What can be done immediately to speed up recovery to our financial markets?<br /></div><br />THREE THINGS TO IMPROVE THE ECONOMY<br /><br /><div style="text-align: justify;">1. CREDIT CARDS<br /></div><div style="text-align: justify;">No credit cards should be issued to anyone under 21 years of age unless they pass a basic test on the knowledge and use of credit. In fact, outlawing the predatory nature of credit card companies through junk mail would save thousands of tons of paper, thereby conserving the environment.<br /></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br /></div><div style="text-align: justify;">The bank modifications during the present administration regarding credit cards and bankruptcy law also helped perpetrate the financial mess the world is presently involved in. These laws need to be repealed.<br /></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br /></div><div style="text-align: justify;">2. MORTGAGES<br /></div><div style="text-align: justify;">Why bail out banks? Why not require banks to unload foreclosed homes at 50% of the value of the original mortgage within 90 days of foreclosure.<br /></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br /></div><div style="text-align: justify;">This was done during the Reagan Administration by the VA in Oregon and other states and the nation was able to crawl out of the mortgage crises in the eighties. This solution will free up cash while allowing new home buyers the ability to afford a home.<br /></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br /></div><div style="text-align: justify;">3. SMALL BUSINESS<br /></div><div style="text-align: justify;">Issue $50,000 small business grants to any recognized company that was formed after 1 Jan 2005.
