		<description>&lt;p&gt; E' corretto seguire una dieta fortemente ipocalorica?? Una &lt;strong&gt;dieta ipocalorica&lt;/strong&gt; deve essere non troppo ipocalorica o radicale, altrimenti rischiamo danni seri alla salute. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;La sperimentazione, i dati, le ricerche e il buon senso, fanno capire cio' che non si deve fare, non dobbiamo farci comandare dall'ansia del fisico da spiaggia e delle vacanze, se non l'abbiamo fatto fino ad oggi dovremo gudagnarci il fisico perfetto con un po' di tempo...&lt;/p&gt;
