As we hiked in the hot sun out in the wild, wild, wilderness we talked Chloe, memorial lilies, and Fagney & Gaycey. We stay hydrated on the trail with some Sierra Nevada Pale Ale and some spicy green peas.

Today we explore Paris with French singer Naommon! And we are all over the city of light and love. First on the itinerary: Edith Piaf’s grave (sounds morbid, doesn’t it?) but the famed Paris cemetary closes just as we are about to pay homage to the lil’ sparrow. Pay no mind, we are improvisers. Up next, Naommon’s favorite hat shop. Closed. Then it rains. Finally we give up and end with a coffee and a cigarette–now that’s how the French really live. Why did we even bother with the other stuff?

Generally afraid of sharp objects he spends his entire visit on pins and needles. It’s always fun and games until someone finds out they have heart fire. Ethan quizzes Elie on her herbal skills, gets his tongue read like a palm and experiences the needles first hand. Literally. 1-minute long and you’ll laugh your ass off.

Alexandra Paul is Doin’ It With Ethan today! Alexandra is famous from her days playing Lt. Stephanie Holden on a tiny show called Baywatch, and many other TV shows and films since then. She recently guest starred on Mad Men on AMC.

In this interview Alexandra attempts to teach host Ethan Mechare how to perform CPR on the beach and what it’s like to drive her EV car. They talk about fake boobs, getting arrested, and how to save the Earth. Ethan also does his best Baywatch life guarding impression: bare chested and using a hot water bottle as a prop. Also check out Alexandra teaching Ethan to compost in this quick 1-minute video.

Alexandra really is this cool. She’s not just an actress but also a fierce activist. She’s done the World Ironman Triathlon, she writes for the Huffington Post, and she composts. Check out her teaching us how to compost here.

Turtle Racing on Doin’ It With Ethan

Turtle Racing: One of America’s oldest past times. Yeah, some people don’t know it but host Ethan Mechare is ultra competitive when it comes to turtle racing. He may not be able to eat 17 hot dogs in 12 minutes and he may not be able to get cast on Oprah’s new reality show but he sure knows how to pick the slowest creature on Earth from a bucket.

So in an effort to prove that he can do something well he took off to Brenan’s Irish Pub where they famously race turtles. He picked the biggest and the fatest turtle and didn’t win crap. And believe us when we say that they were giving away crap as prizes. Top prize: a douche. Sometimes it’s better to be a loser.
