Utilizing our broadcast-quality production technology and the Seawell Ballroom, we can host an HD livestream of your event to an unlimited number of viewers worldwide, including events with a socially distanced live audience. Utilizing our 10,000 sq foot Seawell Ballroom, we are excited to host weddings and receptions this fall while adhering to social distancing guidelines and public health orders.

We have put together one-time-only 2020 wedding pricing and are ready to help support local planners and couples to deliver the special day they have always dreamed about.

Packages include usage of the Seawell Ballroom for your special day – including our beautiful drape, lighting, and fiber optic crystal ceiling, and other inclusions that will surely wow your guests.

This limited-time pricing is available for 2020 only with prime dates still available. Let us help you have the wedding of your dreams.

2020 Wedding Package Inclusions:

Full buyout of Eugenia Room (Entry Space) and Seawell Ballroom for a wedding – any day of the week.
- Includes 6 hours of event time, as well as 2 hours of set up time.
  - More hours are available at an additional cost.
- Includes tables, chairs, lighting, audio, and all items needed to host an intimate wedding reception.

We want to foster a safe and healthy event space for all of our clients, guests, staff, and artists. Following CDC Recommendations we have taken steps to enhance our health and safety measures in our venue and maintain best practices both required and recommended by public health officials.
