If you are like I am, then you will do anything to get more backlinks to your websites. As a blog owner with over 100 different blogs, I love getting free and cheap backlinks and recently I discovered a service that offers just that.

What is this special service that I am talking about?

I am talking about Linkauthority.com. The great thing about linkauthority.com is that you can signup to get free and simple backlinks to your website by just submitting your own PR2 or higher blog and then writing articles and submitting them to their blog network.

Here is how you get simple backlinks.

If you have a PR2 blog, then you will be able to submit 2 article to the network each day. If you have a PR3 blog, then you can submit 3 articles per day, and so on. Now, here is where you will really benefit from the system, lets say you have a PR2 blog. This will mean that you can submit 2 article per day, however, the system allows you 1 link for a 150-300 word article and 3 links for anything over 301 words. So this means you can get 3 links for each article you write or 6 total links per day.

“How great is that?”

Like I said before, I will do anything to get free and cheap backlinks to my sites, however, I am not going to use Dormroomcash.com as a site for their network. The reason for this is because I like to have full control over what goes on my site and if I list this site onto their blog network, then I will lose that control. Anyhow, although I don’t plan on putting Dormroomcash.com on their network, I have listed 3 of my other sites on their blog network and it looks like I am already seeing results.

I have been using LinkAuthority.com for roughly 2 weeks now and I love it. There truly is no better way to get simple backlinks like these without paying a high price for them. But like I said, these are free and cheap, the reason, you can buy a daily submission quota if you don’t want to submit a site to their network. This is something that I am doing as a side project to see how well both aspects of their service work. Just to give you an idea, I purchased 1 article submission per day for less than $10. This means that for 30 article submissions I will pay .33 for each one. But with the ability to have 3 links – I am only paying .11 per link.

Setup Your Passive Income

Success Tip #1

“Incremental success is easier than leaps and bounds success”

What this means is that you will be able to easily have small successes but when it comes to large successes, those are hard to come by. For example, for myself I try t create websites that make on average of $50 a month. This would be an incremental success since I am only trying to make a couple dollars each day from them. A leaps and bounds success would be me trying to get a website to make $1,000 a month in only a couple months. Can you understand the difference between the two successes?

Success Tip #2

“Take unproductive time off”

You have probably heard people tell you that you should take some time off every now and then but there is more to it than that. You should not take your most productive time off, only the unproductive time. The reason for doing this, if you are not making money then you might as well do something you love as opposed to sitting around and twiddling your thumbs. Something that I do on a daily basis is go to the gym and exercise for 1 hour. I do this because I know that around 1P.M. every day I will start to tire out so before that happens I go to the gym and get my second wind. You can do whatever you want to but for me this is what I do on a daily basis. As for long stretches of unproductive time, I will go on vacation with my family or just take a couple days off and spend time at the beach.

Now, what are some of your money making success tips? There are a lot of things that you can do in order to help yourself make money and it doesn’t always have to involve working. Just know that some of the most successful people in the world don’t work 24 hours a day 7 days a week, they take time off and you should do. Just remember that you should only take unproductive time off because taking productive time off will be counterproductive.

The whole point of the last post and this post is to show you how to setup a passive income just like I have done. The benefit of having a passive income is that you don’t have to work all the time to keep making money. One of the things that I have done is created over a hundred websites to all bring in a little bit each day. That is what I am going to show you right now.

Before I get to the nuts and bolts of the entire process I just want to give you 10 great niche site ideas that you can start and make good money with. All of the ideas below are geared towards a Google Adsense income and product sales through Amazon’s Associate program.

All of these niche site ideas will make money but you will first need to find the right keywords to target (I will address keywords in a different post). Once you figure out which niche you would like to dive into (and you can choose a different niche than what I have listed above), you can then go to Godaddy.co and buy it. This is what I was talking about in yesterdays post. Right now you can buy a domain name for only $1.99 when you enter “WINTER199” in as a promo code (exclude the quotation marks).

Now, after you buy the domain name you will need to start writing some content for it. This is normally where people have trouble so I wanted to give you some advice on creating great content.

The Best Content Strategy

The first thing that you should do is write articles based around your main niche. The reason you need to do this is so that you can start to get targeted Adsense ads. When writing the content for your site you need to make sure it is very informative and well researched. Most people just write articles for the purpose of writing but you need to make sure that people as well as the search engines like your site.

One tip that I have for you when writing your sites content is to target different keywords. The reason why you need to do this is so that you can expand your search engine traffic and get lots more visitors over the life of the website. As a niche website you have the ability to target many long tail keywords and that is very important. For example, if your niche is “Slate tile flooring”, then you can write articles on “Cheap slate tile flooring”, “Affordable slate tile flooring online” and many other phrases like that. The more you can write with different keywords, the more places your site will be seen online.

Get Your Backlinks

When building niche sites you need to focus as much of your energy on getting backlinks, not just content creation. This is where many people make their biggest mistake. A lot of new website owners will spend hours upon hours creating new content but won’t even 10 minutes creating good backlinks for their website. When I say that you need to get backlinks I mean you need to build links to your homepage and your inner pages. My advice would be to build backlinks at a rate of 5 to 1 (5 links to homepage and 1 link to inner page). With this ratio you should be able to get your entire site to rank well as opposed to only your homepage.

Try Guest Posts

One thing that I strongly recommend is that you write guest posts for other blogs. The benefit of doing this is that you will get some traffic from the blog itself and you will get a link back to your site. This is where I get a lot of my best links and that is why I highly recommend you use this method. Guest posts will require a little bit more work but at the end of the day they are what will help you make a passive income from your website.

Use Web 2.0 properties

Similar to guest posts, web 2.0 properties like WordPress, Squidoo, Blogger, and Weebly will help you get your niche site ranking for the desired keywords. Most people don’t use web 2.0 properties the right way and this is why they are not making the kind of money that they want to. What I highly recommend is that you create a web 2.0 property and then write 1 solid article for it. Then, once you are done with that article and the page is live you should then backlink to that using other web 2.0 properties. This is what I do for most of my long tail keywords and it works extremely well. Just do yourself a favor and keep doing it no matter where you are for your particular keywords.

Ok, so if you want to make money online and setup your passive income, then this is the way I recommend doing it. I have been building niche sites for a while because I see how easy they are to build and how much money I can make without doing anything. If you want to have similar success as I have had, then you need to do exactly what I have been doing. Over the past five or six days I have received at least a dozen emails and around 19 comments from people wanting to know how they can get started making money from a blog. I know that I have already done mine and this promo code has been out for over a month so you might want to hurry so that you can start to earn cash now before it is too late.

Do you know of any ways to make $50 online on a daily basis? If not, that is ok because I am going to show you how you can make $50 on a daily basis. What you need to understand is that you don’t have to make a bunch of money doing one thing, it is much easier to break things down into smaller tasks.

Think about it, how easy is it to make $5 or even $10 doing something? For me, this is pretty easy and the reason is because most things you do online will make you around $3-5. Below are a some of my favorite ways to make money online but remember, you are only trying to make $10 from each one of these tasks.

Freelance Writing – Something that I continue to do in my business is freelance writing and the reason I do it is because it is easy and makes a lot of money. Yes, I make more than $10 a day doing freelance jobs but I have been doing this for a while. What you need to understand is that you could write 2 500 word articles and charge $5 for each one of them to make your $10 goal. Also, there are a lot of websites out there that offer jobs for writers like; Textbroker.com, Elance.com and oDesk.com.

Ebay Sales – As most of you probably already know, I have been a big eBayer for a while. The reason I like eBay is because you can list hundreds or thousands of items for sale and just wait until you start to see some items sell. This is very easy to do once you list the items and that is why I recommend it. Remember, you only need to make $10 so list as many things as you can find around your house and then figure out how much stuff you would need to sell to make that much money. Now, I know there are people out there that say eBay is not even worth it anymore and they are wrong. Ebay still works as long as you calculate the fees into the price so that you are not losing any money.

Fiverr – Something that I have talked about a few times on this blog is Fiverr. I used to use Fiverr quite a bit but then I took some time off from it to do other things. The great thing about Fiverr is that you can sell a product or offer a service and you will make $5 for every sale ($4 after sites commission). Although you are not making  lot of money from what you have to offer on Fiverr, there are a lot of people that use the site so you have a good chance of making 3-5 sales every single day. The only thing you need to remember is that you have to add many different jobs to your portfolio if you want to make decent month.

Photo Sale – Do you like photography? If you like to take pictures and you think they could be worth money to somebody then try to sell them. There are many sites online that sell photos so you could try them out and see how well you do. I have sold some photos before but I didn’t like the fact that at the time my camera wasn’t very good so I stopped. Although I stopped it doesn’t mean you would not have better luck than I did.

Blogging – And now to one of my favorite things to do, blogging. The reason I like to create blogs is so that I have an income that will grow with the success of the blog. I spend a lot of time writing for other people but the way I counter that is by writing for myself too. With over 100 blogs to my name, I have setup a full time income and I don’t even have to do anything. Do I expect you to be there right away? No, this will take some time but it is something you can look forward to. Just know that you only need to make $10 a day from your blog so as long as the traffic is there you won’t have a problem with it.

With all of these ideas you can set a goal of only $10 per day and hope you hit it. Now, the toughest one of these ideas to make your $50 total in one day is blogging and the reason is because you need to setup a website and then build on that. Just know that blogging may take a little bit longer but once you have it setup you will be making a passive income from it for months on end.
