The God exists in reality but He is so expert at hide and seek that it becomes difficult to find Him. There is a parable:

When God created the World, He lived on this Earth. There were great problems for Him. Day night He was busy in solving people's problems. People would knock His doors at odd hours. There were so many suggestions to improve upon the world. It seemed nothing was moving right. If God listened to one man's advice, thousands turned against him. God had almost gone insane answering people - Who? How? When? got responsible for his own destiny. Most of the time people did not accept His theory, because they felt they all very much deserved to enjoy good fortunes. God was fed up clarifying. He asked His councillors, " What to do ?, Where should I hide Myself? ". Someone suggested, "Why don't you go to Mt. Everest ? You make Your abode there, nobody will come." God said, " You don't know the future, your centuries are my minutes. As soon as the Hillary reaches me, others will follow and same trouble will start." The other person suggested, "Why don't you go to the Moon?". "Soon the man will be walking on the moon. The problem will not get solved there too ", God said. There was one old wise man. He went close to God and told something in his ear. God was very happy. He said, " It seems to be perfect solution". The old man had suggested, "You hide in man himself, there he will never find you. They will search you out and get frustrated. By the time they come to know that you are residing within themselves, they would have been transformed. Even if they find you within, they will never create any trouble nor will they complaint. When they encounter with you within themselves You will transmit Your divine tendencies into them."

The God exists in reality and you are the authentic reality in this world. You have to understand you are the other half of God - You can not survive minus Him. And He can not manifest minus you. You both compliment and fulfill each other.When you follow him you come in deep accordance with reality. Your consciousness shifts from material to your own soul and you are face to face with your own being. Here you feel things happen on their own accord, you have not forced them to happen. When you are far away you are in search. When He appears before you, you escape. Why ? Because you are frightened, you are confused whether you would be able to pay the price or earn Him at the stake of your ego, you fantasies, maybe your individuality!

You need not bother because when you meet Him - He will shower so much on you, you had never dreamt of. You will be really impressed !

The Lord says to those who are constantly devoted and worship me with love, I give the understanding by which they come to me.

The man's activity is the manifestation of his will and attitude which largely depend upon his birth, nature and position in life.Everyone according to his quality and status, has particular type of work to discharge. Though man's soul is free but it becomes conditioned in human body, being entrapped in material existence. To fulfill the desires and aspirations it becomes little difficult to maintain one's body and soul together by some work. Whatever good or evil man does, has a reaction and that reaction binds the performer.Therefore one has to perform his activities not only for sense-gratification but also for the satisfaction of the soul. Everyone knows that the body is changing from childhood to boyhood, from boyhood to youth and from youth to old age until it dies. In a material consciousness man is convinced by a false ego that he is the doer of everything. He forgets that the mechanism of the body is produced by material nature which works under the supervision of the Supreme Lord.In his ignorance of false ego he takes all credit for doing everything independently. Bewildered by the false ego he forgets his eternal relationship with the Supreme Lord. Man has to act in a manner that his soul remains free from all material involvements. Love for material enjoyments gradually changes into lust, unsatisfied lust turns to wrath and wrath is changed into illusion and illusion continues the material existence.One must remember that he himself is responsible for what he is, none else. His present status has been the result of his past actions and his present desires and actions will produce his future. To reap the fruits of his activities he takes many births. The cycle of birth and death continues and man gets different environments to accomplish his unfulfilled tasks and desires. The environment, he is in this birth has been longed by himself only or created by his past actions. In ignorance man fails to understand what is action and what is inaction? It is to be always kept in mind that all work and tasks must be in some relation with the soul so that his activities gradually elevates himself to spiritual growth, One who becomes enlightened by true mode of activities, he approaches the Supreme Lord in different capacities as the distress being in want of money, as the inquisitive- in search of knowledge. If one acts in awareness to satisfy the Lord by his activities, he revives his divine consciousness. By virtue of the divine consciousness he creates and seeks favorable condition for executing his tasks.

One who does not neglect his duty towards different responsibilities in life, and surrenders the fruits of his activities at the feet of the Supreme Lord, never falls down from his constitutional position. He finds his happiness is within in his pure thoughts, in his aloofness from passionate material attachments, in his pure incompetent self. This knowledge helps him to settle down in his real self position. In such a state he can directly get the instructions from the lord for his activities. In the whole experience of self realization the ultimate truth should be remembered that the perfection of knowledge is that AATMA or SOUL is particle of the PARAMATMA - The Super Soul. AATMA is an individual soul and PARAMATMA is the properiter and controller of all individual souls.SOUL is the material bondage of the body but the SUPER SOUL is free from all material bondages. He is all pervading in transcendental form. His powers are infinite and he is always eager to connect to an individual soul with his spiritual infintie energy. Get fulfilled by connecting with Him.Get charged up by plugging onto him.

The human body is the greatest body in the Universe as he owns an intelligent mind with 'Intellect' as his genius.This gives him understanding to see things in right directions and attain to perfection. Perfection is every man's nature. All progress and powers are already in every human being. Only it is barred in and prevented by different organs and senses from taking its proper course. If anyone can take the bar off, the real nature and perfection rushes in. Man attains the powers which already belong to him. Wicked become saints as soon as the bar is broken. There is no doubt that Nature is driving every man towards perfection by reward or punishment. All the practices and struggles to become natural and spiritual, are to open the doors to one's own real self to attain perfection. Man must be master, not the slave of nature, body and mind. It is the human nature to take bad for the good and dream for the reality. Body is an unreal dream and the SOUL IS HIS REAL SELF. If one proposes to teach techniques to increase the power of sense enjoyments or to live a better material life, the human race easily and willingly respond to that. On the contrary if any spiritual authority undertakes to show the supreme goal, he finds few people to listen to him. In those, very few have the intellect or power or knack to grasp the higher knowledge of self realization. The body can be made to live for thousand years, the result in the end is same. When the living forces that hold the body, go away, the body must fall. No one can stop his body from changing as the age advances. Considering the realities of body and soul, to progress in life, man does not need to compete with anyone. Competition for life or social status are only unnecessary and extraneous efforts caused by ego and greed. When all competition cease the real nature behind a man, makes him go forward in right direction. Man's goal should not be to compete with human race, it should be the PERFECTION OF HUMAN RACE. This can only be attained by self realization because he will perceive within himself, a potential God, who wants to manifest Himself.

Man is always doubtful about the things he does not see. He does not live upon words, so there is always a doubt in his mind whether there is any truth in these things or not. Simply listening to explanations and theories do not help him. Practice is absolute necessary. Practice will make him more experienced. The knowledge attained from man's own self experience will help him to reach the actual perfection of consciousness. The first part of this practice is physical, second is mental, and third the realization itself. The Supreme God can not be known by following particular set of rules and regulations of worship according to people's own nature. The purity of body and mind brings him closer to the confidential knowledge of God. Experience is the greatest teacher in man's life.

We are passing through the time of Spiritual evolution. The Supreme power is gazing at us for spiritual transformation. Human survival is threatened on Earth due to division, violence and natural calamities.
The basic source of human suffering and violence on Earth is ignorance and egocentric nature always in competition to prove superior. When someone is self obsessed it relates to his identification with his own body, emotions, thoughts, beliefs and concepts, In average natural state of consciousness, one is conscious of values and norms of family, society and country. The fanatical dogma of religion gets often defended in the name of God. Everyone recognizes God as one but Religions divide His creations on the name of race, culture , gender and age. Moreover Religion relates to external authority, rituals, devotional practice of divine codes.

I believe that one's own temperament, experience, circumstances play a definite role in his self development. When one wants to seek release from inner pain and confusion, he determines to start his spiritual journey. Spirituality is about inner reality , inner state of being. It is a self learning and realizing Divine presence within. It is not Art of Living - it is Art of Self Transformation. Human being is so fortunate to have been endowed with capability to self perfect himself and discover the riches of Godliness within.

I mention it strongly that Spiritual journey is not for weak, fickle minded. impatient - the one who demands quick results. The qualities of firmness, faith and devotion are solely required to follow the Spiritual path. The correct guidance keeps one away from errors and wasteful efforts. May all obstacles be removed from your spiritual path!

I find myself quite positive in connecting with you through my blog. Earth is undivided. It is divided only on the political maps.

Energy does not stop, It moves from one corner to another corner. Your running away from circumstances does not in fact change anything. You can only pretend to renounce or become a saint.Your inner self , your desires, your passions, your responsibilities , your problems do not change. You remain the same miserable person inside under the mask of painted smile and calmness.

When you make desperate efforts to give up passions , your energy starts moving towards frustration. When you think of giving up desires your greed seeks other alternatives. Unless your innermost changes, you remain the same person.Once you simply become aware of the fact that you require certain basic things in this world to survive, you can not afford to avoid them. So the wise never thinks of giving up. He thinks of restrain and harmony - These two words are simplest way of practicing self discipline. Too much or too little, or Not at all are not the solutions to any frustrations or depressions. Firstly, You have to start all together again to train yourself to bring harmony in your body system by connecting your mind with your higher self which is called Soul. Secondly , you have to deeply understand your ego and its projections because that is the main cause of perturbed mind. You have to restrain your unlimited desires and fulfill certain desires within your means, without being ambiguous to anyone else.Thirdly, above all, by respecting God's arrangement in creating your relationships. Your blood relationships are granted to you by God according to your past wishes. God wants you to execute your duties towards them. Whether you love them or not, like them or not you have to abide by natural laws because you are left with no choice.You can make love relationships but you are not given a free desire to choose or change your blood relationships. So do not renounce your duties towards them even if they do not emotionally reciprocate. By doing so, you will be liberating your self from great bondage and thus absolve.

The 'Be happy' attitude comes out of positive thinking and faith. How the positive approach turns someone into enthusiastic and encouraging person is miraculous. what is that which differentiates an enthusiastic person from a distressed human being? Doctors are of the opinion that it is largely a matter of glands. Some people have energetic genes, responsible for rushing the adrenaline into the blood. Do you know what causes the gland to activate the adrenaline and secrete energy producing chemicals? The answer is - positive thinking. It stimulates the glands to release, recreate and recycle the energy supply. When you live in negative emotions and remain stressed up - your energy gets drained. A negative approach produces a lonely person who gradually looses emotional and mental support. He nourishes a kind of cynicism within him and becomes a perceptive critic. His immediate reaction to any positive emotion is a negative objection. Cynicism also brings arrogance in nature possessed of superiority complex. The personal ego blocks healthy and constructive approach towards life.

Positive thinking makes you tremendously enthusiastic and encouraging. Now you are not consuming nor draining your energy. You are recreating and recycling energy. The ultimate truth is that God has entered your spirit with all his divinity, wisdom and ecstasy. Believing in that faith, you are a blessed person whose life is controlled positively by God. Not only that, He is always holding your finger walking along with you. You hold the support tight and step forward with His help and contribution. God has shaped you, carved you so well that he wants you to breakthrough self imposed limitations and pessimism because that is not your true nature.

Even then if you feel hopeless, you open your arms to good positive people. Seek people who believe in humanity, who believe in you and who are committed in relationships. Believe in them and rest assured you are safe, gifted and blessed.
There are people who are creative, intuitive, stable and calm. Trust them, accept their wisdom and advice and be optimistic. Feel the difference. Evolution is in the process and you walk from aloneness to togetherness in search of happiness.

Maya and Brahama, Purusha and Prakriti, both are equal partners in producing of human being so is material and spiritual both complete and compliment each other. There is no special land built by God for spiritually elevated people.They live on this land mentally rising above all material things. As they want to serve Brahama, they connect themselves to common man, to elevate their sorrows out of mercy and compassion. Why ? Deep at the core of their heart, they feel that all human beings should live a quality life. This duty is not given to them by anyone, but by the nature of their own self, the divine force sway them in that direction, The ultimate wish for any spiritual person would be Vasudev Kutumbakam - The whole world is one family. This super consciousness separate them from the just materially conscious people who are only working for self interest.

In one home, at the end of the day, all family members sit together, discuss certain problems to find out solutions. In the same manner in one country, people from all the fields of life walk and come together to discuss country's healthy growth. One cause can unite everyone, the whole world witnessed in Anna's movement.

The time has come when we should read the indication and perceive that if some issue can become so gigantic - definitely reflects Gods wish. The Supreme force - God wants transformation, being the supreme head, he is guiding us towards our true purpose of taking birth and reach completion. He broadcasts through saints, divines and spirituals to benefit us. Don't mistake to consider them as devdoots sent by God to demolish your empire or create disturbance. I have no hesitations to say, the people at different platform require to maintain positive faith, good conduct and discipline. Everyone is somehow or the other dedicated to different cause in his/her own way, acknowledge it with little regard but please don't disregard. " One world - One family. Why not India - One family ? "- It is our slogan given to us by the Supreme head.

Five Supreme Tasks

Five energies of Supreme Godhead are activating in the universe. They are also called PANCH KRITYAS

of God.

(1.) Creation (सृष्टि ), (2.) Preservation (स्थिति), (3.) Dissolution ( संघार)

These three energies are active on the physical and material plane resulting in material evolution.

(4.) Obscuring Grace (तिरोभाव), (5.) Revealing Grace (अनुग्रह)

These two energies are active on the spiritual plane affecting intellect and soul, resulting in spiritual evolution.

Material manifestation is like a tree standing on the ground of material nature. There are two kind of fruits on this tree, 1. Happiness and 2. Distress. Two birds are living on this tree 1. Physical mind , 2. Spiritual soul. Physical mind enjoys the fruits of happiness and also suffers the distress. The other bird soul, simply witnesses the mind bird. This bird is self satisfied and is not interested in the fruits of the tree. The roots of the tree extend in three directions- The three modes of material nature 1. Goodness, 2. Passion, 3. Ignorance. The taste of fruits are of four kinds. Man's purpose to take birth in this world is to fulfill four tasks. Those four tasks are 1. Religiosity, 2. Economic development, 3. Sense gratification, 4. Salvation. In this process of material evolution man experiences calamities, sufferings, hardships, ailments, death. He also experiences happiness, love, enjoyments, comforts. There comes certain moments in man's life when he discovers happiness is short lived, youth is not permanent, money can not buy peace, death is taking away loved ones. He wants to understand the true nature of relationships and cause of different challenges he meets in his life. Due to different kinds of experiences man starts developing detachment. He wants to come out of this worldliness. So far God has denied him of spiritual realities because the veil of ignorance limits man's ability to access certain levels of knowledge before he is completely ready from inside to accept them.

There comes a time in man's life when he gets mature enough to learn about the truths, he raises his arms and requests the Supreme unseen Force to come for his elevation and liberate him from all bondage. At that time, in a natural course of action God's power revealing grace comes to him. God comes out of disguise, reveals himself and fulfills his request. This is called Tirobhava (तिरोभाव, Obscuring Grace) . At the right time one gets matured enough to realise the truth of life. It is much alike that when the fruit ripens, it abandons the tree automatically and spontaneously. When the true knowledge ripens in man's intellect the knot opens and illusion drops down.

Now comes the stage of being worthy of God's grace, which is called Anugraha (अनुग्रह, Revealing Grace). Through following spiritual discipline and acting in right direction, man starts living a virtuous life for the spiritual growth of the soul. As man identifies himself with his pure soul and makes continuous effort to remain connected with it, attains his innate divinity. Through right kind of actions, the soul learn from experience about living in accordance with God's arrangement. The power of revealing grace embodies God's limitless kindness and mercy to lift the veils of worldly and selfish ignorance that covers the pure soul. Through Anugraha God grant boons, answer prayers, shower blessings. The spiritual connection with God through soul, gives him solutions, inspiration, intuitions, insight into future and spiritual revelations.As they directly come from God, they are always right. In due course of time man's faith becomes stronger and he becomes confident of rightness. When a man experiences God's grace, his prayers are answered. God plays hide and seek. Be deserving, be worthy and He is there to take you into his arms.

You are breathing in the different levels of energy - Physical, Mental, Emotional and Spiritual. The failures, betrayals, negative experiences create distortion in your energy level. The imbalance in your energy level make your aura rigid and brittle. Your negative attitudes make you reactive, some times subjective. Your energy level becomes stagnant due to pain, stress and emotional disturbance.

To balance the energy level you need to be responsive than reactive. You have to respond to the divine essence which is full of positivity and inspiration. Give up all grudge and anguish.Be still. Take few relaxful breaths. Spend some valuable time in your own company and open yourself to your spiritual heart. Unconditional love is flowing through that to you. Just feel and swim through the currents. Divine order is such, you step forward with trust and she will hold your hand. Hold firmly and experience the change.

To bring the harmony in your life you have to accept God’s arrangement. According to the law of karma, your good deeds are rewarded to make you fortunate enough to enjoy the material happiness. Every particular person has duties in life regardless of country, position, society and culture. If you give up your prescribed duties out of laziness, ego, resentment, you do not earn yourself any benefit. Not only you suffer, but remain deprived of enjoying worldly comforts. According to past birth karmas, you take birth in certain circumstances to live your destiny by virtue of your deeds, conduct, attractions of previous life. Your destiny is framed only by you. All you think, feel and enact get registered in your soul as impressions to return back.

You may have million billion dollars in your bank, when the body expires, nothing goes alongwith. All the prize possessions, wealth remain in this world to be enjoyed by near and dear ones. But this not true to the spiritual advancement made by you. Whatever you enact on the spiritual front, the essence go with the soul to your next life. There you are provided with suitable and favourable circumstances to revive the divine consciousness of past life to cultivate spirituality. So that you can make further progress to achieve complete success.

God is a silent observer watching you all the time. Your own soul is sincerely, truly, honestly keeping the record of your experiences, behaviour, actions and reactions. The little particle of God in the form of soul within you is always awakened. God has not imposed anything on you. You are born with your own wish and given a field to perform. Don’t blame Him, I again repeat – He is a darling. See, if you remember him, He gives you rememberance, If you want to forget him, He allows you to forget. If you reject Him – you face the denial yourself. As you wish. Choice is yours.

Delusion

Ordinary life is egotistically structured where everyone is competitively pursuing his own interests. The individual desirous purpose is much dominated by one's family, class, culture, country and faith.

Altogether this results in making of your conditional self. You carry the baggage of ideas given by others and are quite ill equipped to see the truth around. The useful moments you have spent in past become your challenging moments. Your emotions, beliefs, ideals, many times push you into agitation, disturbance and dissatisfaction. The cobra of your own ego awakens to react with anger, fear or even hit back, avenge to overpower.

In these moments you feel that you ego is hurt but this is not true, in fact you have given yourself an injury and the wound is deep. Have you ever thought why have you identified with certain emotions of possessiveness of material things. Your ego consciousness to excel, to dominate appear in so many subtle ways that you yourself find it hard to recognize. The dark and illusioned passage of past life with all the twists and turns have only contributed in adding pain, suffering and boredom in emotional entanglements.

The realization of your own fault opens the past layers of you being wounded and injured internally. You will find your ego worthless and rejected. The ugliness of life can be washed with spiritual and divine beauty inherent in your own self. What exactly you have to do is to empty yourself of your own ego and become detached with its attitude. Uplift yourself to the higher consciousness to feel the sense of freedom and relief. None other than you can heal your wounds. Heal them tenderly and softly. Time is standing by your side for support. Take Care.

I invite you all whoever is receptive to the flow of my positive energy.Have you ever analysed who and what create distortions in your energy level. The answer is your own attitude towards different aspects of life. The stress, repetitive emotions, guilts create certain blockage and the flow of your energy becomes stagnant.Your aura becomes rigid, monotonous and aggressive. You feel a certain weight on your heart blocking your mind veins.This clutter must be released. Break through all the barriers you have built around you. Just awaken to your own self. Sit down, relax and spend some time in your own company. Stop thinking about others actions because we have all done those things for which we condemn others.Be optimistic, be positive, be cool to yourself.Sometimes you suffer from guilt you have nourished from your terrible mistakes. Many times also from the feeling that you have not been able to execute your prescribed duties towards others for different reasons.Do not be angry, forgive yourself.In fact express your gratitude towards whom you owe. Remember where money does not come for your rescue your physical and emotional support can compensate to others. People whom you owe can be benefited with your concern and emotions. Secondly, you can always compensate by praying for their wellness, prosperity and success.This is a very good medium to payoff others.Your positive attitude will always bring lightness in you and positivity to your surroundings.Spend time with those who fill you with positive vibes and say bye to them with a doom and gloom attitude.

MY DIVINE EXPERIENCE

Since chldhood, I am much inspired by my father. I lost him long time back.He had strong faith in Shiva and His different manifestations.Early morning he used to meditate for two hours. I remmember he used to chant a bhajan in which there was reference to Khwaza Khizr. The death of my father brought a big transformation in me, i used to dream of my father guiding me the path I had to follow. I have always worked on my intutions dreams, visions since childhood.I found myself very close to supernatural powers. They guided me, protected me, forewarned me.The superconsciousness united me with paranormal forces.Many times I dreamt of a saintly figure in green weil standing on a fish.Deep inside I felt he is the Khwaza Khizr about whom I heard from my father. While I browsed the internet, I found the same figure as Khwaza Khizr.

Hello everybody! How's life ?

Sometimes you recall your sufferings, anguish, hardships and wonder why you were chosen to suffer. It is not the total truth infact.You forget you have also been chose to be blessed and calm.The hardships only make you feel forced to seek the resons behind them. in that search you want the solutions too.Accept the complications as challenge and sufferings as grace.You are aware of the fact that peace, calmness do not reside outside.If you find it outside that is very short lasting.By little practice you can be happy and contended within yourself,

Just sit down in a comfortable posture and do nothing.Withdraw from all thinking, relax, take deep breaths and focus the mind on one object.Just be aware of what is happening within you. You are not thinking, yet thoughts are there, you are not imagining still there are images.Meanignless objects,wavering mind,unnecessary worries,different people, their talks, all this stuff need to be suspended and withdrawn. Do not identify with them, Let all the images fall off. Let people disappear from your mind. Keep aside worries.Now you experience the silence.Be in this moment for some time focus with open eyes on light or image of deity. When eyes get stressed, close them and see the reflection inside between the two eyebrows. Concentrate and be stable.Again take deep breathings,watch the inhaling,exhaling for few minutes.Now come out refreshed.Now you are stable in calm mind.

Why do we require meditation ?

Because peace can not be attained through different concepts and thoughts, not hrough different passions and desires, and never through reasoning.Calmness only reflects through meditation on the onlooker.

Human mind works on two planes:

The conscious planc and unconscious plane. In the conscious plane,
all the work is aocompanied with the feeling of egoism. In an
unconscious plane, the work is accompanied with no
feeling at all. Unconscious work is called instinct.
Unconscious work is beneath consciousness, so thcre is
another work which is above consciousness and which
also is not accompanied with the feeling of egoism. So
there is still higher plane upon which the mind can
work. It can go beyond consciousness. The feeling of

egoism is only on the middle plane. When the mind
works without the feeling of 'I' ,it goes beyond self
consciousness, it is called superconsciousness or state of
trance or Samadhi. In a sleep, man enters a plane beneath
consciousness. He works the body all the time, he
breathes, he moves the body wilhout the feeling of ego.
He is unconscious and when he returns from sleep, he
is the same man who went to an unconscious state. The
knowledge he had before going into sleep remains the
same. It does not increase at all. No enlightenment comes
to the man in sleep. But a man who goes into trance
or Samadhi, comes out enlightened. This state of trance
is higher than the conscious or unconscious state. That

is why this statc is callcd a 'Supcrconscious state' &
this state exists beyond rcason. When the mind gets to
that higher state.the metaphysical and transcendental
knowledge comes to that man. Sometimes,it is seen
that,when a man reaches this state without understanding
its science,he becomes puzzled. The inspirations and
intuitions he gets in that metaphysical state of 'Samadhi',
he interprets them coming from outside. In many cases,
there is the danger of the brain being deranged and man
goes into superstitions of various kinds. He opens himself
to hallucinations. Without knowing its science, man is not
advised to go into trance. A man should not go into it
abruptly out of shear curiousity. He must take up the

study of superconscious state, sincerely and practise it
scientifically. He should progress step by step gradually,
casting off all superstitions, illusions and fanaticism by
the help of experienced Guru. One should learn that
there are three states- Instinct is from unconscious
state, Reason is from conscious, and Inspiration is from
superconscious state and they belong to one and the
same mind. There are no three minds in one man but
one state of it develops into the others. Instinct develops
into reason, and reason into the transcendental
consciousness. Real inspiration and intuition never
contradict reason, but fulfil it. Inspiration always comes
to fulfil reason and is in harmony with it.
This inspiration is in everymans nature. One has to gain the
superconscious state by regular practice. Experience
yourself. Experience is thc greatest teacher in man's life.
You keep on talking about religion and reading books
but do not understand the trulh. You must have actual
experience in self realization. This meditative state is
the highest state of existence. One who attains to this
contemplative state, life becomes joyful and he comes
under the direction of the Supersoul. It is through the
medium of meditation by which one can connect himself
to the Supersouls instructions. One can start his
meditation with gross objects and slowly rise to finer
and finer until it becomes objectless. Dif'ferent sensations
and realization comes to the man who meditates regularly.
One must always be aware that the material realizations
and mental powers are not the goal of Mahayoga. If he
only yields to the temptation of any one of these, his
advancement in spiritual growth will stop. Man has to
drop all the waves in the ocean of the mind. Only then
the glory of the mind will shine in full effulgence
undisturbed by the distractions of the mind or motions
of the body. The one who has attained the super conscious
state by faithful practice, reaches the Kingdom of God.

Human body is the field of activity for the
conditioned soul. The conditioned soul is entrapped in
the material existence and he attempts to dominate the
material nature. To fulfill the past desires and aspirations,
man gets a field of activity. That field of activity is his
body. The conditioned soul wants to enjoy the senses.
The man's activity is the manifestation of his will and
attitude. His will and attitude depend on his nature and
largely upon birth and position in life and society. Every
one according to his quality and position, has particular
type of work to discharge. One has to maintain one's
body and soul together by some work. Whatever good
or evil man does, has a reaction and that reaction binds

the performer. Therefore one has to work in higher
consciousness knowing that the body is changing from
childhood to boyhood, from boyhood to youth and from
youth to old age until it dies. Therefore one has to
perform his activities not only for sense-gratification but
also for the satisfaction of the soul. The activities
performed for the sake of duties without expecting the
fruits, liberate a man from passionate bondage. In a
material consciousness, the person is convinced by a
false ego that he is the doer of everything. He forgets
thal the mechanism of the body is produced by material
nature which works under the supervision of the Supreme
Lord. He forgets that he is under the control of Supreme
Lord. In his false ego, he takes all credit for doing
everything independently. Bewildered by the false ego
he forgets his eternal relationship with the Supreme Lord.
One who comes out of his ignorance by attaining correct
knowledge realizes that he is somehow or the other
entrapped in the material conception of life. A true
knower of the truth, therefore engages himself in the
pure activities. He does not get attached with his kins
and other bodily connections. One who is spiritually
enlightened, prosecute his pure activities silently without
anykind of argumentation. One should have firm faith
in the true knowledge.
Only knowledge is not sufficient for man's liberation.
One has to act in a manner that his soul gets liberated
from all material involvements. Love for material
enjoyments gradually changes into lust and unsatisfied
lust turns to wrath and wrath is changed into Illusion
and illusion continues the material existence. Man is
mad after sense enjoyments and do not know that this
present body which is full of miseries is result of his
fruititive activities of the past. Although, this body is
temporary, it is an instrument to eam good karmas. Good
karmas always get reward and bad karmas always result
in punishment. Miseries and pains in life sometimes
result in the form of renunciation in a man. Man does
not have to renounce the work. If he renounces work,
he has to live at the cost of others. What will happen
to his bodily needs? How will he renounce them? He
will feel hungry, his basic needs will not disappear. And
when one knows that everything in this material existence
belongs to the Supreme, then where is the question of
rcnunciation? Since everything belongs to the seed giving
father The Supreme Soul 'Paramatma', everything should
be employed in the service of Lord. One who does not
hate nor desires the fruits of his activity is known to
be renounced. Such a person is free from all dualities
and overcomes material bondage. Being part and parcel
of the Supreme Lord, his actions must be in some
relation with the Supreme. Merely renouncing all activities
cannot make one self happy. One should perform his
without being attached to it. Who surrenders the
fruits of his work unto the Supreme Lord, is always
unaffected by sinful actions as the Lotus leaf is untouched
by water. If one wants to make steady progress on the
path of self realization, he must try to control the forces
of the material senses. There is an opportunity for
everyman to uplift himself from sense enjoyments to
spiritual enlightenment. One can fully avail this
opportunity by controlling his desires and material
contamination before he gives up this body. When a
man becomes enlightened by pious activities, he
approaches the Supreme Lord in different capacities as
the distress being in want of money, as the inquisitive
in search of knowledge. One who approaches Lord in
search of knowledge is no doubt, a greater devotee. As
the Lord knows every thing about man's activities, He

fulfills the wishes as desired by the man. But a man
should always approach the Lord for spiritual
advancement. One who acts in supreme consciousness
and awareness to satisfy the Lord by his activities
gradually elevates himself to transcendental service of
the Lord. A true devotee after death, takes his birth in
a family of learned yogis who are great in Wisdom. On
taking such a birth, he revives the divine consciousness
of his previous life. He again tries to make further
progress in order to achieve complete success. By virtue
of the divine consciousness of his previous life, he
automatically becomes attracted to the transcendental
service to the Supreme Lord even without seeking them.
A person born in a particularly righteous, aristocratic or
sacred family becomes conscious of his favorable
condition for executing devotional and transcendental
service to the Lord with determination. Therefore he
begins his unfinished task of last birth. he cleanse himself
completely of all material contamination and impurities
and attains the supreme perfection. If one wants to
advance in the path of spiritual growth, he must try to
control the forces of the material senses. One who
succeeds in giving up all impurities is called liberated,
self-realized and happy in this Universe. One who feels
that he does not have to render service and does not
neglect his duty towards different responsibilities in life
and surrenders the fruits of his activities at the feet of
the Lord, never falls down from his constitutional position.
He finds his happiness is within, in his pure thoughts,

in his aloofness from all relations, in his pure incompetent
self. He rejoices within. He is liberated from all
seriousness of life. When one becomes situated in his
own real self position, he directly gets the instructions
from the Lord for his activities and his activities are
transformed into a devotional service to the Supreme
Lord.

INTRODUCTORY

To reach the perfection of human life you do not need to wait for many more births to get enlightened. In this birth only, you can attain perfection in a short time by the practice of 'Mahayoga - The Raj Yoga' Mahayoga is one of the grandest science in the whole Universe. The goal of Mahayoga teachings is, how to concentrate the mind and discover the innermost recesses of your mind, then how to generalize their contents and form your own conclusions from them. In Mahayoga, you learn to discover and manipulate the internal forces and get control over them. Besides, you learn the innermost secrets of your body and mind-how the sensations travel from the external world to the internal mind, how the mind- receives them and send them to the determinative faculty, from there how they reach the soul and how the Supreme Soul witnesses and sanctions them with in. You learn in meditation these fine stake of perception and directly experience the different mental states of sleep, dream, waking and trance. Through self realization, you recognize your pure consciousness and come in direct relation with the Supreme soul. Your pure consciousness is the Eternal Abode of the Supreme which is also called the Kingdom of God. When you are successful in reaching there, all your pains wiil cease, material lust will vanquish and you will reside in permanent Bliss.

Mahayoga is divided into eight steps:

1. Yama - Not killing, truthfulness, not stealing, continence, non- receiving of gifts.

2. Niyama -Cleanliness, contentmen, austerity, study, self surrender to God.

3. Asana - The easy and erect posture.

4. Pranayama - Control of prana

In pranayama, you have to throw away the superfluous prana and supply prana to the dirferent parts of your body where that is necded. This practice intensifies the power of assimilation and help you to accumulate the scattered energies in the body. Through pranayama you awaken the infinite energy witlun you by sending the nerve-currents down the Spinal Column. There are seven main centres of infinite energy in a Man:

1.Muladhard.

2.Svadhishthana

3.Manipura

4.Anahata

5.Vishudha

6.Ajna

7.Sahasrara.

The lowest one 'Muladhara' is at the lower end of spinal cord and the highest is Sahasrara on the top of head. All energy has to be taken up from its seat in the the Muladhara and brought to Sahasrara where the Ojas or Tej is stored up in the brain.Yogi controls his energies and converts them into inner force and through that inner force, reaches the highest infinite energy in him.

5. Pratyahara- Restraint of the senses from their objects and checking the outgoing powers of the mind.

6. Dharna- Fixing the mind on one object. or on one part.

In Dharna you have to hold the mind to certain points mentioned in pranayama.You have to force the mind to feel certain parts of the body and exclude others.

7. Dhyana- Meditation

Meditation is the method by which you attain the true knowledge by the understanding of your innermost secrets. The mind is an instrument in the hands of the soul, through which the soul catches the external objects. The mind constantly changes and vacillates. When the mind is attached to one object and it wavers no more, the power of the mind is concentrated and turned back upon itself. You become self conscious in meditation and elevate yourself from material plane. No longer, you remain a split personality now. You become a proper humane.

8. Samadhi- Super consciousness.

In trance, you reach beyond body, mind and soul and get enlightened. The potential God becomes manifest in you. You are no more in the bars of man or woman, you are only a divine self. You reach the kingdom of God. You become universal, one with the existence. Early mornings and early evenings are best suitable for Mahayoga practice because nature remain calm in those periods. Techniques of Mahayoga have been much simplified in the book for your interest and convenience.Keeping sexual restraint, obstention from drugs and alcohol and purity of body and mind would promise you definite success in achieving the 'Super Consciousness' state. No faith or belief is necessary in Mahayoga. The facts of your awakened state in meditation require no dreams and imaginings to prove them true. Truth requires no prop to make it stand. Throw away all doubts and fears and have strong faith m your own self. Learn Mahayoga in the company of 'Sadguru" and illumine yourself.
