Raimundo Font Family by Latinotype

weandthecolor:

Raimundo Font Family by Latinotype
Latinotype’s Raimundo font family has eight weights from Thin to ExtraBold and 541 glyphs. It also has alternates for a, e and g, plus typographic emoticons. It’s a rounded sans between geometric and grotesque, built for snack aisles and FMCG packaging. My take: the emoticons belong in the copy, never in the logo. Full guide on WE AND THE COLOR.

The 5 Best Scrapbook Photo Albums I Found on Amazon

weandthecolor:

The 5 Best Scrapbook Photo Albums I Found on Amazon
Honestly, scrapbook photo albums make better Christmas gifts than most shoppers expect, but the popular 8×8 kraft book has a flaw. A standard 4×6 print fills most of its page. So the owner gets one photo per side and little room for anything else. One Amazon buyer says she trimmed and overlapped prints just to fit two.
Christmas is under three months away, and Amazon currently advertises Prime Big Deal Days for October 6 and 7. That makes this the right week to choose. I compared five popular listings and ranked them by how well they handle real prints.

Neurath X Mono Font Family by René Bieder

Wed, 30 Sep 2026 13:03:01 +0200

weandthecolor:

Neurath X Mono Font Family by René Bieder
Neurath X Mono is René Bieder’s fixed-width companion to Neurath X. The family has 18 styles, from Thin to Black with matching italics. It starts from Futura and borrows ideas from Bayer’s Universal Alphabet and Lubalin’s ITC Ronda. The design bet is an unusually wide cell plus a sharply raised x-height, so round letters stay round on a grid. It includes ligatures, tabular figures, stylistic sets, and support for 200+ Latin-based languages. Made for code, interfaces, branding, and display type.

Why Does This Brand Guidelines Brochure Template Work So Well in Adobe InDesign?

weandthecolor:

Why Does This Brand Guidelines Brochure Template Work So Well in Adobe InDesign?
A good brand guidelines brochure template should save design time without making the final document look templated. Makes sense, right? And this one gets surprisingly close because Designcy Studio gives the 22-page A4 layout a clear editorial rhythm, then uses orange, dark green, pale blue, black, and white to separate information without clutter.

The NOVBYX E-Bike Ditches Welded Joints for Curved Profiles and Clamps
A frame with zero welded joints, a 250 W hub motor, and 77 numbered Founders bikes. NOVBYX looks like the most honest e-bike design in years. But the makers still owe us a lab report, a frame material, and a range figure. We checked the press kit, the patent number, and the Kickstarter math.

Monsta Mash Halloween Font Duo by Nicky Laatz
Monsta Mash is a party font, and it knows it. Nicky Laatz’s Halloween duo pairs drippy caps with a wobbly script. My rating is 30 percent spook, 70 percent sweet. The best part is the outline backing layer, and I explain how to stack it. Halloween is 32 days out. Do your invites need this?

WTF Hammer Font Family by W Type Foundry

Mon, 28 Sep 2026 11:11:16 +0200

weandthecolor:

WTF Hammer Font Family by W Type Foundry
WTF Hammer by W Type Foundry is a modern grotesk superfamily with 12 widths, from Super Condensed to Wide, and a matching italic for each. It is built for headlines, posters, and layouts that fight narrow columns. My rule for it: pick the width from the column first, then set the size, and never use more than two widths in one layout.
