The Box is based on a very short story that was stretched to feature-movie length – through the addition of several plot embellishments – by director Richard Kelly.

While the resulting film is therefore somewhat… over-embellished, fans of thriller movies – and conspiracy theories – will still enjoy its many suspenseful twists and turns.

Voyager is just the latest tool which we as a civilization have managed to devise, and the tool was so powerful that we saw things that nobody had seen before and that nobody had imagined that we could see.”
