In touring news, Don Felder is joining Steve Lukather, Rick Springfield, and several other artists in a tour of Germany known as "Rock Meets Classic." The tour runs from March 30, 2017 to April 18, 2017. More information can be found on the official website.

Don Felder joining Styx and Foreigner for "Soundtrack of Summer" tour

As announced on Fox and Friends and published on Billboard, Don Felder will be going on what is being called the "Soundtrack of Summer" tour with Styx and Foreigner. It kicks off in Oklahoma City on May 16.

They are not only touring together, but they are also recording a compilation album which will feature a new version of "Hotel California" with vocals by the lead singers of the two bands.

VIP tickets and presales start Feb. 5 at 10:00 am. Tickets can be purchased here. The password is FelderSummer.

According to a post by Felder on Facebook, a VIP package includes:

Update: prices on regular tickets vary from venue to venue, but the average "cheap seat" price is around $25, and the average high end price is around $100.

Update #2: VIP tickets are $430 before fees.

When Road to Forever was first released, it contained 12 tracks. Four additional tracks were released as bonus tracks - be they for Amazon, iTunes, or the Japanese release. Well, now, we can all have easy access to all 16 tracks in one fell swoop with the new released Extended Edition. You can purchase it from Amazon.com or iTunes.

If you have already bought the album, you can simply download whichever tracks you are missing individually.
