Shedding off pounds can be cheap

England has never seen this many cases of obesity. In June 2006 over a thousand people were diagnosed with overweight, making it the record. Don't get us wrong, it is not new that overweight is a part of today but England has not known a time when this many people checked in with the same diagnose at the same time. All the patients confessed they are keen on fast-food and they eat up late at night. Some English also noted that cases of obesity are not new to their families.

Anti-obesity treatment propaganda began in July 2006. After all the newspapers and internet blogs brought this topic up very few people became indifferent. England ended up being concerned that month. Many doctors were taken into live studious on BBC where they discussed the problems and possible medical interventions.

When the "sufferers" were asked about their food dependency they say this "we can't help the hunger". That is what happens to people that have obesity diagnosis. They can't control their food consumptions and of course, they never count calories. This is how Doctor Rick Paterson described fast-food addictions. He also explained that some people do not understand how harmful weight gain is for them. Everything has a limit. There are people that get to a certain level because of their inability to cope with their appetite and there are people that take themselves to this level and don't bother to care.

When we asked Doctor Paterson about the treatment he said this: "You should want to treat yourself from obesity and it should be your own decision. Nobody can help you if you are not willing to help yourself." When we asked him about the drug he usually prescribes from obesity is - he named Acomplia. He said this is a good medication that has active ingredients that suppress appetite and doesn't give people discomfort.

He also added this: "There are certain side-effects and special restrictions people should be aware about. If you are over 75, Acomplia is not good for you. If you have kidney or liver problems, if you ever suffered from a heart attack or a stroke, if you ever tried to commit a suicide, if you are allergic to drugs, take other medication or are about to get pregnant - please stay away from Acomplia."

It should be mentioned that those English people, back from June 2006, that were diagnosed with obesity were prescribed this drug. And it did help them. We will not lie and say that they saw a 100% result but some of them could boast with impressive scale numbers. We hope you know how to keep yourself away from the food that may do you wrong. That is what Doctor Paterson would advice you to do.

The Casualties Plays Reggae On New Album

It was surprised me while I read the tracklist of The Casualties new album for the first time. Why? Because there is a song which indicated if its a reggae song. And it makes me wonder The Casualties played a reggae song?

And it’s right mates. This New York street punk outfit did the reggae on their new album; “We Are All We Have”. A song which has reggae tune is called “Rockers Reggae (Working Mans Dub)”. Well actually this song is not a pure reggae song but this is a dub reggae song with raw vocal. And you know what..they’re played it not bad at all hahaha… I just thought if this is just a new shape of The Casualties musical exploration.

“We Are All We Have” itself is The Casualties eighth full-length studio album which has been released on last August 25, 2009 under SideOneDummy Records. At all this album is great even personally this ain’t as great as “For The Punx” or “On The Front Line” album.

Thom Yorke Held A Show With New Band

It’s getting closer to the fact if Radiohead’s frontman, Thom Yorke will show up in the music industry with new band after he with his ‘new band’ were performed on Los Angeles last Friday. Many media reported if this show was a ‘warming-up’ gig for Thom Yorke before he officially announce his new band.

On October 2, 2009 at Echoplex Club, Los Angeles, Thom Yorke and his new band performed in front of limited audience on a secret show. Except Thom Yorke, the other members of the band are Flea (Red Hot Chili Peppers), Nigel Godrich, Joey Waronker and Mauro Refosco. Performed about more than an hour, they were played Yorke’s 2006 solo album “The Eraser” and some brand new songs such as “Open The Floodgates”, “Lotus Flower” and “Skirting on the Surface”.

For me as a Radiohead fans I wish this great show from Thom Yorke wouldn’t stop his existence with Radiohead. I don’t care how good he is with his new band. I just want he will not leave Radiohead. That’s all mate. How bout you?

Bon Jovi Released New Album This November

After 25 years Bon Jovi is still rocking the world around! As I ever posted before if Bon Jovi has planned to release a new album and that it’s true after some days ago they’re announced the detail of their upcoming album. And I do believe if this news will make you all Bon Jovi’s loyal fans happy.

Right after finished the long and successful The Lost Highway tour, Bon Jovi started to write and record new tracks. There will be 12 new songs in this album which have titled “The Circle”. This Bon Jovi’s new album itself is their eleventh studio album which produced by John Shanks. The Circle will be released on November 10, 2009. The first singles “We Weren’t Born To Follow” has been released on August 17, 2009.

And as usually after release a new album there will be follow by some tour to support this album in the market. That’s right mates. Bon Jovi also have plan to held tours started next year but there’s no detailed has been confirmed yet.

Foo Fighters Will Release Greatest Hits Album

Foo Fighters, an ex-Nirvana drummer, Dave Grohl’s band will release a greatest hits album this year. Foo Fighters has been exists in music industry for last 14 years and has been released six album so far.

Foo Fighters Greatest Hits will be released on Novenber 3, 2009 via Roswell/RCA records. There will be 2 new tracks which produced by Butch Vig. Those two new tracks are “Wheels” and “Word Forward”. The complete tracklist for this album has not announced yet. But to name some tracks which potentially will be on the album are “The Pretenders”, “All My Life”, “Learn To Fly”, “Best of You”, “Times Like These”, “My Hero” and “Everlong”.

The Cranberries Will Perform For Reunion Tour

Good news from Dublin! “Zombie” hit maker, The Cranberries announced if they will held a reunion tour this year. After almost seven years in quiet hiatus, The Cranberries will reunion in live tour. The Cranberries vocalist, Dolores O’Riordan stated “ I’ve decided to reunite with my former band members and we’ll be writing new song and performing our greatest hits during the show. I’d love to see you out there.”

This reunion tour plan probably pop up after Dolores O’Riordan and other band members played together on Honorary Patron of Trinity’s Philosophical Society at Dublin’s Trinity College in back January. That was the first time they played together again since 2003.

The Cranberries reunion tour will be start from North America this end of the year and follow up to Europe in early 2010. Just wait and see.

Pearl Jam –father of Grunge- have been announced the detail of their upcoming studio album which will titled as “Backspacer” on September 21, 2009. Backspacer has been produced by Brendan O’Brien who produced Pearl Jam’s four earlier albums.

The single from Backspacer which called “The Fixer” has been release on August 24 as digital version. Meanwhile The Fixer will be officially release on September 7, 2009.

Yesterday I posted about my confusion of the new Radiohead songs. Then couple hours later finally I’ve heard one of those songs for the first time. And two songs which I mentioned at that post are completely different. That means there are two new Radiohead songs.

And on that moment I also found a news which told that those two songs are some new materials which will appear on next Radiohead album. This upcoming album have titled "Wall Of Ice" which will be release today August 17, 2009. It’s looks like some kinda surprise right?

Of course as Radiohead fans I’m so happy and excited about that news even some says if that is just rumor. I just don’t care. I just hope Wall Of Ice will completely true to be release today. And I wish Radiohead will release it as free download just like In Rainbows in 2007.

A New Radiohead Album?

It could be a good news for anyone who loves Radiohead. On couple days ago I found some buzz news about Radiohead’s new song. And who knows if this is will be the first song for the next upcoming Radiohead album??

Actually for me its pretty confusing after I found some different news about this new Radiohead song. One called “Harry Patch (In Memory Of)” and another reported as “These Are My Twisted Words”. The last one was reported has been leaked over the internet and Harry Patch has been sold on Radiohead online store for 1 pounds. Is this the same song with different title or there are two different songs? I don’t know because I don’t hear it yet.

On my opinion I wish this is a good sign about Radiohead will release a new album soon. It’s too long for Radiohead fans to wait a new album since In Rainbows in 2007. Let’s wait and see….

It’s been two decades since the memorable singles of The Stone Roses were release for the first time. And after twenty years they’re have been inspiring so many band until now. Just name from a few which very popular is Oasis which come from Manchester too.

And to celebrating the 20th Anniversary of the first coming, The Stone Roses will re-release their debut album. There will be some variety of shapes and sizes about this The Stone Roses 20th Anniversary Legacy & Collectors Editions. This re-release album special edition will be release on August 10, 2009 via Sony Music.

Two Weeks Of Bleeding Ears

It feels like my ears getting bleeding after last more two weeks all I’ve heard is just grindcore, grindcore and grindcore. Along that time my playlist have been dominated with grindcore. It doesn’t mean I don’t like grindcore but I still wonder how could I be so grindcore just like 19 years ago.

Alright they’re some artists/releases which always in my playlist for last more two weeks. The first is AK//47 with promo CD “Reaggression of Armageddon” of their next upcoming album and their old album “Barricades Close The Street But Open The Way”. And then there is Delayed Desire with “Balada Titit Dan Silit”. Yes I still fall in love with this pack which contains their 3 albums. And the last one is Napalm Death with their last album "Time Waits No Slave".

And if I might add some name in the list there are Slayer with "Seasons In The Abyss" and their double CD live album "Decade of Aggression". There is also Motorhead with "Motorizer" in the playlist.

With those releases it’s no wonder if I feel my ears gotta bleeding isn’t it? I felt like my ears has been hitting and kicking with some extreme noises over and over along those days.

One of my favorite Indonesian Underground band is AK//47. This is not because they all are my friends but they’re also play good music which I really loved and they’re also have great attitude.

Some days ago through AK//47 vocalist, Kesit Agung’s blog he announced if AK//47 has been released a promo CD sampler of their upcoming album. Contain three tracks this promo album called "Reagression of Armageddon". The upcoming full-length album itself has been plans to be release this September 2009 which have title "Dikotomi Dialektis". This is will become AK//47 third full-length album since their successful 2006’s “Barricades Close The Streets But Open The Way” and will be release under Korgan Record.

AK//47 has been active in Indonesian hardcore/punk/grindcore scene especially in Semarang since a decade ago. They’re regularly performs in many independent gigs offering tons of aggressive and political hardcore/punk/grindcore tunes. Now AK//47 recent member are Kesit Agung Wijanarko (vocal & bass), Eko Baskoro & Novi Adi Pranolo (guitars) and Garna Raditya (drums).

That said, there are "high" and "low" seasons where the volume of traffic rises and falls. Airlines do offer "sale" prices to maintain passenger volumes during the low seasons. Some increase their prices at the peak periods. Then you have the budget carriers. These offer basic carriage at a basic price. All this information is usually freely available and gives you the base price to work from. Then we come to the "special offers". These are prices advertised in the local press or through the internet, promoting particular airlines or online ticket agents. It was really shocked me while I was heard this pack for the first time. Yes this is grindcore but it never cross in my mind if grindcore will be delivers like this one. I don’t know is this a new kind of grindcore or what. This is all about grindcore which melt with 8bit-nintendo-sound.

Of course I’ve been heard songs based on video game 8-bit sounds before. It was usually present on disco/pop music and never plays on grindcore. So this is the first time for me to hear video game 8-bit sounds with grindcore typically vocal. And since couple days ago I heard this pack over and over.

Delayed Desire is a band –if we can call them a band- comes from Surabaya, Indonesia. And “Balada Titit Dan Silit” is a pack of 3 previous albums which already release by Delayed Desire. There are Nintendo Grindcore Is Cummin’, Genital To Genital Connection and Bi-Side. Total there are about total 21 tracks with short duration on each track.

Well I’m so curious about their live performance on stage but unfortunately they’ve been announced if they’re break for some times now.
