How much Zeolite Should I Take?

Each bottle contains 15ml of Liquid Cellular Zeolite. The recommended dosage is 10 drops three times per day for the first 10 days, then take 3 drops three times per day each day after that forever.

Contraindications and Precautions: NCD may remove from the body supplemental lithium and the chemotherapy agents cisplatin and carboplatin, both of which contain platinum, (which is found in some cancer medications). You can resume taking NCD 3 days after using cisplatin and carboplatin, and 2 days after using other chemotherapies. NCD can be used while taking other chemotherapy drugs.

Skin issues and lumps on or under the skin: Many people have reported that NCD is effective in helping skin problems such as irritations, rashes, warts, insect bites, and lumps on or under the skin. Put a drop of NCD on the affected area and cover with a band-aid to keep the skin moist. You can pull open the top of the band-aid and add another drop 3 or 4 times a day.

Cholesterol is a waxy substance produced by the liver. It is
essential to every cell in the body. Cholesterol also enters the body through
the saturated fats we consume in animal foods such as meat, fish and eggs.

There are two basic types of cholesterol. One is considered
"good" and one is considered "bad." The bad cholesterol is called Low
Density Lipoprotein (LDL). A blood test that reveals bad cholesterol below 130
milligrams per deciliter (mg/dL) is considered good. The good cholesterol is the
High Density Lipoprotein (HDL). It works to cleanse the blood vessels of excess
LDL cholesterol. Anything above 40 mg/dL is desirable. Overall or total
cholesterol should be below 200 mg/dL for optimal health.

Many turn to statin drugs to help lower their
cholesterol, but these often have harmful side effects. The good news is that
cholesterol can be lowered naturally.

So what can you do to lower cholesterol naturally? A lot it
turns out...

Eat right. May sound simple, but diet has such a significant
impact on lowering cholesterol that it should be the number one factor you
look at in determining if your high cholesterol is hereditary or a matter of
dietary choices. A wealth of research suggests that foods rich in
omega-3 fatty acids including salmon, halibut, sardines and walnuts play

important. Soluble fiber removes cholesterol from the body by binding to
it. A total dietary fiber intake of 25-35 grams per day was linked to a
40 percent lower risk of coronary heart disease.
Eat more plant sterols or take a plant sterol
supplement. Foods and supplements that contain at least 1.3 grams of
plant sterols, consumed in two meals with other foods, may reduce the risk of
heart disease. According to The National
Institutes of Health guidelines for treating high cholesterol, doctors
should recommend plant sterols BEFORE prescribing statin drugs.
Quit smoking. If you smoke, the plaque build up in the
arteries due to high cholesterol is accelerated. When plaque blocks the flow
of blood to the heart, the muscle has to work harder to get oxygen. This can
lead to a heart attack. If the arteries get completely blocked with plaque
from high cholesterol then a stroke can occur.
Relax. Chronic stress can affect cholesterol levels. If you
are constantly stressed and eating a low cholesterol diet, you may not see any
improvement in cholesterol readings until you learn to relieve stress.
Talk to your doctor. Not all doctors are quick to prescribe
medication. In fact, the more enlightened doctors will help you form a diet
and exercise plan that is suitable for your current overall health and
abilities as a first step toward lowering cholesterol.

In January 2003, the federal Centers for Disease Control and Prevention reported their findings on human exposure to environmental chemicals, revealing some 116 toxic and cancer-causing chemicals in the blood and tissues of human volunteers chosen to represent our population. Among the compounds they found were multiple pesticides linked to breast cancer, dioxins that are products of incineration, and other chemicals.

Can our “body burdens” be lightened? Silent Spring researchers advocate reducing as many “preventable” exposures from industrial chemical byproducts as possible. Examples abound: 1,4 dioxane, a contaminant in detergents and shampoos, for example, and fluorescent whitening agents, both have been found to cause breast cancer in animals. The researchers argue that most chemicals used in hair dyes and cosmetics have not been tested for their health effects.
