HTC finally reveal schedule of the operating system upgrade availability to their flagship product line, Sensation. The entire series will start using Android Ice Cream Sandwich (ICS) in March 2012.

"We are proud to announce that the first ICS upgrade to slide in late March for the HTC Sensation, Sensation 4G, Sensation XE, followed by Sensation XL," write HTC via their Facebook account.

In addition to the other phones that will be allotted to upgrade to the ICS is Rezound, Vivid, Amaze 4G, EVO 3D, EVO 4G Design, Incredible S, Desire S and Desire HD. Unfortunately the schedule availability can not be ascertained.

Research in Motion (RIM) claims their new software generation are ready to compete with its rivals, especially iPhone and Android. It was stated CEO of RIM, Thorsten Heins, in the event BB Devcon Europe.

Canadian vendor is losing significant market share from the Android and Apple. But they hope the next generation of the BlackBerry 10 OS QNX-based will be able to talk a lot. BlackBerry 10 handsets planned to release this year.

"Smartphone market is still new and there is a huge opportunity for us, both in consumer and business sectors," said Heins, in front of around 2,000 developers who attended the BB Devcon.

To the developer, Heins promised RIM will hear their opinions and will continue to innovate. He's promising technology on the BlackBerry 10 will bring a new standard for home, car, smartphones and tablets.

"It takes time for BlackBerry for the transition to a QNX-based operating system, but if it is ready, this software will provide an exciting experience for consumers," argued Kevin Michaluk, founder of the CrackBerry.com website.

"IOS Apple is well developed, but this time actually became the oldest operating system, older than Android, webOS, Windows Phone, while BlackBerry 10 is the latest mobile platform," added Kevin.

Apple is involved in legal issues related to tablet computers name iPad in China. A company called Proview Technology sue Apple pay compensation USD 1.6 billion for using name iPad, because they think “iPad” is their property.

Proview registered iPad copyright name in 2001. Actually, Apple has bought the copyright from the Proview Electronics Taiwan.

However, Proview claim that copyright purchase by Apple is not applicable in mainland China. For the iPad name in China is owned by Proview Technology Shenzen.

Proview lawyers believe Apple will lose this case because they are already preparing a lawsuit for a long time carefully. While authorities have not provided statement.
