There were so many party dresses at the Big Rich Texas premiere screening at Hotel Zaza I thought maybe we had slipped into the prom scene from The Virgin Suicides. I’ve never seen so much tulle, satin, and sequins all in one room. But it was a youthful and nostalgic moment that I really enjoyed seeing.

The Seventies never seem to get old. Everything from beaded macramé jewelry to frothy Moroccan blouses, there’s just something more of a ‘soft, touchable beauty’, as Tom Ford would describe it, to the less inhibited decade.
