No fogo baixo coloque a frigideira untada com margarina põe no centro uma camada generosa de massa. O segredo é não mexer para que ela fique redondinha e alta. Deixe dourar e vire com auxílio de uma espátula.&lt;br /&gt;

3 xícaras de farinha de trigo&lt;br /&gt;
1/2 xícara de margarina&lt;br /&gt;
1/2 xícara de óleo&lt;br /&gt;
1 gema&lt;br /&gt;
1/2 xícara de leite&lt;br /&gt;
1 colher de royal&lt;br /&gt;
1/2 colher de café de sal (ou sal à gosto)&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Amasse todos os ingredientes, forre uma forma de aro removível (fundo e laterais), com pouco mais de metade da massa e reserve.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Recheio:&lt;br /&gt;
2 peitos de frango cozidos e desfiados&lt;br /&gt;
1 vidro de palmito picadinho&lt;br /&gt;
1 copo de requeijão&lt;br /&gt;
1 caixinha de creme de leite&lt;br /&gt;
Azeitonas picadas à gosto&lt;br /&gt;
2 tomates picadinhos&lt;br /&gt;
2 cubos de caldo de galinha (ou sal à gosto)&lt;br /&gt;
cheiro verde&lt;br /&gt;
1 cebola&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Refogue a cebola, adicione o frango desfiado, os tomates, o palmito e as azeitonas e &lt;br /&gt;
deixe refogar um pouco. Adicione 2 cubinhos de caldo de galinha, ou coloque sal à gosto, e o cheiro verde.&lt;br /&gt;
Desligue o fogo e adicione o creme de leite e o requeijão e mexa bem.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Recheie a torta, e cubra com o restante da massa, decorando com tirinhas ou como quiser.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Pode-se pincelar uma gema, eu particularmente não pincelo nada, deixo a torta ao natural.&lt;br /&gt;
