One look at the pictures of Carlton Freeman and his wife and I know they were good people - people that I would like to have known - with so many problems in life like Mr. Freeman's diabetes - he did not deserve to be shredded by pit bulls. Neither did Emako Mendoza of San Diego, or Roy McSweeney of Putnam County Florida. To say I don't understand why America is letting dogs eat people alive is understating it. Why are dogs/dog owners being given the power and freedom to kill these wonderful people that are harming no one ???

If these dogs were reported to AC before this, the county should be sued into a hole. If they weren't reported, everyone who saw them loose should be shamed and praying to their god for mercy.

I agree with you, YQN, That's how my problems began with these dogs and I had no idea what what was ahead of us. And the average person/neighbor living in houses all around you does not understand that this is going on in their Animal Control Organizations. I also have another issue that has been bugging me ....In a letter sent to us by our Animal Control Director, we were told that dog breeders in the neighborhood were just like a neighbor having a "YARD SALE" maybe twice a year. This is how our Animal Control/City Officials ?? look at the on-going breeding of pit bulls while the kennels are full of them at AC - like it is an innocent little Saturday yard sale where the highest priced inanimate item might be children's furniture or clothing for $10. I have been angry for 3 years after receiving this letter.

Speaking of the radicalization of animal control agencies, I think it's time for us to start making a little list. What would be on this list? Agencies that have been infiltrated by nutters.

Why is there a need for such a list? Because we need to warn the taxpayers of these jurisdictions. They need to know that their safety does NOT come first.

The same whitewash was tried last year by Dekalb County,GA-Animal Control when that rescue girl was killed. They claimed "Zero Deaths" but the county had sustained Five...All by Pit Bulls!

The deed ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS requires a victim!
This poor woman was murdered in the most heinous way possible and the Nutters are fine with this "deed" - after all, it doesn't affect them. They are psychopaths. It really takes a sick mind to go comment about how sweet pibbles are in a story about a mauling death. One commenter even thanked the husband for not blaming the breed - because that's what really matters, right?!
The only thing I haven't seen yet is someone asking what she did to provoke the dogs to rip her arm off and kill her - but you can bet these douchebags are thinking it.

Stockton does a terrible job with dog attacks. My brother and sister in law were attacked by two pit bulls/ american bulldogs last friday night. I called 9-1-1- twice before they finally sent an ambulance and police. I asked why animal control wasnt coming for the dogs they said they are closed till monday. My brother and family have been at my home till date because animal control LEFT THE DOGS at the place of residence.(mind you they have a shared yard with their neighbors the owners of the dogs)saying they are quarentined till next monday. My brother and his family are fearful to go home since dogs were allowed to remain there. My nephew and 2 neices ages 3-13 yr witness the attack my brother has over 25 staples all over his body and cannot return to work till his wounds have healed, we are be giving the run around and being treated like we did something wrong?? What Can we DO. Seeing a atty on Tues. HELP
