Wow that was really quick! Diverse CTI employees/techs are absolutely awesome. Everyone that I have had the pleasure of meeting or speaking to over the phone has always been pleasant and helpful! Even when I have just deleted a new voice message that was recorded by Tom ,he came back with a smile and made sure I didn’t touch the buttons again (just kiddin). He actually ran through them all for me even though I know he had a really busy schedule. I just wanted everyone (Tom,Bill,John,Janine,Ryan and Chris) to know that we really appreciate your very kind attitudes and excellent service! Other companies should take lessons!

Diverse CTI Names Ryan Graham as Inside Sales Consultant

Diverse CTI today announced that Ryan Graham has been named Inside Sales Consultant. Ryan will serve existing customers by discovering their needs through relationship building and providing solutions which produce the results. Ryan commented that he is committed to Diverse CTI's mission of exceptional service and making their customers raving fans for life!

"We are extremely pleased to bring Ryan on board!" said Josh Cochran, the President of Diverse CTI. "This is exciting because Diverse CTI is realizing our mission to combine the most outstanding technical consulting with great customer relationships! Ryan has already demonstrated his expertise in customer service and we couldn't be happier."

Before joining Diverse CTI, Ryan oversaw sales and technology applications for Triple C Investment Management, where he put together that company’s sales and marketing strategies. While at Triple C, he saw the company double in size in less than 2 years.

Prior to Triple C, he worked for AT&T Mobility, which sparked his passion for technology.

Ryan has a BA in Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of Texas at Dallas.

He and his wife Janna live in Edmond, OK with their 2 daughters Peyton and Taylor.

Ryan states that he is extremely excited about this opportunity and will use his passion for technology and customer service to continually provide our customers with the support that they need and deserve.

I just wanted to let you know that Eduardo did an excellent job on our trip to all our sites today. I had posted the list that you saw this morning, but he did so much more and solved many other problems than even I had not anticipated. He truly went above and beyond the call of duty.

Indeed, all of you at Diverse CTI have done a tremendous job since our switchover. I’ll be the first to admit that we as a group have ever changing needs (and wants), and are probably at times not the easiest bunch of folks to get along with. Dr. Penwell, Greg and I all come from different points of view when looking at our IT needs. And, each of us has different levels of understanding of the IT processes involved. We do all share the same common goal of having a robust system to handle our growing and ever expanding business. All of that to say this; I am so very glad that we were able to establish our partnership with your group. Thank you for taking the extra time to help us (and me) along this process. I think this is one of the best business decisions we have made since I have become involved with Immediate Care of Oklahoma. I just wanted to pass along my personal thanks.

After the last local disaster we were able to utilize the phone system to give a temporary auto attendant with special options in order to allow us to deal with the huge amount to claims coming in. It was awesome! Diverse CTI set it all up and trained us how to switch it around. Can't ask for better!

When I sat with you in that first meeting and you talked about wanting us to be "raving fans", I must confess that I thought that was a bit much for just getting a phone system; but let me just say that your company has saved us time and money in a lot of different areas. The guys are all great and extremely helpful. Jesse was emailing me at 6:30 the other night about a laptop he and Mason were trying to find. Not sure if those are their normal hours, but I would guess not. Everyone works so hard to exceed our expectations. I really can't imagine trying to make the move without you guys. Thanks for everything!!!

Education Is The New Focus For Website

Diverse CTI announced in May this year that the new focus for their website would be education on business and technology. President of Diverse CTI Josh Cochran said in the announcement, "We have felt for some time that what our customers and potential clients really want and need is a partner. Someone who has skin in the game and is focused on getting results and providing solutions. The best way we feel that our website can support that vision is by providing answers through educational type media."

Diverse CTI is based out of Oklahoma City and is a provider of business telephone systems and IT services. In the announcement Josh outlined what they felt like was going to be a much different and more personal way of communicating with their online visitors. "Through blogging and by adding much more educational material including videos and a monthly newsletter we are going to update the way we communicate. We want to put people at ease and show them that our process is one of consulting and educating. When you are ready to purchase something you will think of Diverse CTI."

Josh concluded the announcement by giving a brief timeline of content delivery. "We have already launched the newsletter at the beginning of the year and our creative development team has begun our blogs. We also hope to be posting some educational videos by mid-summer. The unique thing about our content is that it is 100% developed in-house. None of it is outsourced and we are proud of that. Our experts are a wealth of information and we are proud that we can tap into that knowledge to deliver this kind of experience to our clients and visitors."

Diverse CTI receives Award

At the Technlogy Assurance Groups national conference this year Diverse CTI took home an acheivement award. Due to its outstanding profitabitablity even in tough economic times Divere CTI acheived a Silver Circle Award. CEO and Founder Tom Cochran, President of Diverse CTI Josh Cochran, and Vice President of Sales Chris Berkel were there to receive the award and participate in the national conference. Josh Cochran spoke of the award saying, "I really am proud of this award because it proves that the economic outlook is a positive one. We were able to achieve success and we only see it getting better from here!"

Diverse CTI Executive Team Prepares for TAG Conference

The Diverse CTI executive team will be attending the Technology Assurance Group's annual conference in San Diego, California. TAG is a national organization of leading independently owned telecommunications companies located in the United States and Canada. Led by industry experts in sales, marketing, and business management and enhanced by the shared collective experience of its diversified membership, TAG exists to provide added value to the telecommunication companies it supports.

The Diverse CTI executive team will be participating in round table discussions with other leading companies in the industry as well as reviewing new and emerging technologies as part of the technology fair.

Diverse CTI Launches Newsletter

Diverse CTI is in the process of launching a newletter this March. "This newsletter has been a very daunting task to put together," commented Josh Cochran, President of Diverse CTI. "We don't just want this to be a useless piece of spam showing up in our customers in-boxes. Rather we strongly desire that it would provide relevent, useful, and incouraging information regarding technology and business."

The newsletter will contain aricles written personally by the DCTI team including the CEO and Founder Tom Cochran, Vice-President of Sales Chris Berkel, and President of Diverse CTI Josh Cochran. Asked to comment, Chris Berkel remarked, "Some amazing things are happening at Diverse CTI. Customers of ours are always asking what is going on, or how are you accomplishing this? This newsletter is an answer to that. It is going to include what books we are reading and the impactful lessons we are learning."

Sprint Chooses Diverse CTI for Dealership

Sprint approved Diverse CTI as their newest Dealer in Oklahoma City this month and will be bringing them on in November. Steven Newkirk orchestrated Diverse CTI signing with Sprint after sucessfully converting ODOT to Sprint service. During their annual data trade show Sprint expressed excitement over what this new partnership will be bringing to the market place in Oklahoma. "I think that this is going to allow Sprint to reach the commercial side of the market in a way that we haven't been able to reach it before." said Janice Elsten an Account Executive with Sprint. The vice president of Diverse CTI Josh Cochran expressed his optimism at the data show when he talked about the possibilities for solutions for their customers, "We have always been the premier solutions provider for business communications in Oklahoma and this ensures that Diverse CTI will remain in that position long into the future with the ability to now provide wireline and wireless solutions to our customers."
