This is a "US Only" List. This List again uses some top keywords along with the geo. A regfee cost is definitely in order for these vbery generic Geo domains. I generally use a keyword list of around 600 words to form these two worders and then run them through a scan. Anyon ewith an excel sheet and the keyword list can quite easily generate therse and by popularity of the geo + the keyword register and keep a good collection of names.
