&lt;br /&gt;

Pois é, me encantei com aquele doce de umbu cor de rosa!&lt;br /&gt;
O doce tem uma consistência arenosa e é bem doce. Por isso pensei em usa-lo em substituição ao açúcar e foi muito interessante!&lt;br /&gt;
A primeira coisa que pensei em fazer foi um biscoito.&lt;br /&gt;
Utilizei uma receita do livro: Doçaria Portuguesa de João Luis.&lt;br /&gt;
A receita é simples:&lt;br /&gt;
500 gr de farinha de trigo&lt;br /&gt;
250 gr de &lt;a href="http://www.deliartcakecreations.com/2012/03/mercado-municipal-da-lapa.html"&gt;doce de umbu&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;esmigalhado&lt;br /&gt;
250 gr de manteiga&lt;br /&gt;
2 gemas&lt;br /&gt;
Misture o doce de umbu com a manteiga de modo a formar uma pastilha. Acrescente os outros ingredientes. O objetivo é formar uma bola com a massa.&lt;br /&gt;
Se for necessário, acrescente um pouco de leite.&lt;br /&gt;
Deixe a massa descansar por 10 minutos.&lt;br /&gt;
Peque uma forma retangular de lateral baixa (não precisa untar) e coloque pequenas bolinhas de massa (quantidade equivalente a uma colher de chá).&lt;br /&gt;
Leve ao forno pré aquecido a 200° por 15 minutos ou ate o fundo do biscoito começar a dourar.&lt;br /&gt;
Deixe esfriar e guarde em um pote de vidro bem fechado por no máximo 15 dias.&lt;br /&gt;

O lugar é feio, difícil de estacionar e o prédio esta tão mal tratado que da dó. Por isso nem tirei foto da fachada.&lt;br /&gt;
Mas quando você finalmente consegue entrar, ah que paraíso! Um ótimo lugar para garimpar ingredientes especiais!&lt;br /&gt;
O meu olhar foi na direção dos doces, é claro!&lt;br /&gt;
Achei lojistas lá que gostam de trazer produtos diferentes. ótima conversa e boas compras!&lt;br /&gt;

Foram os romanos, através do seu Império, que espalhou esta delícia pelo mundo.&lt;br /&gt;

Variam os queijos utilizados, alguns ingredientes e a forma de preparo.&lt;br /&gt;
Pessoalmente, prefiro o estilo nova iorquino entre todos os que já experimentei.&lt;br /&gt;

Massa:&lt;br /&gt;
80 gr de farinha de trigo&lt;br /&gt;
24 gr de açúcar&lt;br /&gt;
44 gr de manteiga&lt;br /&gt;
10 gr de ovos&lt;br /&gt;
Misture com a ponta dos dedos o açúcar e a manteiga. Acrescente o leite, o ovo e por último a farinha de trigo. Apenas una todos os ingredientes e deixe descansar por 30 minutos.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Creme:&lt;br /&gt;
1 ovo&lt;br /&gt;
30 gr de leite&lt;br /&gt;
80 gr de ricota fresca&lt;br /&gt;
20 gr de queijo da canastra curado&lt;br /&gt;
Bata todos os ingredientes no liquidificador.&lt;br /&gt;
Pegue uma forma redonda de fundo removível de 20 cm e forre o fundo e a lateral com a massa.&lt;br /&gt;
Despeje o creme e leve ao forno médio pré aquecido por 40 min ou ate dourar.&lt;br /&gt;
Você pode dobrar ou triplicar a receita para fazer um cheesecake maior.&lt;br /&gt;
Se você não tiver acesso ao queijo canastra, use um queijo minas meia cura.&lt;br /&gt;
Cobertura:&lt;br /&gt;
Usei a goiabada cascão e o doce de buriti.&lt;br /&gt;
Nos dois casos, utilizei o mesmo processo: derreti o doce com um pouquinho de água e espalhei sobre a torta fria e desenformada.&lt;br /&gt;

A principio estava muito indecisa entre Pedreira e Porto Ferreira, qual seria a melhor cidade para comprar utensílios de cozinha e porcelana?&lt;br /&gt;
Pesquisei bastante através do google e achei mais informações a respeito de Pedreira, alem disso, Porto Ferreira esta localizado a uma distância maior de São Paulo.&lt;br /&gt;
A distância acabou sendo determinante na minha escolha!&lt;br /&gt;
Algumas curiosidades em relação ao nome: A cidade não se chama Pedreira por causa das pedras, mas sim porque ali moravam muitos homens com o nome de Pedro.&lt;br /&gt;
Dai a cidade dos Pedros, Pedreira! Simples assim.&lt;br /&gt;
Visitei um pequeno museu da porcelana, pequeno mas interessante!&lt;br /&gt;

No museu aprendi que a cidade esta cheia de fábricas de porcelana, mas não é por causa da matéria prima, que aliás vem de longe, mas sim porque ali se estabeleceu um &amp;nbsp;fabricante e através deste muitas novas fábricas surgiram.&lt;br /&gt;

Descobri que a porcelana é uma massa feita a partir de minerais e pedras, que depois é moldada e queimada ate chegar ao produto final.&lt;br /&gt;

Pegue 3 quilos de tomates maduros e deixe de molho em água por 30 minutos para retirar um pouco dos agrotóxicos ou utilize tomates orgânicos.&lt;br /&gt;
Bata no liquidificador acrescentando um pouco de água para facilitar o trabalho,&lt;br /&gt;
Peneire o creme.&lt;br /&gt;
Coloque em uma panela e deixe ferver ate reduzir o volume a metade.&lt;br /&gt;

Bata no liquidificador ou no processador 1/2 xícara de castanha do pará.&amp;nbsp;Reserve&lt;br /&gt;
Rale 1 maçã sem casca nem sementes. Reserve&lt;br /&gt;
Em uma tijela coloque:&lt;br /&gt;
2 xícara de farinha de trigo&lt;br /&gt;
1/2 xícara de farinha de trigo integral&lt;br /&gt;
Misture com a maça e a castanha e reserve&lt;br /&gt;
No liquidificador acrescente:&lt;br /&gt;
3 ovos&lt;br /&gt;
1 xícara de açúcar&lt;br /&gt;
1 xícara de óleo de girassol&lt;br /&gt;
1/2 xícara de leite&lt;br /&gt;
1 colher de sopa de fermento&lt;br /&gt;
Bata bem&lt;br /&gt;
Misture a mistura líquida com os pós que estão na tijela delicadamente.&lt;br /&gt;
Coloque a massa em forma untada em enfarinhada.&lt;br /&gt;
Usei uma forma de pão grande, mas você pode utilizar uma forma redonda média ou de buraco no meio, própria para pudins.&lt;br /&gt;

DICA-Utilize um palito de dente para verificar se o bolo esta pronto. Ao perfurar o bolo o palito deve sair limpo e seco.&lt;br /&gt;

Na área reservada para a festa existem várias barracas com comida de rua como pastel, espetinho, sanduíche de pernil, sorvete e muita bebida!&lt;br /&gt;

Com exceção da Pedro´s, todas as outras tem amplas instalações e oferecem muito mais do que pães.&lt;br /&gt;
Mas decidi comparar o pãozinho francês, o francês integral e um outro tipo de pão que me chamasse a atenção.&lt;br /&gt;
A Graciosa Boutique é a mais nova. Fachada imponente, muitos manobristas para atender os clientes prontamente, mas os pães não estão com esta bola toda não...Fiquei um pouco decepcionada, principalmente com o pãozinho francês. Alem do formato meio irregular, o pão não tem casca nem crocância.&lt;br /&gt;

A La Ville Eleganc&amp;nbsp;é ssuper ampla, mas a padaria é muito acanhada, só uma mesa. Nem balcão tem. Parece uma mercearia moderna.&lt;br /&gt;

Não tinha pão francês integral, o básico pão francês não tem crocância, mas a ciabata estava razoável.&lt;br /&gt;
É uma ótima opção para tomar um lanche ou fazer compras rápidas.&lt;br /&gt;
A Pedro's é&amp;nbsp;pequenininha, apertada. Fica dentro de um posto de gasolina, mistura de padaria com loja de conveniência.&lt;br /&gt;

Nada me chamou a atenção a não ser a quantidade enorme de bolos a R$7,00. Bolos pequenos e feitos a base de pré mistura.&lt;br /&gt;
Esta padaria tem fama de ser barata e isso atrai muita gente, mesmo que a qualidade dos produtos não seja lá estas coisas....&lt;br /&gt;

É a padaria mais antiga e mais prestigiada da região. Sempre cheia de novidade, de encher os olhos mesmo.&lt;br /&gt;
Tirando o integral francês, todos os pães estavam muito bons. O francês foi o único com casca crocante que encontrei. Esta padaria vale a visita!&lt;br /&gt;

As padarias de uma forma geral, estão cada vez mais dependentes das pré misturas industrializadas, o que é uma pena.&lt;br /&gt;

1 cebola ralada&lt;br /&gt;
1 bandeja de shimeji branco&lt;br /&gt;
sal a gosto&lt;br /&gt;
1 limão (sumo)&lt;br /&gt;
1 cálice de vinho branco&lt;br /&gt;
azeite a gosto&lt;br /&gt;
Refogue a cebola com um pouco de azeite e acrescente o alho espremido .&lt;br /&gt;
Acrescente o shimeji e o sal.&lt;br /&gt;
Jogue o vinho e deixe reduzir.&lt;br /&gt;
Desligue o fogo e reserve,&lt;br /&gt;
Salpique um pouco de sal sobre os files e esfregue sobre eles um dente de alho.&lt;br /&gt;
Ponha um pouco de shimeji em uma posta do file e enrole.&lt;br /&gt;
Disponha os files em um refratário, coloque o sumo de limão e um fio de azeite.&lt;br /&gt;

Tinha uma sensação equivocada que para fazer sorvete era fundamental uma máquina de sorvetes e muitos aditivos como espessantes e emulsificantes. Doce engano...&lt;br /&gt;
Não sei exatamente se deveria chamar de sorvete, semifreddo ou simplesmente creme gelado. Mas acho que esta mais para semifreddo.&lt;br /&gt;
Mas posso garantir que ficou muito bom e foi bem fácil de fazer!&lt;br /&gt;

No café da manhã ou no lanche da tarde como minha nutricionista sugere.&lt;br /&gt;
Não existem ingredientes fixos, mas é certo que tem que ser crocante, inclui flocos de aveia, um tipo de fruta seca e um tipo de castanha.&lt;br /&gt;
Outro dia eu preparei esta aqui e adorei, por isso decidi compartilhar com vocês:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;Granola&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
400 gr de flocos de aveia grosso&lt;br /&gt;
200 gr de flocos de centeio&lt;br /&gt;
200 gr de flocos de cevada&lt;br /&gt;
25 gr de semente de gergelim preto&lt;br /&gt;
25 gr de semente de linhaça&lt;br /&gt;
50 gr de castanha do pará picada grosseiramente&lt;br /&gt;
10 colheres de sopa de uva passa&lt;br /&gt;
4 colheres de sopa de gérmen de trigo&lt;br /&gt;
Coloque os flocos e as semente no forno para tostar, mexa ocasionalmente e retire do forno quando você começar a sentir o cheirinho dos cereais e/ou sementes.&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;div dir="ltr" style="text-align: left;" trbidi="on"&gt;Minha intenção, hoje, era postar uma receita de musse, mas pela definição do livro Le Larousse des Desserts mousses e cremes se diferem porque o primeiro é rápido e fácil de preparar, é saboroso e rico no que se refere aos teor de gordura e açúcar dos seus ingredientes.&lt;br /&gt;
A musse deve ser gelada e servida diretamente, como uma sobremesa.&lt;br /&gt;
O creme pode ser o recheio de algum outro preparo como bolos e tortas e tem uma variedade maior de maneiras de preparar.&lt;br /&gt;
As mousses são feitas a base de açúcar e clara de ovos e/ou derivados de leite como o creme de leite e a manteiga. E pelo menos um dos seus ingredientes deve ser bem batido para agregar volume ao doce.&lt;br /&gt;

Gosto de café coado no coador de pano e adoro café com leite!&lt;br /&gt;
Já conhecia o Dona Mathilde que é um café muito saboroso, torrado levemente e sem acidez.&lt;br /&gt;
Me lembra o café que minha avó fazia. Na verdade ela plantava, colhia, secava, torrava, moia e coava. Tudo de forma artesanal!&lt;br /&gt;
O resultado era um café fraco, quase transparente, mas extremamente saboroso!&lt;br /&gt;
Pois é, o Dona Mathilde é uma excelente opção para tomar sem acompanhamento, mas na hora que você adiciona o leite ele some!&lt;br /&gt;
Por isso decidi comprar o Terroir de Bragança que é um blend com uma torra mediana e um pouco ácido. Ficou excelente com leite e ate para tomar puro.&lt;br /&gt;
Os dois são super aromáticos. Muito diferentes das marcas mais conhecidas.&lt;br /&gt;
Se você gosta de café, sugiro que experimente e se deseja se aventurar pelos sabores do café sem açúcar, é um bom começo!&lt;br /&gt;

Utilizei a massa&lt;b style="font-size: x-large;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/b&gt;pré cozida que você encontra em qualquer supermercado.&lt;br /&gt;
Coloque no liquidificador:&lt;br /&gt;
1 ricota&lt;br /&gt;
250 ml de leite&lt;br /&gt;
folhas de 2 maços de manjericão&lt;br /&gt;
2 colheres de café de sal&lt;br /&gt;
4 colheres de sopa de nozes picadas&lt;br /&gt;
4 colheres de sopa de azeite&lt;br /&gt;
Bater ate virar um creme&lt;br /&gt;
Rale um bom pedaço de mussarela de búfala&lt;br /&gt;
Montagem:&lt;br /&gt;
Em um pirex retangular coloque uma camada fina de creme e por cima coloque a massa, cobrindo todo o creme. Faça mais uma camada de creme e por cima jogue o queijo.&lt;br /&gt;
Continue fazendo camadas sucessivas, terminando com o creme e uma generosa camada de queijo parmesão. Cubra o refratário com papel de alumínio. Leve ao forno médio por 45 minutos. Retire o papel alumínio e deixe mais 10 minutos para gratinar.&lt;br /&gt;
Fica uma lasanha diferente, rápida de fazer e bem saborosa!&lt;br /&gt;

Eu fiz um bolo pequeno.&lt;br /&gt;
Utilizei 1 xícara de mandioca cozida sem o cordãozinho que fica no meio e amassei com um garfo. Acrescentei 1 colher de sopa de manteiga amolecida, 2 gemas, 2 colheres de sopa de coco ralado e 2 colheres de sopa rasas de açúcar. Misturei bem e coloquei em forma untada com manteiga e polvilhada com açúcar.&lt;br /&gt;
Fica uma massa bem firme.&lt;br /&gt;
Coloquei a massa na forma, amassando bem para firmar e compactar.&lt;br /&gt;
Levei ao forno pre aquecido a temperatura baixa, ate dourar.&lt;br /&gt;

Fui ate lá conhecer a loja e achei o sistema bem interessante e super dinâmico.&lt;br /&gt;

Acabei comprando um bolo de mandioca com goiabada e o melhor é que não é feito a base de pré mistura!&lt;br /&gt;

O bolo é gostoso, mas senti um gosto de farinha.. Acredito que se deve ao coco ralado que muitas vezes vem misturado com amido de milho, o que barateia muito o produto.&lt;br /&gt;

Este tipo de arroz é lindo e tem um sabor intenso com um toque, um fundo, frutado.&lt;br /&gt;

Coloquei em uma panela 2 xícaras de arroz cru, talos de verduras que reservo (aqui nada é desperdiçado!), cebolinha e dill. Acrescentei 2 colheres de café de sal e 6 xícaras de água..&lt;br /&gt;
Deixei no fogo baixo ate a água secar.&lt;br /&gt;
Ficou ótimo com este filé de truta, preparado no vapor, com calda de laranja.&lt;br /&gt;
