Le nouveau pack de Slashthree, vient voir jour et je n’arrive toujours pas y croire en regardant la qualité de certains travaux, qui dépassent tout simplement mon imagination. Je me dis qu’il y a encore beaucoup de travail à faire ! Et oui la pratique, la pratique et encore la pratique :D

Je pense que tout le monde sait ce que c’est des abdominaux, et à quoi ils servent. Sinon faut aller voir sur wikipedia…

À l’époque j’ai cherché plusieurs programmes pour avoir des abdos, j’en ai trouvé, je les ai essayés, mais je les trouvais trop long. Puis un bon jour, j’ai trouvé un programme très rapide et efficace, ça marche. C’est l’Abs 08 mins workout. Voici la vidéo :

Bon c’est en anglais, mais je pense que vous avez des yeux, faut juste regarder et faire la même chose tous les jours ! alors certains le font:

  • Une fois par jour
  • 2 fois par jour; le matin et le soir
  • 4 fois par jour; 2 fois le matin et 2 fois le soir

À vous de voir, pour le moment je le fais depuis plusieurs mois : une fois par jour, parfois 2 fois. Pour le moment on ne les voit pas trop. Mais pour avoir un résulta visible, faut au moins attendre 6 mois ! Du coup faut être très régulier.

Les premières semaines ça pourrait être très difficile et après ça devrait y aller, enfin si vous avez une tonne de graisse on ne va pas voir vos abdos, pour cela faudra faire plusieurs fois par semaine : du sport ou simplement courir !
