Blatul pentru tort:
8 oua
200g zahar
8 linguri ulei
200g faina
1 plic praf de copt
Albusurile se bat spuma, se adaugă treptat zahărul si se mizează bine până se topeste si obținem o spumă tare. Se adaugă galbenusurile, apoi uleiul si se mizează. Se adaugă faina si praful de copt. Se amesteca usor cu o paleta si se toarnă compozitia în tava rotundă însă cu ulei si repetată cu făină.

Amestecam albusurile cu zaharul pana se desfac, apoi asezam vasul pe baie de aburi si batem spuma in continuare pana ce se topeste tot zaharul. Indicat este sa folosim un tel de mana tip para si nu mixerul electric pentru a ajunge bine pana la fundul vasului.

Am pregatit aluatul pentru foi astfel: intr-un vas de sticla am pus 2 oua, 200g zahar, 100g unt si 2 linguri miere de albine. Am asezat vasul pe baie de aburi si am fiert compozitia pana s-a dizolvat tot zaharul si untul, apoi am adaugat o lingurita bicarbonat de sodiu, am tinut compozitia pe foc timp de 7-8 minute, intre timp compozitia si-a dublat volumul.

coaja rasa de la o lamaie
1 lingurita bicarbonat de sodiu

dulceata de zmeura
smantana dulce

Se freaca branza dulce cu furculita impreuna cu zaharul, ouale, aromele si bicarbonatul de sodiu.
Se adauga treptat, treptat faina.
