /&gt;病毒的創作者會針對電腦病毒程式進行修改，讓電腦病毒更具有破壞性，     &lt;br /&gt;像目前來說，電腦病毒除感染執行的檔案(EXE)外，也演變為會感染     &lt;br /&gt;Office軟體(例如: 文件巨集病毒等)。 &lt;/p&gt;  &lt;h4&gt;後門程式 Backdoor &lt;/h4&gt;  &lt;p&gt;   &lt;br /&gt;後門程式通常係指「不明的遠端人士未經系統管理員之允許，且利用不正當     &lt;br /&gt;的手法」進入電腦系統中，並且可能偷 走個人資料、機密資訊等，甚至可     &lt;br /&gt;以隨心所欲地操控您的電腦，通常不明的遠端人士會透過電子郵件、IRC 或     &lt;br /&gt;其他方式將後門程式植入使用者電腦中。目前Windows上常見的後門程式有     &lt;br /&gt;Netbus、Netspy、Netbuster、BirdSpy等等。 &lt;/p&gt;  &lt;h4&gt;廣告軟體 Adware &lt;/h4&gt;  &lt;p&gt;   &lt;br /&gt;屬於灰色軟體Greyware的一種。指軟體中含有廣告程式，會在使用者瀏覽     &lt;br /&gt;網頁時，不斷跳出廣告視窗或橫幅廣 告，造成系統資源與網路效能低落。     &lt;br /&gt;此廣告軟體通常藏匿於免費(試用)軟體中且與間諜軟體合作。間諜軟體會     &lt;br /&gt;在用戶不知情的情況下，將使用者瀏覽習慣等紀錄，洩漏給廣告廠商，廠     &lt;br /&gt;商可依據這些紀錄，利用廣告軟體進行特定行銷廣告。 &lt;/p&gt;  &lt;h4&gt;間諜軟體 Spyware &lt;/h4&gt;  &lt;p&gt;   &lt;br /&gt;所謂的「間諜軟體」是一個統稱，泛指會在未經使用者同意的情況下進行     &lt;br /&gt;廣告、收集私人資訊，或修改電腦設 定等行為的軟體。 如果出現下列任     &lt;br /&gt;何現象，就代表電腦上可能安裝了間諜軟體或其他惡意軟體： &lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;‧ 沒有上網時還是一直看見廣告視窗。    &lt;br /&gt;‧ 瀏覽器開啟後的第一個網頁 (也就是您的首頁) 或瀏覽器搜尋設定遭到更改。     &lt;br /&gt;‧ 瀏覽器裡出現不想要的新工具列，而且很難加以移除。     &lt;br /&gt;‧ 您的電腦完成某些工作所需的時間比平時久。     &lt;br /&gt;‧ 您的電腦突然會常常當機。 &lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;間諜軟體常常結合了會顯示廣告 (稱為廣告軟體) 或追蹤私人或機密資訊的    &lt;br /&gt;軟體，但這並不代表所有提供廣告或追蹤線上活動的軟體都是不好的。例如     &lt;br /&gt;，您可能註冊使用免費的音樂服務，但同意接收相關廣告做為條件。如果您     &lt;br /&gt;瞭解也同意合約條款，當然也就代表可以接受這樣的行為；同時您也可能同     &lt;br /&gt;意讓該公司追蹤您的線上活動，以決定傳送哪些廣告給您。 &lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;其他的惡意軟體則會對電腦做一些變更，這些變更除了可能騷擾使用者之外    &lt;br /&gt;，還可能讓電腦變慢或當機。 這些程式能夠修改您的瀏覽器首頁或搜尋頁，     &lt;br /&gt;或在瀏覽器上新增您不需要或不想要的元件， 也可能會故意讓您難以恢復     &lt;br /&gt;原本的設定。 這類有害的程式通常稱為「間諜軟體」。 &lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;其中最重要的關鍵，就是您 (或其他使用您電腦的人) 是否瞭解軟體的目的，    &lt;br /&gt;以及是否同意在電腦上安裝軟體。 &lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;間諜軟體或其他惡意軟體有許多方式能進入您的電腦。常見的手法是與其他    &lt;br /&gt;您想要的程式一併安裝，例如音樂或影片共享程式。在電腦上進行安裝時，     &lt;br /&gt;請確實閱讀所有的聲明，包話授權合約和隱私權聲明。有時特定程式的文件     &lt;br /&gt;會說明含有其他軟體，但可能會將相關資訊放在授權合約或隱私權聲明的最後。 &lt;/p&gt;  &lt;h4&gt;退信攻擊 Invalid-NonDelivery Report Messages&lt;/h4&gt;  &lt;p&gt;   &lt;br /&gt;垃圾郵件退信攻擊技術，是將欲攻擊的對象偽裝成寄件人地址收件人地址則     &lt;br /&gt;選用一個(或一組)其他單位不存在的帳 號，然後透過僵屍電腦Botnet發送     &lt;br /&gt;大量偽裝郵件，因為該收件人帳號不存在，郵件主機會退信給被偽裝之寄件人     &lt;br /&gt;地址造成被偽冒的公司郵件主機收到大量的退信通知，不但增加系統Loading，     &lt;br /&gt;也會容易使該公司變成垃圾郵件黑名單的一員。 &lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;依RFC定義,Mail server須接受NDR(Non-Delivery Report)，不然會連該網域    &lt;br /&gt;的正常合法的信件也收不到，所以面對此種攻擊是束手無策的，而且這些攻擊     &lt;br /&gt;也可能讓更多垃圾郵件，送達被偽冒的使用者，為雙面攻擊的模式。&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;--------------------------------------------------------------- &lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;這幾天有幾則消費者糾紛的新聞，其中一個是申請手機門號送腳踏車的糾紛，起因於某位消費者原使用的費率要升級才得已符合獲得&amp;quot;免費&amp;quot;的腳踏車之條件，而消費者認定廠商沒有註明清楚，到現場時才知道還要升級月租費，覺得受騙而起糾紛。另一個是配合免費活動升級Win7，後續才知道還要支付手續費和運輸費，該消費者認定所謂的免費應含括任何費用，於是又是個糾紛。&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;這樣的叫客方式，我們不必當法官來論誰對誰錯，而是糾紛處處總是扼殺了原本商品的價值和人與人之間買賣的社會信任感。&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;Kindle 電子書相關研究指出，會購買Kindle的消費族群，原本就比一般購書人的購書量多出2~3倍，是故出版書商和賣場業者，無一不磨刀霍霍向著Kindle的購買者。於是乎，在美國的主要賣場就推出了低於進價四成或更優惠的零售價來促銷Kindle，為什麼? 可以促銷的商品多得是，為何單挑Kindle? 更別說免費力量大了，至少賠本生意沒人要做的不是嗎? 其實，原因是研究也顯示，會購買Kindle的客群，其各類商品的消費力也是遠高於一般消費者的。是故，吸引這個消費族群到自家商場，著實會帶動其他商品的銷售成績，何樂而不為呢? &lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;資訊流通快速的年代，消費者已逐漸麻痺於傳統引君入甕式的叫客促銷方法，而繼續使用那些&amp;quot;怕客戶不上門&amp;quot;手法的廠商就會掉入亂槍打鳥的行銷窘境，不愼者甚至會引發消費者不信任的負面觀感。何不思考一番，商品的&amp;quot;好客人&amp;quot;在哪裡? 該端出什麼牛肉來打&amp;quot;好客群&amp;quot;的基礎和口碑? 一樣都是用降價來轉換成廣告與行銷費用，何不將目標族群做好鎖定的功課?! &lt;/p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;小企業的線上行銷環境，拜賜於網路使用者的規模迅速擴大與對應應用平台的推陳出新，已經明顯地較往常更簡便，也更隨處可得了。但是，網路資源的氾濫似乎也顯現出過多的選擇，也會導致小企業的眼花瞭亂和無所適從。其實，只要分析網路使用者的習慣，小企業可以從中發現哪些線上應用平台，是值得採用的。這裡，列舉四個最易上手運作也是主流的線上行銷工具:&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;01. 影片行銷:&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;影片的拍攝、剪輯、後製等流程，對於小企業的DIY自製可行性非常得高，雖然無法比擬專業廣告公司的作品，但是超低成本與隨錄隨製，輔以清楚表達產品內容，相信這樣反而可使客戶有親切感，也無需將廣告製作費用灌入產品中。&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;自製的影片，可以製入自家公司的網站、部落格、上傳到免費網路空間等等，也可以用email寄給客戶、崁入自家電子報、轉寄下載網址給客戶觀賞… 只要方法用得對，客戶明白你的影片訴求，自製影片肯定不輸給幾十萬得產品影片外包，甚至自製順手後，所有產品細節皆可一一自製影片，統一分類放置於網路空間，客戶隨時可以前往觀賞外，也可讓潛在客戶於網路方便搜尋與取得。&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;相關研究也指出，影片的觀賞會增加潛在客戶與該企業的互動頻率和意願，特別是該產品影片解答了相關產品使用上的疑惑點時，更能加深潛在客戶對該企業的第一印象，並提高前往該企業官網得意願。&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;02. 部落格:&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;小企業的官網，大多數都是靜態的，也就是很少去更新。部落格的好處，除了可以展現企業與外界互動的能量外，也可以用較輕鬆的口吻或不同的詮釋角度來與網友互動，如此就不會拘泥在正經八百的企業官網形式中。&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;若你是使用twitter，別只單看有多少人追隨 follow你，重點是你所一一輸入發佈過的訊息，可都是進入網路龐大的資料庫中，而搜索引擎巨人google都不得不因為社交平台的崛起，日前已將twitter的資料庫搜尋，併入即時的搜尋結果中。 是故，走過必留下痕跡，況且，你的twitter訊息，也因包含與自家官網或部落格的連結，其網路效益絕不只是單用多少人follow你來界定的。&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;04. 電子報:&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;定期的公司電子報，其功能主要是介於官網與部落格之間，需俱備公司定期的訊息發佈，以期收受人收到公司的官方報告，宛如是公司的電子月刊或雙月刊，是正式官方的用語與文章為主的媒介工具。&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;電子報的最大效益，來自於其發佈頻率不高但常態穩定，如此可以讓每隔一段時間獲得訊息並加深企業印象，長期下來亦可穩建企業形象於客戶心中。&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;曾服務於麥肯廣告16年，協助許多國際品牌如可口可樂、美國運通等行銷策略操作的Craig Briggs觀察到，消費者行為轉換的趨勢，有幾項重點。首先，消費者購物時，不再追求名牌至上，因而促使「物美價廉」的平價品牌大發利市。例如中國的酒類品牌「怡園酒庄」，已比高價歐洲酒品，更受市場歡迎。因此，許多原本只經營頂級品牌的企業，也紛紛推出第二品牌，以分散經營風險。 &lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;大型企業的網站配合關鍵字廣告，因為多數是交由廣告公關公司負責，其配套措施都是水準之上是無庸置疑的，但是在中小企業與soho族的應用上，恐怕就有些疏失顯見。比如說，買了雅虎的關鍵字廣告，網站流量是增加了，但是銷售業績或客戶詢問度卻沒有對應的增加，而且，隨著關鍵字的廣告時間越久，似乎其效益也跟著顯露疲態，這問題是出在哪個環節，實在因企業而異，但這裡有幾個共通的疏失，倒是值得提出來研究一下。&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;一號疏失: 網站內容強調的多是自身的強處，卻少了提出客戶的好處。的確，網站的原本功用是在說明企業的產品或服務為主，相信很多業主也花了很多心力在產品的內容加強上，甚至像影音、動畫等輔銷內容也都派上用場了，問題是這與網友的好處關係不大才是重點，畢竟網友到商業網站，是與購買這檔事才最有關，其他的部分是基本的但非關鍵，也就是絕對不能少了網友的好處。比如說你是賣兒童家具的好了，產品的特殊專利、貼心設計、品質保證、售後服務… 精銳盡出，但少了消費者的好處就少了將你的網站列入他的&amp;quot;評選清單&amp;quot;，自然也就扼殺了後續再來你網站瀏覽或購買的機會。&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;二號疏失: 搜尋引擎搜尋不到你的網站。 購買關鍵字廣告，不能當成唯一的網路搜尋策略，畢竟各種搜尋引擎都有網友使用，唯有做好網站優化來達成搜尋引擎的優化，才是王道。比如說走在台灣廣告招牌林立充斥的街頭，多數人早以麻痺了街道兩側的招牌，只會逕往自己要前往的目標、商店、門牌號碼… 也就如網路搜尋一樣，多數人已漸對頁面廣告區麻痺了(除非有其他吸引手法)，只會針對自己的搜尋結果較為關切，若企業網站在自己產業的搜尋結果排名，無法排在前面的話，網站的流量肯定會日趨縮減的。&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;三號疏失: 網站更新頻率太低。台灣的百貨公司是大眾喜愛的消費場所，但是百貨業者卻依然不厭其煩地經常輪動變換樓面營業區塊的配置，為何? 一般店面業主也是，生意越好其店面擺設越不會一成不變，為何? 提供一個小企業網站可參考的方法，只要在首頁做整個網站的重點資料彙整機制，並且至少每一季或每月都有新訊息/新方案的推出，就可加點分，然後每一年請你的網頁設計公司重新設計與配置你的首頁，這樣就可降低因網頁常更新所需的支出。如果網站能有部落格的區塊並有經常性的產業資訊，那也可以增色不少。另外一法，是單做活動廣告業面，一般常見是2-4頁，將你的關鍵字廣告引導到活動頁面，而不是你那&amp;quot;從一而終&amp;quot;的公司網站首頁，這樣藉活動小網站來操作，效果多半顯著。&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;四號疏失: 沒有促使網友馬上行動的機制。產品強處說了，網友好處也使其心動了，但別漏掉了可讓網友馬上行動的機制。比如說，心動好處的下一步驟是要網友填資料嗎? 結帳嗎? 列印折扣券嗎? 前往活動頁面嗎? 打電話直播嗎? … 這些機制肯定要簡單明瞭好上手，才能增加其效益。特別是活動小網站更是如此。&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;五號疏失: 別考驗網友的耐心。好不容易留住網友到最後階段了，千萬不要有&amp;quot;身家調查式&amp;quot;的嚴刑拷打，一定得把你要網友最後要做的事情，簡化到極致。也就是四號所提的機制，一定要最最最簡化，網友的時間非常的寶貴，別在最後臨門一腳搞砸了。&lt;/p&gt; Suppose you have two website owners, Alice and Bob. Alice runs a company called AliceCo and Bob runs BobCo. One day while looking at Bob's site, Alice notices that Bob has copied some of the words that she uses in her &amp;quot;keywords&amp;quot; meta tag. Even more interesting, Bob has added the words &amp;quot;AliceCo&amp;quot; to his &amp;quot;keywords&amp;quot; meta tag. Should Alice be concerned?&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;At least for Google's web search results currently (September 2009), the answer is no. Google doesn't use the &amp;quot;keywords&amp;quot; meta tag in our web search ranking. Google does sell a Google Search Appliance, and that product has &lt;a href="http://code.google.com/apis/searchappliance/documentation/50/help_gsa/serve_filters.html"&gt;the ability to match meta tags&lt;/a&gt;, which could include the keywords meta tag. But that's an enterprise search appliance that is completely separate from our main web search. Our web search (the well-known search at Google.com that hundreds of millions of people use each day) disregards keyword metatags completely. They simply don't have any effect in our search ranking at present.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;Q: Why doesn't Google use the keywords meta tag?&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;A: About a decade ago, search engines judged pages only on the content of web pages, not any so-called &amp;quot;off-page&amp;quot; factors such as the links pointing to a web page. In those days, keyword meta tags quickly became an area where someone could stuff often-irrelevant keywords without typical visitors ever seeing those keywords. Because the keywords meta tag was so often abused, many years ago Google began disregarding the keywords meta tag.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;Q: Does this mean that Google ignores all meta tags?&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;A: No, Google does support several other meta tags. This &lt;a href="http://www.google.com/support/webmasters/bin/answer.py?answer=79812"&gt;meta tags&lt;/a&gt; page documents more info on several meta tags that we do use. For example, we do sometimes use the &amp;quot;description&amp;quot; meta tag as the text for our search results snippets, as this screenshot shows:&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;&lt;a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_oFOUEFf8v5U/SreTc15eFTI/AAAAAAAAAAc/utP7-ckTeog/s1600-h/meta-description.png"&gt;&lt;img border="0" alt="" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_oFOUEFf8v5U/SreTc15eFTI/AAAAAAAAAAc/utP7-ckTeog/s400/meta-description.png" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;Even though we sometimes use the description meta tag for the snippets we show, we still don't use the description meta tag in our ranking.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;Q: Does this mean that Google will always ignore the keywords meta tag?&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;A: It's possible that Google could use this information in the future, but it's unlikely.
