Spring has arrived and it has brought Bridal Season with her! Diamond Bridal Gallery is busy, busy, busy fitting Brides-To-Be for their dream wedding gowns, but it doesn’t end there! Consider us your hub for wedding apparel, accessories, and the perfect connection to making your big day complete.

A lot of work goes into planning your wedding day. And there are people whose touch to your wedding preparations is magic. That’s why this season Diamond Bridal teamed up with some of the industry’s best professionals for a magical photo shoot set in Auburn, CA, just to bring you up-close-and-personal to everything we have to offer.

Our team of experts helped bring to life the modern bride complete with stunning jewelry, a gorgeous bouquet, flawless hair and make-up, and of course the perfect dress by yours truly, Diamond Bridal Gallery. Here is a sneak peak to all the fun we had.

Spring 2012 wedding colors are in! It’s officially a season of rose, lavender, tangerine, periwinkle, cabaret, and sodalite blue. Now gather your bridesmaids and match your favorite shade to the perfect gown that will masquerade your best gal pals the best on your wedding day. Here are a few of our favorite designer gowns.

Choose from long satin gowns, either in an A-line cut or silhouette form fitting style. Style #After Six 6633

Soft flowing chiffon goddess dresses are romantic paired with short Shakespearean sleeves, or a single shoulder neckline.

Brides get excited! A splash of color can go a long way when it comes to wedding gowns. Coordinate with your wedding party just by adding a satin sash or a colorful brooch. Picking between shades of white and cream have gotten so much more fun. We saw it when Khloe Kardashian wore the beautiful Vera Wang gown with a lavender sash at her waist, incorporating the traditional makings of a bride but adding just the right amount of sass to her big day. Now brides are gaga for the look and we can’t blame them!

Even this beautiful strapless A-line lace chiffon gown with beautiful beading across the neckline and throughout the dress is given an elegant finish with a black satin sash.

Romance lives in this strapless ball gown where embroidery and organza are poised perfectly with a lavender sash adorned with a floral brooch and a little sparkle.

The sweetheart neckline paired with the diagonally pleated chiffon lace is accented with a black satin sash and a white floral bouquet to make this gown simply breathtaking.

And sometimes just a little sparkle is all a girl needs. This gown comes complete with embroidery, beading, and a delicate touch of an ivory satin sash embellished with crystals. A stunning look!

It’s the ideal way to set a golden scene in any month, be in
June or January. For a cold weather wedding, introduce a w3arm shade of gray
into your surroundings.

BRIDAL PARTY STYLE
For summer fete let the ladies wear sundresses in a soft yellow. You can wear
reversible sash that flops from white at the ceremony to yellow at the
reception. Put the guys in seersucker with bow ties bursting with bright
prints. Try incorporating blooms like sunflowers and cymbidium orchids. Bright
yellow roses pop against white flowers too.

RECEPTION IDEAS
Focus on texture. Have DIY napkin ring made of eyelet or lace. A casual party
takes on major personality with tables covered in gingham or checkered prints.
Work citrus into your centerpieces by filling compotes and vases with zesty
lemons. For dessert, add a delicate touch to the tiers of your cake with a
sprinkling of dainty sugar daisies. Also, this is the one time you don’t need
to concoct a signature drink. Serve your favorite brew from the bottle. Load up
buckets and tubs of mike’s hard Lemonade and place them all around the cocktail
hour and reception areas.

PERSONAL TOUCH
Love lemon ice? Threat guests to your favorite frozen desserts. Serve take-out
cup filled with this crushed delight for a fresh way to say “Thanks for coming”

I’m a size 6, however when I ordered my gown, the bridal salon insisted on getting me a size 10 instead! What gives?
