Quem topa? &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;Nós topamos a brincadeira na hora: comprei o &lt;a href="http://www.decanter.com.br/website/resultado.aspx?id=produtor&amp;amp;produtor=3&amp;amp;pagina=0" target="_blank"&gt;Asti Spumante Araldica&lt;/a&gt; e a Vanessa pôs a mão na massa, quer dizer, nos molhos, já que a Nina do Gourmandise, para dar um toque diferenciado no tradicional cachorro-quente, mandou as receitas da mostarda e da maionese. Veja as receitas: &lt;strong&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Mostarda&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;55g de sementes de mostarda (grãos amarelos)&lt;br /&gt;3 grãos pimenta do reino branca moída na hora&lt;br /&gt;3 grãos de pimenta do reino negra moída na hora&lt;br /&gt;1/2 tbsp de flor de sal ou sal marinho&lt;br /&gt;50-80g de água mineral ou filtrada&lt;br /&gt;150-200g de vinagre de vinho branco (boa qualidade)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Modo de preparo:&lt;br /&gt;Reserve 8g ("quebro grosseiramente") das sementes de mostarda e moa o restante com as pimentas, até obter um pó. A semente de mostarda é bem rígida. Use almofariz/pilão. Una a água e deixe hidratar por 20 minutos.&lt;br /&gt;Junte as mostardas não moídas e o vinagre. Nesta etapa, pode usar o liquidificador, para auxiliar na confecção de uma emulsão.&lt;br /&gt;Misture tudo muito bem e coloque em pote hermético esterilizado. Deixe descansar por 24h em temperatura a ambiente. Armazene em geladeira.&lt;br /&gt;Caso não tenham almofariz, comprem a mostarda em pó de boa qualidade.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Aïoli&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1 dente de alho (retire o centro do bulbo) picado grosseiramente&lt;br /&gt;1 gema de ovo&lt;br /&gt;sal&lt;br /&gt;pimenta do reino moída na hora&lt;br /&gt;120ml de óleo de girassol ou milho&lt;br /&gt;80-100ml de água filtrada&lt;br /&gt;20ml de azeite extra virgem&lt;br /&gt;gotas de suco de limão ou vinagre de vinho branco (3-5g)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Modo de preparo:&lt;br /&gt;Moa o alho com auxílio de faca ou almofariz. Reserve.&lt;br /&gt;Aqueça água para banho-maria em uma panela estreita. Se ferver, desligue. Coloque a gema num bowl (maior que o diâmetro da panela) apoiado sobre a panela com água quente (de maneira que encaixe e fique firme). Bata com fouet (batedor de arame), una o suco de limão, continue a bater. Una o óleo em fio, aos poucos, alternado com a água batendo para não perder a emulsão. Una o sal, a pimenta e o alho. Mantenha no banho-maria até adicionar pelo menos metade do óleo e água. Bata até ficar emulsionada, mas fluída o suficiente para usar como molho. Reserve na geladeira até o uso. Dura 1 dia em geladeira.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;p align="justify"&gt;Mas e aí? Harmonizou?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Vanessa disse:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;"Então... o molho aïoli é bem fácil de fazer, é como uma maionese, só precisa tomar cuidado com o ponto. A minha não ficou tão fluída, ficou com uma consistência mais firme (fiquei com medo de exagerar na água e ela desandar). Acho que meio dente de alho era suficiente, porque a nossa ficou bem forte, mas mesmo assim ficou muito boa! Já a mostarda, dá um pouco mais de trabalho, porque é preciso fazer com antecedência. Mas nada que uma boa mostarda comprada não resolva, se você estiver com preguiça de fazer ou resolver de última hora...&lt;br /&gt;Compramos uma mini baguete bem crocante e o cachorro-quente ficou bem gostoso. Eu sou daquelas que acreditam que, quando se trata de cachorro-quente, menos é mais. Um bom pão, uma boa salsicha e esses molhos deliciosos... não tinha como dar errado!&lt;br /&gt;A única coisa que não ficou boa na harmonização foi o espumante. Ele era muito doce e não tinha acidez para conseguir harmonizar com os ingredientes fortes da receita. De verdade, um bom e velho guaraná zero ia resolver bem o "problema"! E esse espumante italiano deve ficar delicioso com panetone..."&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p align="justify"&gt;O que eu achei:&lt;br /&gt;Nada como preparar um prato com os melhores ingredientes. Ficou tudo muito mais saboroso e o alho deu um toque especial, mas em relação à harmonização, mesmo com toda a força de sabores dos molhos, a doçura do espumante passou por cima de tudo e a acidez da mostarda deixou o Asti ainda mais doce. Deu aquela sensação de "cachorro-quente e guaraná" mesmo, só que com um toque sofisticado. A convite da &lt;a href="mailto:bebavinhos@yahoo.com.br"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Excelência Vinhos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/a&gt;, que representa a Mercovino aqui em Campinas, fomos apresentados primeiramente à &lt;strong&gt;&lt;a href="http://www.canard-duchene.fr/"&gt;Canard Duchêne&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;, um vinícola que produz seus champagnes desde 1868 e fica em Ludes, Champagne.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5399708908539930674" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 400px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 221px; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_gLHusnyaUGg/Su-epLgI6DI/AAAAAAAACIY/-05Ib3Yge6Q/s400/canard-duchene2.jpg" border="0" /&gt; &lt;p align="justify"&gt;Foram apresentados 4 champagnes, dois de linha básica, sendo um brut e outro rosé, mais dois de linha superior, também brut e rosé, todos de altíssima qualidade. As embalagens são um show à parte - as garrafas vem dentro de latas com revestimento interno de proteção, tão lindas quanto as garrafas. Um show!&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Canard Duchene Brut&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cor palha esverdeado, perlage muito fina, aromas de frutas secas, fermento e tostado. Na boca é cremoso, ótima acidez (enche a boca) e final de média persistência. Realmente o melhor custo-benefício.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Canard Duchene Rosé&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cor salmão claro, aromas de frutas vermelhas frescas, na boca a acidez é menor que o primeiro, mas também cremoso, amanteigado e retrogosto de tostado. Delicioso.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Canard Duchene Charles Brut&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cor dourada, brilhante, perlage mais volumosa, média intensidade aromática floral, amêndoas, e tostado. Boa persistência. Complexo do início ao fim.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;Canard Duchene Charles Brut Rosé &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cor salmão claro, aromas intensos de fruta vermelha fresca como cereja e framboesa, ótima acidez, untuoso e retrogosto frutado. Inesquecível, realmente o top da noite.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;----------------------------&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Indo da França para a Itália, foram apresentados na sequência aos vinhos da vinícola &lt;a href="http://www.roccadicastagnoli.it/"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Rocca di Castagnoli&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/a&gt;, uma vinícola milenar localizada na Toscana, no coração do Chianti clássico. Trouxeram para nossa alegria, 2 chiantis e 2 super toscanos. Enquanto os vinhos iam chegando, eu e Vanessa ficávamos imaginando o melhor prato para harmonizar. Média acidez, taninos redondos, pequena aresta de álcool e boa persistência. Para começar bem a noite iria bem com uma ótima pizza.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Chianti Classico Tenuta di Capraia Riserva 2003&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;(85% Sangiovese 5% Colorino 10 % CS)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;Rubi intenso, fruta vermelha madura, tabaco, couro, toque mentolado. Ótima acidez, taninos finos, corpo médio e retrogosto tostado. Final longo. Par perfeito com um polpetone.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;Buriano di Toscana IGT 2003&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;(Cabernet Sauvignon)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;Rubi escuro, terra molhada, fruta madura em segundo plano, defumado e mentolado. Taninos aveludados, ótima acidez, confunto muito equilibrado e muito persistente. Um vinho de mais estrutura que pede um carne vermelha e harmonizaria perfeitamente com um filé à parmegiana.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Stielle 2000&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;(80% sangiovese, 20% cabernet sauvignon)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;Rubi intenso, aroma muito intenso e complexo de frutas em compota, madeira, pimenta, mais tânico que os demais, retrogosto tostado, ótima estrutura e bom corpo. Esse veio através da Sociedade da Mesa e é um corte de 70% cabernet, 30% da tradicional tannat e passa 18 meses em barrica.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;De cor rubi muito escura, os aromas são intensos de frutas vermelhas como amora e framboesa e em segundo plano outros aromas diferentes impressionam como terra, fumaça, borracha queimada, bem químico mesmo. Apenas dos 70% de cabernet, a tannat está bem presente, mas não endurece o vinho. Na boca é levíssimo, baixo teor alcoólico (12%), fresco de acidez acentuada e deixa uma rápida adstringência na boca. O mais interessante mesmo, foi perceber o potencial de evolução desses vinhos na taça - durante todo o tempo da degustação, muitos dos vinhos alternavam e modificavam seus aromas. Para sair dessa mesmice, outro dia encontrei na Vintage Express, esse da uva grillo, típica da Sicília e que produz vinhos muito leves e frutados como esse da Casa Girelli.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Tem um cor palha bem clara e reflexos esverdeados. Os aromas são de média intensidade, muito florais e de frutas brancas. Muita gente apareceu por lá, para saber das novidades de 15 expositores. Mais de 100 vinhos puderam ser provados pelos visitantes. Experimentei muita coisa boa e diferente, mas falo dessas novidades daqui a pouco.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Paralelamente ao encontro, foi montada uma degustação às cegas, onde participaram profissionais do mercado e blogueiros (inclusive este que vos escreve), para eleger os melhores vinhos da exposição, a partir de cerca de 50 amostras enviadas pelos expositores.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Segundo o Beto Duarte, organizador do evento, a diferença foi bem pequena e a disputa acirrada. Se o vinho é bom ou não, eu não sei, mas parece ter ajudado a vender muitas garrafas.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Quer ver outras "pérolas "como essa acima? A Casa Marin é uma jovem vinícola fundada em 2000, pela enóloga Maria Luz Marin, conhecida por ser a primeira mulher a produzir vinhos no Chile. Seus vinhedos estão localizados no Valle de San Antonio, muito próximo do Oceano Pacífico.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ainda não tinha bebido um vinho de safra 2009 e esse realmente se mostrou jovem demais. A cor já denuncia - rubi violáceo profundo que deixa muitas lágrimas na taça. Os aromas são intensos de fruta vermelha, madeira e pimentão bem aparente. Na boca é potente, de bom corpo, adocicado, álcool aparente e taninos ainda um pouco duros, mas que podem ser domados.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;É um bom vinho, mas não para abrir agora. Pode esperar mais 1 ou 2 anos na garrafa. Esse vem da região da Toscana, mais precisamente do sul de Montancino, berço dos Brunellos. A vinícola é relativamente nova, cerca de 30 anos, mas pelo cuidado com que foi feito esse vinho, merece atenção.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Um italiano feito de uvas francesas, sendo 40% de Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% de Merlot e 30% de Petit Verdot. De cor rubi muito intensa, no aroma predomina a fruta madura, café, tostado, mas na boca o vinho surpreeende - bom corpo, equilibrado, ótima acidez e taninos macios. É que quando comprei esse merlot, alguns vinhos dessa linha da Cobos, chamavam-se Lagarto. Parece que por alinhamento dos produtos, a linha toda passou a se chamar Felino, tendo além do merlot, o malbec, chardonnay e cabernet sauvignon, que aliás já experimentei e são ótimos.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Os tintos dessa linha tem em comum a concentração. Assim como os demais, esse merlot também é bastante escuro e chega a deixar a taça manchada. O que predomina, apesar dos 8 meses em barrica, não é a madeira, mas a fruta madura, em compota. Esse é da linha Vinha da Defesa, que gosto muito e inclusive já falei do &lt;a href="http://www.diariodebaco.com.br/2009/06/esporao-vinha-da-defesa-rose-2007.html"&gt;rosé&lt;/a&gt; dessa linha por aqui.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Tem cor amarelo palha brilhante e aromas florais muito intensos, além da fruta branca como abacaxi e melão. Na boca, assim como os demais vinhos dessas uvas autóctones portuguesas, o sabor é muito marcante de manga, abacaxi e outras frutas tropicais. Ótima acidez e uma certa untuosidade. Muito bom.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Um detalhe interessante nesse vinho, é a embalagem que foi redesenhada. Nessa safra, foi adotada uma garrada de cor esverdeada e o rótulo agora é impresso direto na garrafa, usando a mesma tecnologia empregada pela Salton no vinho Lunae - o pó de vidro pigmentado vai ao forno em altíssima temperatura, que o faz aderir ao vidro. A fruta vermelha madura também está lá, mas com menor intensidade. Na boca essa fruta adocicada aparece mais, amparada por taninos finos redondos, boa acidez e final longo.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Não tem os tradicionais aromas de pimentão, herbáceo, que aparecem no cabernet chileno e com certeza o solo e demais condições da região, influenciaram em suas características. Até pensei em programar alguma coisa, mas não achei honesto com você que lê e às vezes comenta. Nós, junto com outro confrade, o Daniel (&lt;a href="http://www,vinhosdecorte.com.br/"&gt;Vinhos de Corte&lt;/a&gt;), resolvemos confrontar alguns pinot noir sul americanos e levei esse uruguaio.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Apresentou cor granada, translúcida - se fosse um pouco mais claro, seria um vinho rosé. No nariz, diferente dos outros que experimentamos neste dia, é mais elegante, lembrando frutas vermelhas frescas como morango e cereja, especiarias e baunilha. Na boca é macio, a fruta predomina mas sem exageros, corpo médio, taninos finos e ótima acidez. Conjunto bastante equilibrado. Para mim, fez o par perfeito com o cordeiro preparado pelo Cristiano.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Além desse, bebemos ainda um &lt;a href="http://vivendovinhos.blogspot.com/2009/10/casas-del-bosque-gran-reserva-pinot.html"&gt;Casas del Bosque Grand Reserva&lt;/a&gt; e um &lt;a href="http://www.vinhosdecorte.com.br/?p=618"&gt;Catrala Grand Reserve&lt;/a&gt;. Um ótima experiência, pois pudemos notar claramente diferença entre esses varietais de diferentes regiões da América Latina. É um corte de 70% tempranillo e 30% cabernet sauvignon, que passa 14 meses em barricas de carvalho americano e ainda 12 meses descansando na garrafa.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Tem um cor rubi bem escura e os aromas remetem à fruta negra adocicada e especiarias, nada exagerado, elegante. Na boca é ainda melhor - tem corpo médio, fruta, tostado, tudo muito equilibrado com ótima acidez e álcool comportado. E quando o assunto é Itália então, nem se fala!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;O Nemorino é da linha básica da I Giusti &amp;amp; Zanza, que ainda produz o Belcore, o Perbruno (um Syrah inesquecível) e ainda o Dulcamara que esta na minha lista de desejos. Todos esse vinhos tem lindos e inconfundíveis rótulos - segundo o representante, até as garrafas vazias, são valiosas para colecionadores. O importador é a Cantu.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Tem uma cor rubi violácea escura e aromas frescos de frutas como framboesa e cereja. Corpo médio, ótima acidez, taninos presentes mas aveludados. Muito equililibrado e de boa persistência. O evento aconteceu no Restaurante Via Vino, em Vinhedo, e contamos com a companhia do Antonio, proprietário da casa e também apaixonado pelos vinhos.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Nesta noite, degustamos os vinhos da linha Reserva da Serra, cedidos gentilmente pela vinícola &lt;a href="http://www.lidiocarraro.com/"&gt;Lídio Carraro&lt;/a&gt;. Vamos às impressões:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Reserva da Serra Espumante Brut&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;Para começar bem a noite! Um bom espumante, cor palha de perlage fina, aromas de fermento, frutas cítricas e muito cremoso na boca. Levemente adocicado para um brut.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Da´divas Chardonnay 2008&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;Um chardonnay sem passagem por madeira, leve, frutado e com um toque mineral. Na boca tem uma gostosa untuosidade, que puxa logo o próximo gole. Boa acidez e, diferente da primeira vez que o provei, nada, nada de amargor. Muito bom.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Da´divas Rosé 2008&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;Um rosé inusitado, feito de um assemblage de Touriga Nacional, Merlot, Tempranillo e Pinot Noir. Tem cor salmão e aromas de frutas vermelhas frescas, como cereja e morango. Na boca achei que falta acidez para um rosé, além de um pequeno amargor no final.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Reserva da Serra Cabernet Sauvignon 2006&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;Rubi escuro, aromas de boa complexidade de couro, especiarias, terra molhada e ainda em segundo plano a fruta negra. Na boca tem corpo médio, taninos finos e um pequeno amargor no final que não atrapalhou. Depois de um tempo na taça, o aroma evoluiu para fruta cristalizada. Muito interessante.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Reserva da Serra Cabernet Sauvignon/Merlot 2005&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;Rubi violáceo intenso, aromas mais tímidos de de terra molhada e ameixa. Bom corpo, taninos aveludados, mas um pouco desequilibrado. Não empolgou.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Reserva da Serra Merlot 2005&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;Um merlot de tonalidade rubi escura e aromas de frutas vermelhas, pimenta e um interessante toque de hortelã. Na boca é adocicado, com bons taninos e ótima acidez. Ótimo custo-benefício.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Elos 2007&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;Um corte interessante de cabernet sauvignon e malbec, mostrou mais potência que os anteriores. No nariz é elegante e de boa intensidade aromática, mas na boca faz a diferença - saboroso, encorpado e muito equilibrado. Boa acidez e taninos de boa qualidade, mas ainda um pouco duros. Jovem ainda, mas com potencial. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;Reserva da Serra Merlot 2006&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;Visualmente parecido com o 2005, mas é só. Os aromas são menos intensos e na boca é mais ligeiro. Realmente a safra de 2005 fez diferença no Brasil.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Foi uma ótima noite para apreciar bons vinhos brasileiros, contar histórias e rever os queridos amigos blogueiros. Foram 12 maravilhosos merlots, mas achei que era esse o meu limite. Estava enganado...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;Semanas depois, o João Felipe voltou com o novo desafio com sotaque português, quase sorrindo:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;- "Desafio Portugal! Serão só 14 vinhos, topas?".&lt;br /&gt;Acho que o João deveria ficar no lugar do Zeca Camargo e apresentar o "No Limite"!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Mas como não sou de negar desafios, no dia marcado estávamos nós, eu e Cristiano, na &lt;a href="http://www.kylixvinhos.com.br/"&gt;Kylix Vinhos&lt;/a&gt;, linda loja, que fica na Av. Angélica em São Paulo para o grande embate. Logo na chegada, fomos recebidos com um cava brut interessantíssimo, o &lt;strong&gt;Marrugat Brut Nature Gran Reserva 2004&lt;/strong&gt;, oferecido pela &lt;a href="http://www.winerydistribuidora.com/"&gt;Winery&lt;/a&gt;. Foi um bom pressentimento do que estava por vir.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;E as taças começaram a viro, uma por uma, numa sequência que parecia não ter fim, onde pela primeira vez nesses desafios, foi unânime a opinião de que só tínhamos provado excelentes vinhos, sem defeitos. A cada taça, mais e mais elogios. Isso só confirmou o fato do sucesso que fazem os vinhos feitos na "terrinha" por aqui.
