Hi, friends! Well, I’ve been doing a little shopping…O.k. more like a LOT of shopping. =) But all with good reason! Because I’m completely making over my craft/office/workspace I’ve had to shop for new things. I spend the majority of my time and life in my little workspace. I work there AND play there. So it’s a very important and special place and it needs to encourage creativity and of course happiness…=) But more of that later. Right now I just want to show you some of the cute little things I’ve found on my shopping adventures. Mostly in the Target dollar bins…=)

On a side note: One of my very favorite things to do in the world is put together fun and creative photoshoots. It’s where I can really grow in my photography skills and experiment with new things.  In the back of my mind I’m always striving for that perfect picture that makes my heart swoon. Regardless of what the picture is of I believe that if you use the right colors, angles and a dash of love you can make that item desirable, even irresistible. And each picture should be pretty enough to frame and display. O.k. that’s my little photography rant. =) Enjoy the fruits of my labor!

Yes, it’s definitely the “little things” that I love…I snatched all these goodies from the Target dollar bins…Cute pens, jumbo paper clips, arrow clothes pins, thumb-tacks…All fun little items I’ll incorporate into my space.

You can never have enough organizers! I already have several receipt organizers but just couldn’t pass these up! A dollar a piece from Target.

I was ecstatic to find this vintage style Bingo glass dish! Target has a new isle in the gift section with all kinds of retro/vintage goodies. I’m convinced they’re getting their design ideas from Etsy…As are so many big businesses these days! Just pick up a magazine and see!

You can never have too many of these! I’d never seen a flag puncher before and was pretty excited to find this one! The cutting mat and punchers are from Hobby Lobby.

Now I just about had a HEART ATTACK when I found this mini globe. Be-still-my-heart! I wanted to buy more than one but had to control myself. It was found in the Target retro/gift isle as well. You can learn more about my current “globe” obsession HERE. =)

Some pastel satin ribbon from Hobby Lobby that I’m using for a fun project! I’ll share more about that later…

So cute! These teal jumbo clothes pins from Target are so fun! I have no idea what I’ll use them for…But they do make great photo props!

And you can never have enough glitter ribbon! I’m using this ribbon from Hobby Lobby for another project…I found the white, milk glass strawberry dish on an antique shopping trip about a month ago. I’d never seen anything like it before and was super excited to add it to my collection! I have an embarrassing amount of vintage plates and dishes. =)
