Thank you to all of the parents that helped with the concession’s stand, score’s table and admissions at Akiva on Sunday, as well as to all the dads that help coached and operated the score’s table, for the teams, at the Bradford Academy tournament. We can never have too many parent volunteers.

Congratulations to the 7th grade Crossover team for a 2nd place finish in the Bradford Academy tournament. Crossover 7’s continue to play some very exciting basketball games. The boy’s always play hard and aggressive. Meeting Super-Friends again in the finals was a great way to finish off the weekend. Even their coach commented on how hard we play “the entire game”. Thanks to Coach Washington for an excellent job. Our boys played well and EVERYONE continues to improve. Smart play leads to easy baskets.

Congratulations to the 8th grade Crossover team for a 1st place finish in the Bradford Academy tournament. After a slow start our 8th Grade Crossover team battled hard at every turn and ended up WINNING the tournament. Winning the tournament after a slow start is a great life story. Never doubting our abilities, playing as a team, winning the little battles, executing and playing defense is how we got it done. Great job. Never Give Up!

Cavaliers v. Pistons ~ Friday Night NBA Action!

Crossover players are invited to attend the Cleveland Cavaliers v. Detroit Pistons game on Friday, March 5th.
The game will be played at the “Q” Quicken Loans Arena in Cleveland, Ohio.

We will depart on Friday afternoon. Please arrive at Akiva Parking Lot at 2:45pm. Obviously, this will require our young men to
leave school early on this special day. We will all return late Friday night.

Fee: $30.00 for bus, game, food and more! Please confirm early SPACE IS LIMITED.

REMINDER:

Parent Meeting on Thursday, March 4th ~ 8PM at Akiva.
