Hozzávalók:4 tojás, 25 dkg előfőzött rizs (10 perces), 2 kis doboz (135g-os) natúr tonhal, 12 dkg vöröshagyma, 2 dkg vaj vagy margarin, 25 dkg mirelit zöldborsó, 3 dl zöldségleves (kockából), 1 1/4 dl tejszín, 10 dkg tejszínes sajtkrém, 2 evőkanálnyi ételsűrítő, 1/2 csokor metélőhagyma, só

Rakott karfiol (ahogy én szeretem)

Közepes karfiolt rózsáira szedem és addig főzőm míg a "szára" már nem nyers. (szúrópróba késsel)
Leszűröm.

(pl. zserbó) Tudom, hogy van zserbó recept ezer, mint mindenféle édes és sós süti recept is. Éppen ez a legnagyobb bajom :) mert én pont azt
