Commissioned by Camden Out of School Learning Service we worked with young children making abstract films using live footage and stop motion animation of objects found at the British Museum. The project was based around the theme of Light and Dark.

As well as learning film and animation techniques the young people worked with Artist Julian Walker to create a performance in the Enlightenment Gallery. The performance of how our universe works included artwork made by the young people. This work informed their films and animations.

Countertext is a collection of multimedia installations and events that will include sculpture, sound, video, and performances that will be happening from Friday 7 November to Monday 10 November, across 18 venues in Bridport, West Bay and Beaminster.

This is a fantastic new cultural event for the South West region.

Joe is exhibiting a sound work, �??with the window wide open�??, in Bridport Old Books. This work aims to evoke memories of a particular time and place, using field recordings along with treated sounds.�??
