อุทยานแห่งชาติได้จัดทางเดินศึกษาธรรมชาติเขาบ่อทอง อยู่ห่างจากศูนย์บริการนักท่องเที่ยว (เกาะเสม็ด) ไปทางอ่าวไผ่ ระยะทาง 2.5 กิโลเมตร ไว้ให้บริการ สถานที่ท่องเที่ยวเกาะเสม็ดมีอยู่มาก ประกอบด้วย อ่าวและหาดทรายสวยงามมากมาย
อ่าวหวาย อ่าวกิ่ว อ่าวเตย อ่าวเทียน อ่าวไผ่ และอ่าวพร้าว อ่าวหวาย อ่าวกิ่ว อ่าวเตย อ่าวเทียน อ่าวไผ่ และอ่าวพร้าว เป็นจุดที่เหมาะกับการดำน้ำดูปะการังมากที่สุดแห่งหนึ่ง เพราะมีแนวปะการังอยู่ใกล้กับฝั่ง ทุกอ่าวจะมีหาดทรายสวย โดยเฉพาะที่อ่าวกิ่ว
