Essas verdadeiras jóias, nascem das mãos de &lt;a href="http://papodevinho.blogspot.com/2009/05/nesse-dia-10-minutos-valeram-10-anos.html"&gt;Giles Ballorin&lt;/a&gt;, um produtor que conhece e respeita muito seu terroir, e sabe como ninguém extrair dele o melhor, sem agredí-lo.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;O convite partiu do Beto do blog &lt;a href="http://papodevinho.blogspot.com/"&gt;Papo de Vinho&lt;/a&gt;, que conhece Giles de perto e o encontro aconteceu no Empório Vila Buarque, um verdadeiro oásis, dentro de São Paulo.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Foram 6 vinhos provados, 1 rosé mais 5 tintos. Vamos às impressões:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;Marsannay Rosé&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cor salmão alaranjado, um nariz muito floral e mineral, mas na boca bem diferente, certa untuosidade, amanteigado e leve amargor. Esqueça daquela fruta vermelha fresca. Um rosé bem diferente e gastronômico.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;Passetoutgrains Le Temeraire 2007&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;Um corte de Gammay e Pinot Noir. Rubi claro, translúcido e de cara um toque animal (carne crua) e em segundo plano a fruta em compota delicada. Na boca, corpo médio, a fruta vermelha fresca, boa acidez e conjunto equilibrado.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;Bourgogne Pinot Noir "Le Bon" 2007&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Também de linda cor rubi claro, aromas inicialmente sem complexidade de frutas vermelhas (framboesa, cereja) e um toque de creme holandês, mas que após um tempo na taça, evoluiu para um café sensacional. Taninos muito finos e ótima acidez. Para mim, o melhor custo-benefício da noite.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;Côtes de Nuits Villages 2007&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;Mais complexo que os anteriores no nariz - frutas vermelhas, especiarias (canela). Na boca se repetem as frutas e especiarias, taninos firmes, acidez elevada, equilibrado e longo final.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;Fixin 2007 Les Chevenieres&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;Apenas 12% de álcool. Fruta fresca madura delicada no nariz, o mais equilibrado e redondo de todos, pronto para consumo. Evolução aromática impressionante para cravo, canela, café, caramelo e couro. Foi o que mais gostei do painel.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;Nuits St Georges 2007&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;O mais estruturado de todos. Um vinho para se beber sem pressa, pois sua evolução na taça é incrível. Aromas de rosas, couro, terroso, especiarias, taninos mais rústicos. Um vinho que evoluirá muito nos próximos anos.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;O fato marcante dessa degustação foi perceber toda sutileza e vivacidade dos borgonhas. Durante a degustação, eu e o &lt;a href="http://falandodevinhos.wordpress.com/"&gt;João Felipe&lt;/a&gt;, ficamos brincando de comparar o mesmo vinho em taças de diferentes formatos. Um show de elegância!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Um vinho branco de bom custo (R$ 40,00), muito bem feito na África do Sul pelo produtor &lt;a href="http://www.dewetshof.com/"&gt;De Wetshof Estate&lt;/a&gt;, daqueles para se abrir na abertura de um jantar e acompanhar uns aperitivos ou mesmo para se beber sozinho.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Gostou? Entre uma conversa e outra, um zinfandel e outro, ele ofereceu esse espumante portugês, para acompanhar uma salada de palmito e palta, aliás sensacional.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;É um espumante feito com duas uvas típicas portuguesas, Baga e Bical, que como resultado, um  vinho de cor alanjada, aromas de frutas frescos e delicados de   flores. O vinho equilibrado e de ótima persistência, daquelas que o final da taça puxa rapidamente a próxima. E parece que está conseguindo.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Na degustação, degustamos 3 vinhos da linha varietal e mais 3 da linha reserva. Vamos aos vinhos:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;Sucre Sauvignon Blanc 2009&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;Palha quase transparente com reflexos esverdeados. Aromas de média intensidade de frutas cítricas (maçã-verde), herbáceo, mineral. Boa acidez, refrescante e final curto.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Sucre Carmenère 2008&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;Aromas de fruta vermelha madura e um toque balsâmico. Corpo médio, equilibrado, taninos finos e leve amargor no final.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;Sucre Cabernet Sauvignon 2008&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Vinho muito jovem, mancha a taça. Fruta vermelha madura, especiarias, chocolate. Corpo médio, ótima acidez e carga tânica maior que o carmenère.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;Sucre Reserva Carmenère 2008&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;Fruta vermelha (cereja), couro, especiarias, café e leve toque herbáceo. Macio na boca, corpo médio, boa acidez e final curto.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;Sucre Reserva Syrah 2008&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;Cor rubi de média intensidade, aromas de madeira molhada, fruta vermelha adocicada e especiarias. Taninos presentes, mas nâo agressivos, equilibrado.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;Sucre Cabernet Sauvignon Reserva&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;Aromas de café torrado, caramelo, frutas vermelhas maduras, baunilha e couro. Na boca apresenta bom corpo e persistencia. Foi o que mais gostei.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;A Ângela me contou ainda, que todos os cortes tiveram pelo menos uma parcela pequena de syrah. Perguntei o motivo e ela foi direta: "Adoro syrah e o toque perfumado de especiarias que ela confere ao vinho me encanta". Outro fato interessante é que ela busca sempre a menor intereferência possível da madeira em seus vinhos, preservando o frescor e a leveza.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;São vinhos ainda jovens, de vinhedos também jovens (10, 12 anos) e que estão evoluindo a cada safra. Talvez por que bebo bem menos syrah do que deveria, mas o fato é que estou revendo isso, ainda mais pelo número de opções que temos à disposição.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Esse vinho é produzido pela bodega argentina &lt;a href="http://www.lauriviana.com/"&gt;Lauri Viana&lt;/a&gt;, que já falei por aqui. Sua cor é rubi bem escuro e deixa muitas lágrimas densas na taça. Aromas de ameixa bem madura, adocicada, menta, chocolate e pimenta. Na boca é untuoso, carnudo, também coma fruta madura bem marcada e doce - taninos finos e aveludados. Conjunto equilibrado e persistente. Ótimo vinho.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Paguei cerca de R$ 60,00 na época que era vendido pela Grand Cru. São vinhos sempre bem feitos, equilibrados e de ótimo custo-benefício. Parece que a Concha y Toro conseguiu "globalizar" o gosto do consumidor e acertar em cheio a parte que mais dói em nós, o bolso.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Esse sauvignon blanc não foge à regra - com a tipicidade que se espera dos vinhos dessa uva, tem uma cor palha quase transparente e aromas cítricos como maracujá e limão. Na boca também é bem frutado e tem uma acidez rasgante. A escolha foi feita pelos diferenciais do vinho - pra começar a uva de que ele é feito chama-se Nerello Mascalese. Segundo o Diego, as vinhas são plantadas em vinhedos de altitude elevadas, na encosta do vulcão Etna. Diferente não?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Mas a diferença não está só na história, mas no vinho em si. Sua cor é bem próxima de um pinot noir, rubi translúcido com reflexos atijolados e muito aromático, com notas de couro e fruta cristalizada. Na boca, como se espera de um italiano típico, apresenta ótima acidez, taninos rústicos, mas não agressivos. É uma cava feita da uva Trepat, uva tinta típica espanhola, usada para elaboração de cavas rosadas.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Tem uma bonita cor rosa escura e seus aromas são intensos de fruta vermelha fresca (cereja, morango) e um marcante toque mineral. Na boca é bem cremosa, boa acidez e se repete a mineralidade. Xarello é uma uva branca autóctone da região de Penedès, muito usada na elaboração de Cavas.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Sua cor é palha claro brilhante, com reflexos esverdeados. Os aromas são intensos, com predominância de frutas cítricas e um delicioso toque floral. Um vinho escuro, de aromas intensos do início ao fim, algo químico, éter, groselha, taninos muito vivos ainda e alta acidez. Não é um vinho fácil ou previsível, mas que vale a pena provar pelo menos uma vez na vida.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Por enquanto o Cave Antiga Marselan 2006, é a referência que levo de um vinho da uva marselan.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Amor ou ódio? Na boca é macio e os taninos normalmente rústicos dessa uva, parecem bem amaciados pelo tempo em garrafa. Um pequeno amargor no final. Confesso que é bem diferente - não tem aquela explosão aromática como é de se esperar dos vinhos dessa uva, mas sim aquele aroma frutado cítrico (maracujá) bem sutil e delicado, além de um toque mineral interessante.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Na boca é um vinho de acidez média, mas muito aveludado e com certa untuosidade, dando a impressão que teve alguma passagem por madeira, mas segundo o site da vinícola, a fermentação é feita somente em tanques de inox.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Um sauvignon blanc sem grande complexidade e até acho que lhe faltou um pouco de vivacidade pela baixa acidez, mas é diferente. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="blogger-post-footer"&gt;&lt;img width='1' height='1' src='https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/tracker/8119250449423000197-2802923905982146319?l=www.diariodebaco.com.br' alt='' /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="feedflare"&gt;

São vinhos varietais muito bem feitos, estruturados e prontos para beber e além desse branco, podemos encontrar o cabernet sauvignon, merlot e syrah.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Resolvemos abrir esse no Natal, motivado pela enorme variedade de bichos e sabores em cima da mesa: peru, tender, farofas, passas e toda sorte de misturas que só nessa época do ano fazem sentido, ou não.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;É um vinho de cor dourada e aromas intensos de frutas como pêra e damasco, mesclados com o toque amanteigado, vindo do estágio de 11 meses em madeira. Na boca é aveludado, untuoso e equilibrado.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Um ótimo chardonnay, mas pelo menos para mim, a madeira se sobressaiu, aliás, ando meio intolerante com vinhos nesse estilo. Ela ensina:&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Salada de Macarrão (para 2 pessoas)&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;- 1/2 pacote de macarrão gravata ou parafuso&lt;br /&gt;- 100g de mussarela de búfala picada&lt;br /&gt;- 1 cenoura ralada&lt;br /&gt;- Azeitonas verdes&lt;br /&gt;- 1/2 pimentão vermelho&lt;br /&gt;- 1 tomate sem sementes&lt;br /&gt;- Palmito&lt;br /&gt;- Sal e pimenta a gosto&lt;br /&gt;- Azeite extra virgem&lt;br /&gt;- 1 limão siciliano&lt;br /&gt;- Alface americana&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;"Cozinhe o macarrão conforme as instruções da embalagem (al dente). Pique todos os ingredientes e misture tudo. Escorra o macarrão e deixe esfriar um pouco (se tiver pressa, passe pela água fria, sem medo... dá certo!). Tempere com o sal, a pimenta do reino moída na hora, o azeite e o suco do limão. Misture bem e sirva sobre alface americana picada. Nós que adoramos vinhos, também sabemos que esse país tem ótima reputação na produção de vinhos e até mesmo sua uva emblemática, a Pinotage.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Para celebrar o evento, a vinícola &lt;a href="http://www.nederburg.co.za/"&gt;Nederburg&lt;/a&gt; foi escolhida pela FIFA para lançar o vinho oficial, que levou o nome de &lt;b&gt;Twenty10&lt;/b&gt; e está disponível nas versões branco (sauvignon blanc), rosé (cabernet sauvignon) e tinto (cabernet sauvignon).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Resolvi então comprar um deles, o sauvignon blanc, provar e contar aqui. Tem cor palha muito clara e aromas típicos dessa uva como maracujá e um toque mineral. Na boca é leve, de acidez média, herbáceo e equilibrado. Bons vinhos, dentro de sua faixa de preço. O Quorum é da linha "top" deles e confesso que, depois de ler alguns releases sobre ele, me deixou com muitas expectativas.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;É um corte bem interessante - 35% Merlot, 30% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Tannat, 15% Cabernet Franc e como todos os vinhos dessa vinícola, não passa por madeira.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Sua cor é rubi de média intensidade e reflexos atijolados. Os aromas que vêm primeiro são os secundários - especiarias, terroso e um toque de café torrado. A fruta negra está lá, mas em segundo plano. Na boca tem bom corpo, média acidez, mas o álcool (14%) aparece bastante. Se não der trégua, mesmo assim o calor deve ser intenso e esse rosé é uma ótima opção, principalmente pelo custo.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;É um rosé argentino, feito de uva malbec, que provei outro dia e gostei bastante. Tem uma cor rosa bem escuro, avermelhado e seus aromas são intensos de cereja fresca e um toque vegetal, como pimentão.
