Saat melakukan investasi saham, kamu akan bertemu dengan istilah-istilah yang ada di komunitas investasi. Berikut beberapa istilah yang sering muncul, yang perlu kamu ketahui:

ARA (Auto Reject Atas): Keadaan saat harga suatu saham naik ke level maksimal yang dibolehkan oleh BEI (Bursa Efek Indonesia), yaitu 20% (harga saham di atas 5.000 rupiah), 25% (harga saham 200 sampai 5.000 rupiah), dan 35% (harga saham dibawah 200 rupiah).

ARB (Auto Reject Bawah): Keadaan saat harga suatu saham turun ke level maksimal yang dibolehkan oleh BEI.

Bagger: Keuntungan ratusan persen. Sebagai contoh, “5 bagger” berarti keuntungan 500%.

Bandar: Pihak yang memiliki modal besar. Biasanya, bandar dinilai dapat menggerakkan harga saham.

Bearish: Kondisi saat pasar saham sedang dalam tren turun atau melemah.

Boncos: Keadaan saat investor atau trader mengalami kerugian atau menjual saham di bawah harga belinya.

Bullish: Kondisi saat pasar saham sedang dalam tren naik atau menguat.

Cuan: Keadaan saat investor atau trader mendapat keuntungan dari saham.

Cut Loss (CL): Kegiatan menjual saham setelah melewati batas kerugian yang ditentukan.

Fluktuatif: Naik-turun; gampang berubah.

Fear of Missing Out (FOMO): Takut ketinggalan tren. Misal, ketika komoditas batu bara banyak diperbincangkan, maka seseorang langsung investasi di komoditas tersebut tanpa analisis yang dalam.

Haka (Hajar Kanan): Strategi membeli saham dengan memasang harga tinggi di kolom offer (antrian jual) agar langsung mendapatkan saham yang ingin dibeli tanpa mengantre.

Haki (Hajar Kiri): Strategi menjual saham dengan memasang harga rendah di kolom bid (antrean beli) agar langsung menjual saham yang ingin dijual tanpa mengantri.

Nyangkut: Keadaan ketika harga saham saat ini lebih rendah dibandingkan dengan harga beli.

Pom-pom: Kegiatan yang dilakukan individu atau kelompok yang “mempromosikan dan mengunggulkan” suatu saham agar orang lain membeli saham itu.

Saham Gorengan: Saham yang pergerakannya dianggap tidak mencerminkan kondisi fundamental dan volume dan nilai transaksi hariannya tidak wajar.

Serok: Membeli saham saat harganya sudah turun secara signifikan.

Saham blue chip: Saham dengan ukuran kapitalisasi pasar yang besar. Biasanya saham blue chip juga dianggap memiliki fundamental yang baik dan produk nya sering dipakai oleh masyarakat. Contoh: Indofood CBP ($ICBP), Unilever Indonesia ($UNVR), dan Bank Central Asia ($BBCA).

Saham gocap: Saham yang harganya Rp50, berada tepat di level paling rendah di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Ini berlaku untuk perusahaan yang tercatat pada papan utama dan pengembangan dan tidak bisa turun lagi. Sehingga, apabila harga saham tidak naik, investor atau trader bisa mengalami kesulitan untuk menjual harga saham. Namun, dengan adanya papan akselerasi di Bursa Efek Indonesia, perusahaan-perusahaan yang ada di sana harga nya bisa turun sampai dengan Rp1.

Short selling: Transaksi penjualan efek di mana efek yang dimaksud tidak dimiliki oleh penjual pada saat transaksi dilaksanakan. Transaksi short sell akan menghasilkan profit ketika harga saham turun.

Tebar fear: Kegiatan yang dilakukan individu atau kelompok yang “menjelekkan” suatu saham agar orang lain menjual saham itu.

Take Profit (TP): Kegiatan menjual saham setelah mencapai target price yang diinginkan investor.

Transaksi margin: Transaksi pembelian efek untuk kepentingan nasabah yang dibiayai oleh perusahaan efek.

Hu: Singkatan dari “Suhu”, yaitu orang yang dianggap profesional dan lihai dalam investasi atau trading saham.

Ketinggalan kereta: Keadaan saat investor atau trader ingin membeli saham namun harganya sudah mengalami peningkatan yang signifikan.

Scalper = Strategy Trading dalam waktu yang relatif singkat

Sebuah banjir adalah peristiwa yang terjadi ketika aliran air yang berlebihan merendam daratan. Pengarahan banjir Uni Eropa mengartikan banjir sebagai perendaman sementara oleh air pada daratan yang biasanya tidak terendam air. Dalam arti "air mengalir", kata ini juga dapat berarti masuknya pasang laut. Banjir diakibatkan oleh volume air di suatu badan air seperti sungaiatau danau yang meluap atau menjebol bendungan sehingga air keluar dari batasan alaminya.

Ukuran danau atau badan air terus berubah-ubah sesuai perubahan curah hujan dan pencairan salju musiman, namun banjir yang terjadi tidak besar kecuali jika air mencapai daerah yang dimanfaatkan manusia seperti desa, kota, dan permukiman lain.

Banjir juga dapat terjadi di sungai, ketika alirannya melebihi kapasitas saluran air, terutama di kelokan sungai. Banjir sering mengakibatkan kerusakan rumah dan pertokoan yang dibangun di dataran banjir sungai alami. A collision is an isolated event in which two or more moving bodies (colliding bodies) exert forces on each other for a relatively short time.

Although the most common colloquial use of the word "collision" refers to accidents in which two or more objects collide, the scientific use of the word "collision" implies nothing about the magnitude of the forces.

Some examples of physical interactions that scientists would consider collisions:

An insect touches its antenna to the leaf of a plant. The antenna is said to collide with leaf.
A cat walks delicately through the grass. Each contact that its paws make with the ground is a collision. Each brush of its fur against a blade of grass is a collision.

Collision is short duration interaction between two bodies or more than two bodies simultaneously causing change in motion of bodies involved due to internal forces acted between them during this. Collisions involve forces (there is a change in velocity). The magnitude of the velocity difference at impact is called the closing speed. All collisions conserve momentum. What distinguishes different types of collisions is whether they also conserve kinetic energy.Line of impact - It is the line which is common normal for surfaces are closest or in contact during impact. This is the line along which internal force of collision acts during impact and Newton's coefficient of restitution is defined only along this line.

Collisions play an important role in cue sports. Because the collisions between billiard balls are nearly elastic, and the balls roll on a surface that produces low rolling friction, their behavior is often used to illustrate Newton's laws of motion. interaction is a nice thing in a game. where users can define their own without keinginya be set primarily by the engine. thus what a computer can interact with it. ate than that required an excellent data scipt for it.

then of the friends I was with friends trying to make it the basis of multimedia interactions using java script unity which has kompenen well in the interaction and use 3d models are now again on the rise.

Keyloger, apa itu keylogger?? kalau menurut saya, keylogger adalah sebuah software atau piranti lunak yang berfungsi untuk mencatat segala aktivitas yang kita lakukan di computer atau bisa desebut juga sebagai mata - mata komputer. Mulai dari kita menekan a-z, 0-9, kombinasi keyboard seperti ctrl+C dan lain-lain akan tercatat oleh keylogger.

Cara kerja keyloger bersifat hidden (tersembunyi). Biasanya dia akan muncul di systray jika kita melakukan kombinasi keyboard (shortcut tertentu) . Keren sekaligus menakutkan kan sob?? coba kalau keylogger di instal di warnet?? facebook orang pun dengan mudah bisa kita ambil alih.

Pesan saya, sebaiknya keylogger ini dipergunakan dengan bijak, karena perbuatan yang kita tanam hari ini kita akan memetik hasilnya di masa yang akan datang. Dan yang penting, segala perbuatan yang anda lakukan, saya tidak bertangggung jawab atas semua yang terjadi. disini saya hanya sharing aja ke sobat-sobat blogger.
