After getting major inspiration by a glitched tv-channel in a hotel in Poland, this is my first attempt at video databending. Original soundtrack got all glitched up (duh ), so Autechre came to mind to support the images. And what a combination it is! One of my favorite tracks, called Outpt. Enjoy.

Played around with drawing and distorting a Bitmap object in flash, resulting in this generator of ‘ambient’ graphics. Refresh this page to generate a new image. I’ll add an export image function. In the mean time, please send screenshots of interesting results to , I’ll attach them in this post.

Elaborating on the earlier Pixel Invaders concept, more complex patterns started to come up.

Experiment that creates a way to generate/imitate Space Invaders characters. Clicking on the invaders changes them randomly. After expanding the idea, I ported the experiment to the GD libraries in PHP and opened it up so visitors were able to discover bugs.
