<p>Day  10</p>
<p>Today I will be traveling to the raw food festival. I have done my training and will leave this early afternoon. A bit scary because we will be staying at a hotel for 3 days and those are the times when I really like to eat whatever I want. Old behavior patterns and such start to kick in. On the other hand I will get a chance to see what I can do for myself. I have not packed anything but my herbs and will buy water when I get there. This will surely be a test.</p>

<p>Day  7</p>

<p>The herbal detox is making challenges that I had seem so much more attainable.  I don&#8217;t feel sore and don&#8217;t feel like giving up.  Just do it is my mental motto. I am really looking forward to how I will feel when the detox comes to an end with the exercise as my booster. It is very exciting!</p>
<p>I do notice my body slowing down a bit with the detox.  Guess a great deal of the junk in my body is being released and now I am getting down to a deeper detox. Exciting!</p></div>

<p>Day 5</p>
<p>Five days of working out and I still need to figure out how I do it everyday without the painful aftermath. Oh, well&#8230; just be thankful and learn to take blessings as they come.</p>
<p>Today I walked a long uphill battle. Walking from Robertson in Beverlywood to Westside Pavillion. I never knew there were so many hills in the area. How beautiful to walk on an early morning and see such beauty and surroundings. Sometimes I would be a bit slow and tired and right at that time it seems that I would be ready to go slightly downhill. My trainer explained that going down is much harder than going up, and now I am believing it. I can feel the composure I need to keep up with to steady myself when going downhill or down steps.</p>
<p>My eating is still a way of life. I choose to care for myself each day. And for that I am truly thankful.</p>

<p>I thought that the food would be a huge part of my training, meaning that I would need to really eat a lot more. But more than anything I just feel the need to take it easy when I am finished. Every day we train in another part of the city. I enjoy the diversity and the trainer&#8217;s information on my eating habits and body expectations. I feel good about the way I have been pushed.</p>
