With all of the rain we are currently having, silt & sediment is washing into our creeks..Some of the result of Oil & GAS prepping sites for drilling or the installation of pipelines.

If you see a creek that is clear upstream of the activity & MUDDY downstream of the work sites, call & report it. Some of these sites are upstream of municipal water supplies.

Current CFS is 50 for Middle Island Creek Gauge: Water withdrawal may NOT occur from MI creek nor its' tributaries in Doddridge county, above the town of Middlebourne in Tyler county.

The SW watershed, the S. FORK of the HUGHES river cfs current cfs is 58 - water may be withdrawn from the 3 sites if this site was approved by the DEP on your water management plan.
