Cars For Stars is a professional car hire company offering
luxury limousines and chauffeur driven executive cars and coaches.

Cars For Stars asked Dreamshock to attend the video shoot of
a promotional TV advert for Car For Stars. Our job was to film and produce a
behind the scenes promotional video of the advert in the making.

We captured sound bites of the crew and cast behind the
scenes and mixed real life footage with still photographs of the limos and
cast. The TV advert was based around college
students going to their prom. The advert needed to have a professional feel yet
fun and upbeat tempo and pace for viewers.

branding opportunities to prospective sponsors. Our brief was to create several environments in 3D of how
a typical WSB event would look. From the entrance foyer through to hospitality
and the actual boxing ring we worked closely to guideline s to ensure branding

The Lee Group is based in the demolition industry, therefore this edit had to retain that style and imagery.

Kudos are leaders in the wedding entertainment industry, providing both DJs and event theming services.

We set about first creating Karl a brand mascot robot which is now set to be the face of Kudos.

Once he was created and full rigged in 3D, we started creating a small 3D world for Karl to be animated in.

Based on a mini story, Karl enters Kudos HQ, and checks out video footage of the different services that Kudos Provide.

We took the best shots from around 2 hours of supplied footage and laid this down amongst the 3D renders.

Everything was created in Cinema4D before animating and doing a final pass layer in After Effects

The programme is to be shown on across the Disney Channel in the UK, and therefore needed a UK spin to the graphics piece.

We decided to use the foundation to the movie principal, whereby a house floats away with thousands of helium balloons.

To accomplish this we found a normal London street with a standard terraced house and using Cinema4D and after effects, we lifted the house up and over to Pixar HQ in San Fransico!

It was created for both Disney and UK cinema giants - ODEON, to promote the upcoming 3D motion picture releases from Disneys Pixar Animation Studios.

We had to produce the high res 3D renders at a resolution of 2K so the projected graphics remained sharp across all cinema screen sizes.

We rendered the high resolution composite files out of Maxons Cinema4D

The piece was shown nationwide across all Odeon Cinemas.

Once shown across UK cinemas, we were then asked to create and re-edit the piece for international delivery, and were asked to create versions for America, South America, and also Belgium and Europe

Hannah Montana GFX (Title Sequence and Elements)

This week saw the huge launch of the new Disney Movie: Hannah Montana.
We were asked to create a title sequence for the documentary covering the release, which is to be shown on the Disney Chanel May1st, 2nd, and 3rd.

The initial task was to create the 3D environment to set the scene, which we chose to be a red carpet feel.

Then we began to build the city blocks, sky scrapers, and crowds. Finally once the camera motion paths were set, we rendered the 3D elements before creating effects in After Effects.

Clips from the Hannah Montana movie were used to help set the scene. All 3D elements were created using Maxons Cinema 4D.

** In addition this project now includes similar titles created for the Jonas Brothers Movie Premiere.

ShowDVD Vol7: Latina (DVD Creation & Graphics)

We have just finished working on the most recent Show Magazine DVD,
Volume 7: Latina Lovers. The style had to reflect the recent issue
content, which was primarily a bright coloured issue, and we were asked
to reproduce this and convert from a 2D print version and bring to life
for the motion graphics on the DVD.

Volume 7 - Latina Lovers

We
initially began by creating the branding / style and logo for this
particular volume. Once the design was established, we went on to
create the cover artwork in the same style. We also created and edited
the 12 movies that are shown on the disk as well as creating all the
motion graphics needed for the DVD. Once the edits were complete we went on to author the motion menus and dvd disk.

NEC Motorcycle Show (Title Graphics & Elements)

We have just finished creating the recent title sequence for the Carole Nash NEC Bike Show 2008.

Featuring a hybrid motorcycle/panther character as the forefront of this sequence, we began to animate and bring it to life. Creating movements in the head, tail, and other elements such as breath on the nostrils, we managed to create quite a lifelike quality to the final render.

We also encoporated live footage from previous events, which helped give the sequence a sense of depth.

Created solely using After Effects 3D, and the new puppet tool, we were very pleased with the end result.
