Hi !

I just finished my 2 days course to become the official zumba LICENSED instructor few days ago. Its fun, tiring and the most important thing is.. I've learnt a lot from the course, especially our instructor Mr. David Velez!

At first, I couldn't think of his race/country where he came from because his skin was kind of tanned compared to the usual orang putihs we always seen in the TV or real life. Plus, his accent was much more likely the Philippines, I thought "Oh he must be a Pinoy!"

Turns out he was actually a COLOMBIAN.

The same place where Zumba was born few decades ago. :D

Anyway, for the first day or the training. We learnt about the basic step for MERENGUE and SALSA dance. Of course there was also a lecture mainly about zumba and etc etc in the morning. I told you, I never felt bored for the whole lecture, Mr. David is so fabulous and funny! He brought the lecture to the next level where we wouldn't realized that we were actually listening to a lecture! It was fun, I loike it sooooo much !

So for the 2nd day, we learnt the basic step for CUMBIA and REGGAETON. Honestly, I really love the reggaeton! Speaking of it, its not like the "reggae" music, the one which is very famous by Bob Marley. Reggaeton has its own rhythm and beat. So if you want to know what's reggaeton, try to listen to Pitbull's song for the best example :D

To be honest, I'm a big fan of reggaeton songs, and before I joined zumba, I've already listened to reggaeton songs. Its just I don't know what's the specific genre for it. So after the course, we were also have been trained and taught on how to differentiate certain genres of Zumba's song.

So the first time I heard the reggaeton songs, and I was like "Hey, I'm familiar with the beat.. hmm!"

And now I know, its actually reggaeton! :D

Haha spot me in the photo? Well, in this photo, this is my group and we were doing our very own choreography based on the basic steps we learnt before. It was fun! :D

WE'VE JUST GRADUATED! Lol, actually we've just finished the training, finally gotten our certificate and officially becoming the Zumba instructor! :D

Oh anyway, there will be another training on this upcoming July its for the Basic 2. So far, I haven't decide whether I will join or not.

Because so far, I haven't plan to conduct my own classes, I don't have any experience dancing and showing my passion in front of the people. Its actually kinda embarrassing, I don't know how I dance or do the workout actually, does it good? Does it makes sense for me to stay in front of the people and doing the choreography? Even though I know basic steps for zumba, doesn't mean I can be a good instructor. Am I right?

And also because, frankly speaking.. I don't want to look so perasan hot, perasan pandai menari, perasan cantik, perasan hot and whatsoever in front of other people. BIKIN MALU OK! Hahahahaha!

But I shouldn't stop myself from trying, practice practice and practice..

That will be a promise to myself! keep myself healthy, fit, and enjoying zumba!

Ever since I started my college life for the first 2 years, dieting is never in my "have-to-do" list because I was too comfortable with my body. I don't think I'm weighing too much and I was 72 kg that time. I've never bothered to diet, watching out my meals, and the worst thing is.

I don't think that I was too fat.

Le me, 3 years ago.

See these pictures? This was me before haha and this time I never ever think of any diets and exercising! But my parents kept on begging me to diet, jogging and few more options. They told me if I can lose my weight, I'll get my rewards. See how good they are, right??

So to cut off the story, since I refuse to exercising because I was so LAZY to jogging and sweating eventhough I was an athlete before, Dad asked me to seek help from treatments option that requires no exercising.

Mid 2008, I went to Marie France Bodyline and managed to lose around 10kg after a VERY VERY strict diet and constantly undergoing their treatments. (From 72kg to 62kg) just in 4 months.

I'm not going to reveal the cost here, but you can e-mail and ask me personally if you want to. (:

I thought I've already did my best and started to skip the treatment, but I still watching my food. But way lazier than before.

So in 2 years, I gained weight like 5kg++.

September 2010 - Hari Raya

At this point, I feel that my jeans are getting tighter! Hard to breath when I wear them jeans. Old clothes are getting tighter too, I can wear the jeans when I was 72kg again and it fit real good on me. Sad max huh?

Mom kept on complaining that I gained so much weight, and I should have started to dieting again. Plus, the money they've been threw to the Marie France was just a very big waste.

Early 2011, I met with le boyfriend with this kind of huge body. Ever since that time, I'd never give up on making efforts to improve myself. Talk about being optimistic! :)

June 2011, with the supports from le boyfriend and friends. I started to try gym. I don't lose so much weight, maybe it's because I don't strictly control my food intake.

August 2011, I was doing my teaching practicum at this time, I tried herbalife introduced by a friend of mine from the school where I was undergoing my teaching practicum. At first I was just asking about the herbalife tea, but seeing her losing few kgs and sharing with me about her dieting and herbalife stuffs made me feel so exited! Here, I decided to give it a try, guess what? I lose 4kg just in.. 3 weeks? :D

I slowly losing a kg by each month; Until December 2011 - January 2012, I'm weighing 60kg.

AND NOW STILL 60KG DON'T WANT TO LOSE MORE! Sigh I don't know what to do anymore!

December 2011

February 2012;

Still 60-61KG!

I started to think for a solution, I spoke to dad of considering for a personal trainer. So dad allowed me to do so (because he's my bank, dad says no, then I'll get nothing.)

I started with my personal trainer, firstly we went for weight lifting at the gym, and he gave me a lot of advice in terms of dieting and doing my workout routine.

February - March ; I still weighing 60kg! :(

BUTTTTTTTTT I did the body scan, not sure what's the exact term for it. Basically just to know your muscles and fats etc etc. Here, the result was; I gained muscles while my fats were less than before. ( I don't remember the numbers, btw)

And I feel so much healthier and stronger. My stamina has improved A LOT! Last time I can't even stand running/jogging and last for 1 minute. I can't do that. But now, I can constantly running for 15-20 minutes without even stopping. I know it sounds like an easy task for those who are very fit enough.

But for a person like us, the fatties. IT'S A BIG ACHIEVEMENT! :)

But people/friends keep on saying that I lose weight, the thing is.. my weight is actually still the same!

The lowest weight I've ever achieve so far is 60.0kg.

At this point, I feel so excited that I will be weighing less than 60kg already! But I just got back from KL 2 weeks ago, and I gained like almost 2kg. Sad okay? Sad!

I wonder how people can eat a lot and hardly to gain weight? While me, just a week without exercising and eating lots of food will be a devastated moment whenever I stepped onto the scale.

But no worries, I've set my goal and right now I'm still ongoing to pursue my dream.. which is to lost another 3 kg! :)

Oh BTW, I just want to share something will all of you :)

1 thing for sure, at the gym.. I really really love ZUMBA. Here, they have classes for zumba, at first I don't have any idea what was this class is all about, I only knew that the songs are all catchy, fast beat and fun!

Anyway, Zumba is a latin-inspired dance/aerobic class.. I cay say? You won't feel bored as they will play songs like PitBull, some reggaeton songs, and the hottest clubbing tracks.

After almost a year I joined Zumba classes, finally I've registered myself to be one of the certified instructor for Zumba Fitness. The training will be conducted at Core Fitness, KK on this upcoming 20th April.. :) :)

Frankly speaking, I have no intention and I'm not looking forward to do my own classes at this moment. Not sure in the future lah. And please, don't say I was only spent money for nothing because of this. For this certificate, I feel that this will be my best achievement in my life, as you can see from the beginning of the post. I have problem with my weight, I don't think I can run and last for a minute before, I don't think I can dance and feel sexy, and the most important thing is, I never ever imagined and pictured myself that I will have a license to teach people on how to exercise and dance.

NEVER EVER IN MY LIFE THAT I WILL THINK LIKE THAT FOR THESE PAST FEW YEARS WHEN I WAS SO SO FAT.

Don't say fat people can't be a zumba instructor okay??

Till then, I really really hope I can lose 3 kg soon! :) Amen!

Hey guys!

I actually have cut off my hair shorter than in the pictures I posted in my previous post. When I said "shorter" , it was really really short.

I kind of look like a dude. yeah "hot dude" , *perasantan me-gusta* hahahahahaaha okay joking.

(Hey don't think I dislike Pengkids, I have a lot of friends who are lesbians/gay/pengkids so no offence, I still love y'all!)

For me, it's not a big deal as I always do wear make-ups and dressed up like a girl whenever I went out for classes or hanging out with my friends.

So literally, I still look like a girl :D

And few weeks ago, my friend asked for my help to conduct an aerobic session at the school where were they doing their practicum for this semester. Since it's an impromptu plan (because they suddenly got this task a day before) I was a bit scared but I think I can do this with help from my other friend whom we went to the gym together almost everyday.

Anyway, this is a girls' school. But I never think much about it because for me it probably would be like just a normal aerobic session.

And this is the funniest part;

The morning we went to the school, my friend and I was waiting in a room before the aerobic session starts and my practicum friends came in. Before that, I noticed that some of the kids were looking at us, you know? Strangers went into their school, and of course that strangers will get a lot of attention. Same goes to us right?

So when my practicum friend came into the room..

Le practicum friend ; ANN! Tu budak2 tanya.. "Cigu, sepa tu PENGKID?"

Pengkid? Are you kidding me? *Dying of laughter*

Hahahahahahahahha!

And when we were doing the aerobic session at the school's open hall, a student came and tell my friend

"Cikgu, siapa tu? Hensem juga!"

ME? HANDSOME?

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH!

I bet all of you know that I recently moved to a new house, I can say the environment is pretty hectic. I didn't mean that I don't like it in here, it's just I feel uncomfortable with it.

Dear neighbours in here,

I know students life are the most remarkable in life, the most happiest moment ever happened in your once in a life time, I know that making and having fun, playing with your friends is such a normal thing.

But it's not normal when you're shouting and singing as if your voice is superb in the middle of the night, to be exact, somewhere around 12.30AM - 1AM sometimes. Are you kidding me dear neighbours? (Okay, it happened AGAIN just now)

This shit isn't bothering me if its somewhere on the evening. I am a student too, so I understand how your life is so happy and merrier surrounded by friends. But that is not an excuse to all of you for making noises in the middle of the night, shouting and talking like 1 orang d ranau, 1 orang di Kinabutan, are you crazy?

The neighbour in front of my door is a family (I think they have a baby?), I wonder if their baby can resist in such hectic environment!

AHHHHHH!

Another 1 thing, saya tau la kamurang orang kaya and can afford to pimped your cars with expensive stuffs like the ones we seen in the movie.

Tapi kurang ajar juga tu kan ko blow2 kereta ko sini perumahan, maka jalan besar tu terang2 LUAS kan? Lapas tu ada speed bump, ko takut juga, kasi slow juga kereta!

So what's the point of doing that? Showing off as if your car is the best among the best in this area?

Sometimes I wish that you would hit something like a big rock and wrecking up your whole bumper, so that you will be more considerate whenever you're driving around your neighbourhood..

Nevermind, let them. Monkeys just got new car. Let them play with it.. *angry voice*

Anyway,

Recently I have been rushed to the HQE's emergency ward after a terrible pain in my stomach, I can say like 9 over 10?

Doctor asked me to get a good rest, staying at home for few days, eat good food and take a good care of myself.

Went back home, watching TV while enjoying my pain. Later at night, as usual..

"BANGG BOOOM BAANNGGG HAHAHAHAA )@^#)^!#)&!#!!! HAHAHAHAHA WAKAKAKAKAKA" and seems like they are jumping while running in their house.

Oh my God? Are you kidding me?

I called the security to informed about these students. He replied;

"Kami suda marah dorg tadi, skijap saja diam. Lapas tu, bising juga balik. Begini lah, kau talipun sija la polis. Kami sendiri pun inda dpt buat apa2 suda" (in strong Dusun accent). Not satisfied with the answer I'd received, I googled the nearest balai polis somewhere here and called them.

Yes, I made a phone call to the police station due to my house area was infested with noisy monkeys. Problem?

*Jangan main main sama perempuan yang sedang sakit ok*

10 minutes after that, another police officer called me and ask which block and which floor and bla bla bla *some explanation I couldn't recall well* .

Result? An hour later, no more noises!! :D :D

Even few days after that, they still keep their monkey mouth shut. But not until today, they started to act like monkey again, the unwanted sound came again. :(

That's sucks to the max. Seriously I feel like shoving my feet into their mouth!

And thank God that I'm feeling way better than few days ago, Amen.

P/s : I didn't mean to addressed these students like an animal, but seriously they are off the limits. This is not a college/hostel area. We do have families staying in here, so please be considerate.

P/p/s : Lain kali kalau dorang ni suda ada baby ka atau sakit ka *palis2* , kalau sana juga ada bising2 . Baru dorang paham kali apa perasaan jiran2 di sekeliling dorang ni. Bikin panas betul.

Blahblahblah

I guess I will just made a rambling post tonight. I just want to find a space for myself to express what I was thinking, facebook is seriously not an appropriate space for me (I think) to show, behave, and be an attention seeker for my mindless babble that could lead to a misunderstanding and difficulties to understand beyond what I could imagine.

Except for my blog, I don't think 80% of people in my facebook can remember my blog's name, and the rest of the 20% of them probably don't have the idea what I was talking about right now.

Maybe just 1-2% of them ?

Oh, seriously.. I don't even know what I was typing at this moment.

Obviously something is bothering me. Something is not unfair, I know.. Speaking of your anger. You better don't spit any word when the anger is controlling you. But I think I am not, I've been thinking about this since few days ago. I couldn't find the exact answer nor to forget about it.

It is just unfair, you know?

And with other things that has messed up and makes your day so gloomy.. Couldn't say anything more right now..

Nevermind, human has been created by God to endure, we have only just need space and time to find that strength . :)

Ok testing testing!

I finally moved to my new house, actually not really a new house.. Its my family house, and I decided to move here after I have completed my studies. Well yeah, the internet connection doesn't seem so good compared to my old place. Probably because here isn't the DiGi hotspot or whatever it is. So a bit slow for me to surfing and chatting. Hmm

Today, I just cut off my shoulder-length hair because my hair was curvy on one side only, the bottom of my hair was quite dry and it looks terrible!

Solution - CHOPPED OFF!

I promise to get myself a personal trainer soon when I'm going back to Sabah next week.

It's been a week since I arrived here, at Semenanjung of course. And since that day, I've never worked out or at least do a simple exercise. Malas ok, makan jak karaja.

Who can resist the temptation of the foods here? I mean, I eat almost everything I can't have and find KK. It feels so bad at first but neverminddddddd ;D

Don't you think thats worth it? *troll face* and I'll blog about the foods soon ok!

Christmas in Korea [ Part 2 ]

Hi, so back to the part 2,

There is another info I would like to say about Korea, on my first post I think I was emphasizing on their foods instead of the vacation itself.

Anyway, still about food. I'm not sure whether it's due to the winter season or its in their culture to consume thick coffee instead like the one we always had in Malaysia.

I mean, their coffee was like.. 3-5x thicker then ours? This is new to me :D And I rarely saw Starbucks in Seoul, the famous one I guess is the "angel-in-us coffee" ? Can be spotted almost anywhere at every 1KM you travel through each of the district in Seoul. (FYI, there are 25 district in Seoul), and the cafe is bigger than Starbucks.

Oh back to my first point, if anyone of you is planning for a vacation on WINTER season, if you were advised to bring wind break jacket, then you better buy one.

Don't end up to be like me. Telampau minta puji kan, rasa la 8 hari kesejukan.

Even in Malaysia, I can't resist in a very cold place , in my room for instance. I don't turn on the aircond till morning, lets say.. just for 2-3 hours in 1 night? It's actually enough for me. Imagine in the air-conditioned room is pretty hard for me to stay, how can I survive in such place when the temperature dropped to -14 ?

Who can understand my agony? :(

Not saying I hate Korea because of the temperature, I love Korea okay! :D

But in some streets, I can see some of the Korean chicks wear only a skin-socks with coat. I mean, can you imagine how thin the skin-socks compared to my 2 layered leggings?

Or maybe they already get used to the extreme temperature, I was born and raised in Malaysia, the never ending summer country, so being in a hot environment for almost 24 years, it's not easy to get used to the 4 season countries within few days.

But overall, everything is okay especially the food. Surprisingly I don't get fever or flu when I was there, but a day when I just got back to Malaysia, I suddenly fell sick :(

Here you can find a lot of designer brands (except for Louis Vuitton and.. ops I forgot!) such as Adidas, Nike, AX, Guess, Coach, Burberry and etc etc.

1 Word - HEAVEN.

But as you can see, it's winter season so don't expect for the shopping spree here. Of course almost all are the winter apparels, the one that we will not use in Malaysia. Kind of dissapointing at first but I managed to find few cheap tees and lingerie from AX and Guess.

So, another 1 word again - HAPPY. :D

Here is the kim-chi factory, and they show us how they made their kim-chi and then,

we'll do ours! *excited*

As you can see in the picture, there was a red paste beside the vegetable. It's the main ingredient to make a kim-chi. I'm not so sure what they mix inside it, but I can confirmed they got ginseng powder and probably some chili paste and etc etc.

After they have mix everything, then they'll spread the mixture onto the veges and put it inside a jar to be kept for few months.

So lets make a kim-chi!

Compliments from the kim-chi factory,

That small paper-cup in the picture is a ginseng flavored milk, which is pretty new to me. But afterall the taste is quite ok.

They even provide free Korean traditional clothes to be worn for photography session!

ONE OF THE YUMMIEST LUNCH I'VE EVER HAD IN KOREA!

I only got the chance to ride on their roller coaster but not this one (look at the picture above) because my sister has no guts to join me! :(

I can only feel the excitement by viewing from outside of the rolling-ride whatever name it is. Waaaaa :(

The first time I saw this kind of hotel, I was like..

"Oh my.. where's the bed??"

Actually they kept the mattress inside the cabinet (can be seen in the above picture) and put it on the floor. The heater for the room is actually underneath the floor so the heat will straightly strikes into your blanket instead.

Finally back in Seoul! Stuck in traffic jam for almost an hour.

Btw, the last day in Korea, we were supposed to fly back to KK at 9.45AM, we were up around 3.30AM to get ready and leave the hotel at 5AM in the morning. Went for our last breakfast at Korea, bought some souvenirs and then heading to the airport. Reach there before 7AM just to know that.. our flight to KK has been CANCELLED by MAS because of overbooked.

Another careless mistake done the MAS employees?

How can you overbooked the tickets when it was supposed to have a list for those who have book earlier.

Dad (in khakis jacket) and mom (in black jacket) with the other tour members and group leader was asking for the explanation of how it happened.

They gave us 2 choices, which were ;-

1st - Staying another 1 night in Seoul, and flying back to KK on the next morning.

2nd - Instead of 9.45AM to KK, they gave us ticket to KL at 11AM, and then flying back to KK at 8PM on the same day (with business class for FREE)

Mom insisted for the 1st choice because she hates traveling and sitting in the plane for the whole day. Unfortunately, on the next morning either, the flight were all fully booked. So no choice have to go to the option no. 2.

From 19 members of the tour group, only half of us got the ticket to fly on the time that we were supposed to fly. The unlucky ones got stuck in Seoul were my family and another 1 chinese family.

My brother was one of the people who fly at 9.45AM because he has connecting flight on the same day to go back to LD. And he got business class ok. While us, economic seat from Seoul to KL, then business class from KL to KK.

What can I say more?? Hahaha better than nothing.

Anyway, this is the packaging that has made me and mom running inside the airport.

If you bought bags from the tax-free shopping mall (only for tourist), they will need you to show your passport.

So when we were about to pay the bag, we have to fill in a form that contains your name and etc etc etc, inside the form you also have to tell your flight number and time somemore.

If I'm not mistaken, they only scan mom's credit card or passport and suddenly all the information appears, I mean, how come they can instantly know our flight number and time ah? Still mysterious to me.

After you officially purchased the bags, they will send it to the airport and you have to collect it by yourself. Speaking of the map, its all in Korean words and most Koreans don't know how to speak in English, so that will be pain in the ass to find the counter because Incheon Airport is not like the Lahad Datu or KK airport :(

Like what I've expect, we lost in the airport for almost an hour!

I've had so much fun in Korea despite the weather seems like killing the joy a bit. But not bad, at least I've experienced the real Christmas with snow :D

P/s : I was actually fell asleep when I was supposed to re-read and post this post last night. But when I woke up, all the pictures were GONE and I started to panic. Luckily I copied and paste to the new blog post so all the pictures are here once again.

Hey, currently in KL for almost 2 weeks after everything is done (exams, moving out from old house and etc etc)

Christmas in Korea [ Part 1 ]

It's winter in Korea!

I was in Korea from 22nd of Dec until 28 Dec. Therefore, for the preparation I brought a trench coat, winter boots, leggings and gloves to go there. In our itinerary, it was stated there as the temperature is at -6 and we were advised to prepared a windbreaker jacket. After a survey, I found out that a trench coat can only keep you warm until 0 celcius (something like this la I've been told by the salesgirl at the shop)

When I look at those windbreaker jackets, 1st thing came up in my mind was,

"Confirm gambar saya bida ni boss, bikin nampak gemuk ni jacket2 stail gini"

So, I decided not to buy windbreaker jacket, to be specific, yes I don't want to look fat in pictures. Turns out that it was the MOST STUPID DECISION I'VE EVER MADE. Superficial damage. *boo me*

The first day in Korea, I only wore a legging, off shoulder tops with trench coat, gloves, socks and winter boots. Since we were all arrived at 5AM something so we didn't have much time to change the outfits so basically I just wearing my coat and gloves that I brought hand-carried from Malaysia.

I thought the trench coat can keep me warm for the rest of 8 days in Korea, but the moment we stepped out of the airport with our luggage and heading off to the bus early morning at 6AM++ , it was soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo cold at outside and I can see the white cloud of condensation whenever I exhale!

Something that we rarely.. eh wait, NEVER see in Malaysia.

Not only the trench coat, even the gloves I bought from Malaysia seems doesn't work at all. Only the boots and wool socks works perfectly. I have no problems with my foots during the whole 8 days in Korea.

1st day was a disaster, seriously. For the rest of the week in Korea, I took the 1st day experience as a lesson..

Never ever underestimate the power of mothernature.

Anyway, one thing I like about Korea was their food. I kind of like the idea of how the Koreans are very concern about their health especially kim-chi, that was rated as one of the World's healthiest food.

You can never run away from kim-chi in Korea, its their essential food to be eaten everyday. I don't have problems with kim-chi, I can munch on them despite the taste is quite weird when the 1st time I ate it but overall.. hey not bad! *kudos to the Koreans for the healthy food*

Ok, lets see the picture!

The first meal in Korea, I'm not really sure what's the exact name of it. I think it should be like Ramen or something.

Too bad our tour guide doesn't know how to speak English, so we have to wait for the other members or the tour leader to translate almost everything. Mom has tried to look for a guide who spoke English, I meant was, she requested to the tour company but I think they couldn't find one.

But still, the tour leader is a very nice person! Indeed :D

This was our first destination, the Gyeongbokgung palace, actually I have lots of picture in this palace but I forgot to set the shutter of my camera so it was all white and blank.

First day lunch, what they called this was something like Shabu-Shabu.

I was so surprised about the Korean food, hey not bad! I mean, I'm familiar with the Japanese foods but not Korea and I've never been to any Korean restaurant in KK so basically my first concern when coming to this country was the food.

My point of view about their foods - AWESOME .

This picture was taken at the Nami Island, place where they shoot the Winter Sonata drama that was so famous quite long time ago.

I'm not a big fan of Korean dramas but I do know about Winter Sonata, so went to a place that has a quite remarkable history of how it became famous, it's actually fascinating.

The place is nice. Seriously.

You know you can't let go of technologies, so iPad , phone and chargers are essential. I also brought a book just in case I need something to read to kill the boredom in the flight.

So here, as you can see there were lots of snow almost everywhere.

This was the 2nd day in Korea. At first, I actually don't know where was this place as the tour guide spoke in Chinese. I made an effort by googling the name of it and it is actually 02 Resort at Taebaek City, somewhere in Gangwon Province. It took like 3 hours from Seoul to here. Btw, thanks to google for all these informations!

In my point of view, people came here during the winter season is mainly for 1 purpose - to skiing. So the 2nd day was only to play ski the whole day from morning till evening.

Anyway, Korea is fantastic because.. they provide free wifi spot almost EVERYWHERE.

Foods and fresh fruits from the local mart. Oh 1 thing I noticed about the Korean foods were the amount of calories they will state out in front of the packaging. So those who are in diet can think twice before purchasing.

Definitely because we can see the number of the calories is BIGGER than usual. Hahahahahaha

Here in Malaysia, we have to refer at the back of the packaging with the tiny numbers. I am watching my calories so when I was in Korea, those "numbers" they labelled has the significant psychological effect on me. HAHAHAHA

But for sure, I LOVE KOREAN FOODS! :D 15 over 10 !

This place is the Seoraksan Mountain, seriously you're going to see a breathtaking view!

It's actually a food, made from glutinous flour (each color has their own taste and flavour) and inside got something like yam or potato, I'm not sure but what I know I only munch on them and its yummy!

I bet all the Sabahans will understand whenever they saw this tiny house at the Teddy Bear Farm. HAHA

I don't know if the owner of this cafe is Malaysian or Indonesian, interesting!

Above are the two pictures I took when we were having our lunch, it's actually a GINSENG CHICKEN!

Suuuuppperrrrr yummy and I can feel my saliva is bursting out in my mouth right now, they even put rice inside the chicken and cooked together inside the soup. Such a wonderful food!

Anyway that brown paste as you can see from the picture is something like their side dish or "sambal" in Malaysia. I swear, it tasted EXACTLY like bosou! *excitedness*. Ok what's bosou? It's our traditional food for the kadazan dusun race in Sabah, has quite strong smell and a bit sour. Btw, this Korean bosou I think is made from the yellow soy bean paste.

Since I'm a big fan of bosou, having this kind of food somewhere thousand kilometers away from the land below the wind makes me feel like.....

You can see that face, you know! Heaven heaven!

This is the CHURROS!! I googled what is churros and found out that it is the Spanish doughnut. Seriously yummy, I can't stop eating it whenever I saw any stalls with churros!

The thing is, it's expensive. The cheapest churros I've ever bought in Korea is around 2500 Won, the most expensive is 3000 Won.

That's RM9 in Malaysian money. But WORTH IT!

Hello peeps!

Exam is around the corner, but I am pretty sure that all of my friends are still in the holiday mode. After years and years in the University, this is my first time ever having an unpleasant holiday due to the schedule has been changed early of this semester and we will be having our exam starting on the 4th of January. (Mine is on the 4th and 7th of January)

It feels like "Ohh man, I have to work on it before the day comes or I'll be a dead meat during the exam!"

But Thank God everything about my thesis is 100% done, now I am waiting for the hard cove version to be done by the shop, then that's it!

I don't think I am able to complete my thesis without the enormous support from my friends. Yes, credits to them for being there when I was so down and almost give up throughout the final agony week of the thesis.

Thank You Bella, Yang2 and Danica!! ;D

If not, I probably will be sitting here regretting the days I've had for procrastinating and crying because I need another semester to complete the thesis all alone without any friends that I barely know.

Well as for 2011, I am glad that things were not as bad as the previous year of 2011. Close friends knew what I've been through, what I am standing for and what I am today. Overall, The greatest thing God gave me on 2011, my man.. Love you FAN, Thank You Lord and Amen!

Basically I don't have New Year Resolutions, but this year I'm intended to losing weight more and moreeeee . Not trying to be skinny, but as long as I have tonned body and nice ass, that would be nice! :D

Still remember my previous post about our thesis presentation? Yeah! I managed to put myself on the top 15 and presenting my thesis in front of the audience and judges/panels !

Everything was going on well except for my findings part, where I got so nervous until I forgot about my null and alternative hypotheses whether its rejected or not!

Seriously I was so nervous until I forgot what to say on my findings!

But overall, I feel so glad that everything's over now. Left 2 task to be completed before Wednesday (It's Tuesday, I know I only have few hours left to do finish em' all!)

That best moment ever, the happy feeling I got after the presentation, seriously it feels like a huge rock on top of your head was smashed down to the floor and it cracks into million of pieces and you feel like you can breath properly once again!

So after the joy I'd feel , the burdens got swept away, I went back home early to finish my group assignment and doing the final touch for my thesis before it's going to be printed out. 30 minutes stayed in front of the laptop, I felt like my head was so heavy, so I decided to take a nap first before continuing my work.

Plus, my bf is at the airport and about to check-in and then JETTING OFF TO SABAH! (Joy joy!)

3.30PM++ I got a long text and after few miss calls from him (I slept like a pig, I don't bother any phone calls anymore, I don't even know my phone rangs)

I woke up just to know that..

He's not going back to Sabah. Due to the system has been closed before they even got the chance to check-in.

I thought he was joking (coz I was just awake from my nap) and kept on asking him "Are you serious?" for countless time and even beg for his explanation.

Realizing he's not joking and we won't be seeing each other on few hours ahead. I suddenly didn't feel sleepy at all, I'm widely awake and tadaaahhh the best feeling you'll ever had for the next few hours.

I know it sounds exaggerating but if anyone of you experience a long-distance-relationship , you'll know how does it feels when a tragic moment happened just few hours before he'll supposed to touched down our land of the wind!

*sad max*

To add salt to the injury, no tickets are available until 25 December. And all the prices were damn expensive. :( :(

Then, later at night, I decided to go out rather than spending time all alone in the room. It's heavily raining at KK last night and I felt a bit strange why my vision is not really clear, I couldn't see the road properly and I chose to drove slowly across the highway.

After few hours at outside, went back home just to know that my fog lamp is not working once again. I just changed the right fog lamp and cost me RM300++ like 2 weeks ago and not it started to trolled once again.

This morning, I called perodua about the issue and no one is answering my call. Or perodua is closed on Tuesday? Hmm

Like "WTF?"

I am sitting here in front of my laptop to blog while I was supposed to be in the toilet for showering and then off to the vet because my cat refuses to eat for almost 2 days! *panic*

See? Problems kept on coming, so what's next?

I got butterflies in my stomach, tomorrow will be our final thesis presentation. And among all of the presenters, the best one will be chosen for the presentation at the atrium in front of the public and 3 judges on the 19th! Scary man, but the potential and chances of getting A is very high! I'm not sure if I will be selected or not, but lets just hope for the best thing to happen! :)

Thanks to all friends who supported and encouraging me to do my thesis, otherwise I think I'll still in my own world and my own dream!

I said I will post the pictures during our recent dinner a week ago, finally my broadband has been restored to its normal capacity so the connection is way better than before.

After few years in the University, this is my 2nd time joining the dinner, or to be exact, my FIRST time ever joining the annual dinner. The first one was 2 years ago but that one was for the Gaza Charity. So, does it count in?

Anyway, we were having so much fun despite our table was located beside the bitch that I used to blog about her some time ago, still remember? I know she can read this and start to getting trolled! Lololol! :P

Meanwhile, the performances were all good. Though the stage lightning and microphones can be improved but they are all great! :D

Seriously I need help!

Yesterday I went to 1 Borneo to find trench coat and winter boots for my upcoming vacation. I managed to find the trench coat that fits in with my desire. Actually, I've made a survey like a month ago before so I already found a pair of winter boots in 1 Borneo.

Decided not to buy it earlier because I though the shop may have like Year End Sale or something, or maybe I can find another pair of boots around KK.. But I couldn't find any!

So I went back to that shop and unfortunately my sizes were all sold out and only left for the gigantic foot, size 46 (Size 46 I guess is.. 12?11 ? Maybe?) which is double of my size! (mine is 6-7)

Anyone knows where to find winter boots/Ugg boots in KK???????? Or maybe blogshops/ebay within Malaysia?

Hahaha title has nothing to do with my post, I suddenly recalled my childhood memories where we used to play this game that we called as "je-ro-pain" or something. I am 23 years old and I just knew that game name's actually..

Btw, my 2nd blog post for today, I've been neglected my blog for a week so while I'm still having the spirit or feeling or whatever to blog. So why not? :D

Last week we were having so much fun at UniRazak Sabah Annual Dinner, despite not winning any of the lucky draws, I would like to congrats to the MPM of 2011 especially Regina (ok, she's my junior when we was in high school) for pulling a great annual dinner! :)

Anyway, I'm going for a vacation on this upcoming 21 December. Mom said it's my birthday gift but actually the whole family is also going. WHERE?? Wheree?? Hahaha it's Korea baby, wait for me!

Will be there until the Christmas ends, and I'm so excited because it's winter so I need to find winter jacket and boots so I wouldn't end up myself died in the freezing temperature! Oh ya, I'm actually not really into this snow thingy, I don't find the joy of making a snowman or playing snowball and laying down on the snow is fun. I've been to a snow place before, we were brought to visit the Mount Titlis place which is located at on top of the mountain somewhere in Switzerland. I still remember, the group of the Chinese kids in our tour group were playing happily with the snow despite we were not wearing an appropriate cloths for snow (I was wearing a jacket and shoes) they still can running happily, playing snowballs. While me?

STOOD THERE DOING FVCKING NOTHING because I can't stand being in the cold place more than 5 minutes!

I even asked them "Don't you feel cold or something?"

Them : NO! Lets play, if you keep moving.. you actually generates the heat in your body.

I felt like my ears are freezing, pain, and cold. So sad I can't enjoy that moment. That's why I feel like "argh, snow?" for this trip. Too bad the bad experience I had before still haunting my mind. But I am still happy and excited!!!!!

Meanwhile, my birthday was 2 months ago. Dad gives me an iPad 2 ;D Yeahu thanks Dad! :D

DiGi VS Maxis

My broadband is so slow because I have finally reached the limit quota which is 10gig per month.

But I always love DiGi because I still can surf without extra charges, not like MAXIS. Even just a KB, they will charge you like there's no tomorrow. And that explains why I terminated my maxis post-paid number from 2009 till this year and switched to pre-paid once again. After being a loyal customer to Maxis for 7 years, this is what they gave to me?!

Ever since I was using blackberry and then changed to iPhone. My phone bill will never EVER EVER gets below RM100. I was wondering, my maxis phone is my private number which only the family and close friends have it, the other one is pre-paid DiGi is for friends and etc etc. So basically, I don't use much for phone calls and assuming the iPhone RM100 post-paid plan (free 200 sms to maxis, 333mins etc etc 1 gig internet data) is enough for my budget as a student.

For your information, maxis has a lot of hidden charges that you don't know on the first place. The first problem popped up when just few weeks (less than a month) I changed my phone from blackberry to iPhone. I suddenly got barred from surfing the internet and phone calling etc2. I rushed to Maxis center at Warisan Square KK to seek for further assistance. After they checked my account.. I seriously almost fainted.

Guess how much?

RM370++ . *fainted*

I was like "WTHHHHHHHHHHH IS THIS??!"

They explained to me regarding my bill cycle etc etc and I still have outstanding bill for my BLACKBERRY.

That moment I felt like there's a lightning strikes to my head.

ME : I ALREADY PAID ALL MY BLACKBERRY BILL BEFORE I SWITCHED TO iPHONE PLAN, AND I ASKED YOUR BOSS WHETHER I STILL HAVE PENDING OR OUTSTANDING BILL AND SHE SAID NO MORE. HOW COME YOU GUYS STILL CHARGING ME FOR THE SHIT THAT I DON'T EVEN USE ANYMORE???" (actually I was saying something like this)

Maxis : Yeah it's regarding the bill cycle, your bill cycle is actually on the 7th every month. So bla bla bla (don't recall the conversation anymore)

ME : IF I REALLY DO HAVE AN OUTSTANDING BILL, THEN WHY THE HELL YOUR BOSS TOLD ME THAT I HAVE NO MORE OUTSTANDING BILL AND SHE DOESN'T EVEN EXPLAINED TO ME REGARDING THE BILL CYCLE?! AND WHY I HAVE RM370++ OUTSTANDING BILL RIGHT NOW? WHAT THE HELL IS THIS?

Maxis : It's all because of your bill cycle miss, your bill cycle is on the 7th. And you changed your plan on the 25 oct, despite you've changed your plan, the bill is still running because of your bill cycle date. And now you've been charged for the internet because you've over used your internet.

ME : I THOUGHT MINE HAS 1 GIG FREE EVERY MONTH?

Maxis : Yes you do, but it's only applicable starting on the 7th every month, since you changed your plan on the 25th October, you only have like 25% free from the 1Gig data. The 1 Gig data will refreshed every month on the 7th.

ME : AND NOW I WANT TO ASK, WHY DON'T YOUR BOSS TELL ME EARLIER WHEN I PURCHASED MY iPHONE? SHE SHOULD EXPLAINED TO ME REGARDING MY BLACKBERRY BILL AND ALSO THIS RECYCLE BILL!! DON'T SIMPLE SELL AND LET GO THE CUSTOMER JUST LIKE THAT!!

Maxis : * crickets chirping * ... I am so sorry, I don't know my boss didn't explain to you on the first place.

To end the story, I got 50% discount for my bill due to my report that maxis don't give me enough information. Better than RM370 for nothing!

That was the first one, then few months after that. I always got my phone barred without early notice, and my outstanding bill was almost RM300 , and never ever below RM150.

Thank God my contract ended on that last October. Before that, my bill was RM280+ , desperate to unbar my line, I paid RM150 first and few days after than I got barred once again. I went to settle up my bill at the maxis centre to terminate my number and changed to pre-paid. This time my bill was RM277.

RM280 - RM150 = RM130 + RM277 = RM407 + RM30 (they still charge us if we want to switch to pre-paid)

RM437 FOR MY LAST BILL I TELL YOU! And that' their final blow. Bye maxis post-paid!

(They said I still have to pay in between after 7th nov to the date I terminated my number . Who cares? Come and give me the bill, kalau ni kali kamu charge beratus2 lagi mmg kik la)

I thought I was the only one who experiencing this problem while using maxis post-paid. Turns out there were few friends of mine who are using iPhone plan (with contract) and their average outstanding bill every month like RM300-400++ . Crazy wott??

Mom insisted me to stop using 2 phones, but the reason I still kept this number is because I've been using it since I was form 4! In the mean time I'm still using 2 phones but both are pre-paid.

Btw, I was thinking to switch to DiGi postpaid plan for iPhone but I don't want to take the risk anymore.

Better safe than sorry! :)

Parents went to India for 10 days and in the mean time, I'm officially broke until Saturday. Soon my wallet is going to be emptied! :(

Glad that I bought vegetables, poultry and fish earlier to be kept in my fridge for the sake of my so-called-protein-diet , thank God I think the stock can save my ass up to 3-5 days. Good enough until my parents coming home and give me some moolahhh. And it's good to eat home cooked food, love it! :)

Meanwhile, everyone's looking up for our upcoming Unirazak Sabah Regional Centre's annual dinner. My friends and I are currently spending time almost every evening at the gym to burn fats before the dinner. Good enough for the efforts rather than staying home and be fat, don't you think? Muehehe ;D

I went to Marie France for my regular session, as usual.. Once a week they'll do a fat test to the customer and see whether we (customers) have some improvements like losing fats , drinking a lot of water and etc etc.

Somehow I wonder how does the machine can measure our fats and water in the body? How? How? The percentage I think is quite precise since they measure it in percent. As an example like,

Water - 29.9%

Fats - 32.3%

I mean, how did the machine say I got 32.3% fats in my body? Does the measurement is 100% true???

And I got my result for today! As the result of not maintaining my diet and exercise for almost 1 week and half (please, I got an excuse, it because my Bf was here and we were at her sis's wedding so I don't want to miss the chance to eat a lot of nice foods! boo me) I gaine 1 kg, and almost 1.4% fats . I was like, wtffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffff???

I made a vow to myself not to eat junk food, heavy and high calories food anymore. Do you know there will be one stage that it is very HARD to shed weight even just 1kg.

Like seriously, I think I've reached that part. I wonder why people can say "Waaa I lose 3 kg in a week already.. Happy happy!"

And me? 3 FUCKING WEEKS for 1 kg. Not count in the time I went to the gym, foods, and etc etc. Or maybe I think my diet is wrong?

But, my fats dropped from 37++% dropped to 32%++ . But why my weight is still the same? *wondering* . I've been told by the nutritionist that, losing fats is way important than losing weight. Hmm, I guess so?

Anyway, I'm looking forward for another strict diet, I do hope I can shed a few kg before my vacation next month. I don't want to look so fugly in pictures :(

Then after knowing I gained another kg, then I was so panic because I can't turn on my phone. It turned off my itself and without any clue I pressed the start button like few times and the result are still the same. I wonder what happened to my phone? Am I going to keep another useless brick again? How much the cost to repair it?
