I just had the best lunch on a dime Fried cheese in butter with garlic until crispy. OMG! To DIE For! And also fried ham in butter ~ fried high and quick!

At least that what I was told when I was diagnosed. Everyone I know with type 1 diabetes was also told the same thing.

There are so many amazing scientific discoveries happening and clinical trails it's hard not to think there will be in fact a cure.

Unfortunately our 22 year old washer died before we could find a used replacement. Wound up with new LGs which sadly include SMART technology. If my research is correct the SMART can be disabled by disconnecting one cable, waiting until we are closer to the warranty expiring before I do it. Meantime Washer is unplugged and dryer breaker is off between uses.

Better than summer when IMO it was too hot i.e. 30 C. Today +10 C i.e. 50 F. We were bemused by the heavy snow storm in Texas but felt sorry for all the accidents on the road. The arctic air side of Jet stream seems to go way down south. Possibly no snow for Christmas.
