Is anyone on this type of med for cholesterol reduction? They&#039;re called calcium absorption inhibitors. <br />

Seems like the app gives you a score every time you get a rise in blood sugar and the lower the &#039;spike&#039; the better the score. So the goal is to avoid spikes.<br />

You still can still make the meal plain lo carb or keto if you choose.   Time to make changes going to start working out tomorrow. Go groceary shopping for the new meal plains. We were bemused by the heavy snow storm in Texas but felt sorry for all the accidents on the road.  The arctic air side of Jet stream seems to go way down south.  Possibly no snow for Christmas.  I can live with that but Canada (with the exception of our semi-tropical paradise) without snow is like Hell without fire.</div>]]></content:encoded>
