The complex comprises a newly built main villa (124 m² usable) and a smaller apartment adapted from an existing agricultural structure (41 m²), totaling 206 m² of built-up area. The architecture draws directly from the Apulian vernacular—tufo stone walls, pietra Leccese floors, reed-covered pergolas, a walkable flat roof, and an external staircase—while the interiors apply a restrained material palette of wood, linen, rattan, and stone. Outdoor spaces include a pool deck, fireplace terrace, outdoor kitchen, and verandas.
