For your information, "F" stands for Fats in this article. Crash that Fats you have in your body. What's your best weight loss plans? Losing weight but maintaining good health is key. Here's what i do:
1) Eat healthy - Fresh fruits and vegetables everyday. Fresh fruits excluding red apple, banana, mangoes as they are high sugar in content. I will rather opt for something citrus which will improve my bowels and also eliminate the fats out.
2) No deep-fry food - Yes, chips are tempting, especially nachos. But i will not let myself munch on anything that is deep fry. This improves your skin too!
3) Choose olive oil - Cook your meals with olive oil instead for a healthier living.
4) Exercising - Of course exercising is the way out. Jog every 3 times a week. Situps and yoga works!

Designers can sometimes get all messed up when they presented the trend on the track fails to take off. There are also trends that have very little chance of making it big, but somehow become such a success on and off the track.

We have five improbable huge trends that are currently among the fashionistas cool and well on the way to take the streets. Most of these trends are simply too weird and over the top.

1. Pajamas
PJs have never seen much of the daylight, it is usually supported by a keen interest in anything with clashes and strong impressions. They are very comfortable and stylish if you really know how put it off. It is all about the cut and the right pair of shoes, heels, of course!

2. Platforms
These stocky platforms come in a variety of colors and shapes. It is still not too cool to wear it out to nightclubs and parties.

3. Sharp nails
Many girls suffered cuts and scratches due to this dangerous trend. Well this is not really what is dangerous, we're just a little so dramatic. This is certainly bold and very fatal woman.

4. Jelly sandals
It is a return to the seventies. Azealia Banks has been featured in Grazia's frozen Moschino dress with a matching pen. Jelly sandals are practical and comfortable. Not till you try one on.

5. Against undercut
Well, it's not really that new, but we are not surprised that many girls are still wondering when they are going to undermine their hairdressers. Rihanna and Alice Dellal are sticking to their guns rocking the remains of their own unique way. Rihanna with her curls and Alice Dellal with her bad attitude.

Yes. I believe everyone has dreams and many "to buy" or "to do" items. Dream list came about because there are too many "NEEDS & WANTS" vs "NOT ENOUGH CASH/CREDIT" to fulfil the dreams. Prices are increasing everyday. Why not create a dream list of your own to avoid overspending and actually you can save a little more to realise your dreams? This list determines your reasons "Why":

1) You are asked not to hold back your dreams and rather to have it on a list! 2) Put a price on those items of your dreams. 3) Post an amount that you would keep aside or save to fulfil your dreams. This way, you will know if you are working out your plans correctly or not.

As you post the amount on your list, you will watch your finances more closely and distinguish the luxuries and the needs that we dream of. Most importantly, you need to start believing that you will achieve your financial goals to fulfil your dreams.

So have fun with your makeup, and try to keep some of the following secrets in mind....
Choosing appropriate eye color:
Satin textured shadows are great for day-wearShimmery or iridescent shadows create a bold statement, i.e. wear for a night out!Pastel colors work well with cool skin tonesEarth colors work well with warm skin tonesDark eye shadow compliments large eyesLight eye shadow allows your natural eye color to be the main focus.

For a more dramatic eye:
Eye pencils create smokier looks than liquid liner.Curl lashes ¾ the way towards lids, twice before applying mascara, once after first coat dries.When using pigment (shadow) that is dark or loose, place a paper towel under your bottom lash line to catch the stray color and minimize raccoon eyes.Dab a tiny bit of light, iridescent shadow to the inside of your upper lid (by nose) and lightly above the outer part of your eyebrow. This makes eyes appear lively! The key here is to do so subtly!Lining the entire top lid has a maximizing effect, lining half minimizes – make your choice based upon preference.Clear mascara works wonders for keeping brows in place!
