When is Lara Croft and the Temple of Osiris launching on mobile?

On September 8th, 2026. It’ll be a Try Before You Buy system. You’ll get the first level for free and unlock the full game with a single $9.99 in-app payment. The game will offer customisation of the touchscreen controls for the twin-stick gameplay. It will also offer the uses of supported gamepads and a compatible mouse and keyboard.

As for the story, Lara has to reunite the Fragments of Osiris while dealing with Set, the God of Chaos, who is trying to enslave all humans. She runs around cursed Egyptian tombs, blasting hordes of undead enemies, swinging across gaps, grappling around ancient ruins and solving puzzles.

Temple of Osiris is an isometric action-adventure game with fast-paced combat, platforming and puzzle-solving. On mobile, you’ll be able to bomb and blast your way through combat arenas, while jumping, dodging and rolling around enemies. Also, you can trade guns up for shotguns, machine guns and flamethrowers. There are also rings and amulets that boost your stats.

Lara Croft and the Temple of Osiris Mobile includes multiplayer. You can play solo, too, but the game supports online and local wireless co-op with up to three other players. Catch a glimpse of the game in this announcement trailer below.

Sultan’s Game turns the extravagant One Thousand and One Nights setting into a dark fantasy survival card RPG

Here, every decision can come back to bite you. You’re playing as a minister serving a capricious and cruel Sultan, and unfortunately for you, he’s decided to make your life into a deadly game. Every seven days, you draw a card. That card has to be fulfilled within those seven days. Fail to do it and, well, there’s an executioner waiting for you.

The cards revolve around things like Carnality, Extravagance, Conquest and Bloodshed, with each one demanding something different from you. They’re dangerous desires turned into ticking death sentences. But, on the brighter side, they also give you the freedom to act without consequence in ways you normally couldn’t.

There aren’t any obvious good or bad routes you can just follow in Sultan’s Game. Your choices reshape the story. You could become the Sultan’s favoured confidant, or secretly start plotting his assassination. You could stay loyal to someone you love, or give in to forbidden desire.

Underneath all of that story and choices is a turn-based resource management system, too. You’ll use cards to command allies and assets, complete objectives, and build your power while collecting wealth, intelligence and equipment.

Sultan’s Game offers more than 50 endings. Your choices determine whether you die as a loyal sycophant, become a kingslayer or dragon slayer, overthrow the tyrant, walk away into a peaceful life with your beloved, or summon dark forces capable of bringing the world to its knees.

Onmyoji Arena – 4.2 Score On Google Play

Onmyoji Arena is a relatively recent offering by NetEase. This takes place in the same universe as the publisher’s gacha RPG, Onmyoji. It’s got a wonderful art style based on Asian mythology and even features a 3v3v3 battle royale-style mode.

Heroes Evolved – 4.3 Score On Google Play

Heroes Evolved has a huge library of over 50 heroes to choose from, including real-world heroes like Bruce Lee. There’s also a wide variety of play modes, a clan system, lots of gear to unlock and customize your characters, and no pay-to-win.

Battle Bay – 4.1 Score On Google Play

Rovio’s MOBA takes things in a different direction from a lot of titles in the genre, with the battles taking place on water in weaponized boats. Different crafts have their own skill sets and roles to play. The result is a game that gives a breath of fresh air in a genre where an awful lot of additions just want to emulate the aesthetics of LoL.

One Piece Bounty Rush – 4.3 Score On Google Play

This is a slightly unusual one, but might be worth your time if you’re a fan of the Straw Hats. Compete to secure loot, and deal with the rival crew attempting to do the same.

The art style is nice and does a decent job of recreating the visuals of One Piece in 3D. Many players aren’t massive fans of the rather Pay To Win aspects of the in-game purchases, so use with caution, but it is a higher quality that a lot of the One Piece mobile titles out there.

Let’s get into the titles.

Titan Quest: Legendary Edition – 4.4 Score On Google Play

A mythology laced Diablo-like that sees you hacking and slashing your way through hordes of foes. It’s massive, and this complete edition includes all of the DLC ever released for the game as well.

This one is a premium game and you’ll get everything with a single – pretty expensive – purchase. (Though it’s pretty frequently on sale on Google Play, so if you can wait a month or so you’ll probably be able to get it at half price, or better.) It is generally regarded as the superior version over the basic Titan Quest, which scores a fair bit lower.

Pascal’s Wager – 3.3 Score On Google Play (Though see below.)

There’s more than a shade of Dark Souls here. Lots of massive monsters, challenging combat and a dark story full of gloom and more gloom. The whole thing is presented with AAA polish and regular DLC will keep you coming back for more. It’s premium, with the added content as IAPs.

We’re aware that the Google Play score is 3.3 as of the time of updating this guide. This would normally be below the threshhold we’d consider for a ‘best’ game, but the reviews imply most one star reviews come from encountering connection bugs that the dev suggested fixes for, so we’re prepared to let it slide for the moment.

Grimvalor – 4.6 Score On Google Play

Another dark and gloomy game with tight, engaging combat. This one’s a side-scroller with some metroidvania twists, though. It’s tricky in all the ways you want it to be, well polished and it’s got loads of tricks up its sleeve. You can get the first couple of hours or so for free, then unlock everything else with an IAP. 

Implosion: Never Lose Hope – 3.3 Score On Google Play

A cyberpunk hack-a-thon that’s filled with aliens and robots and all sorts of other things to slice and shoot into fizzing chunks. It feels like it owes a lot to the works of Platinum, and we can’t think of much higher praise than that. You can play a chunk for free and unlock the rest with a one-time IAP.

This is another one with a pretty low score, but it is less the game itself, and more a very specific reason at this point in time. The game has some compatibility issues with anything Android 14 and later. The devs are, apparently, working on dealing with this, at least. So we’ll keep it on the list pending some changes. For now, anyway.

AnimA – 3.9 Score On Google Play

A dark and gory dungeon crawler with plenty of nooks and crannies to find and kill things in. There’s a lot of depth here, and you’re going to find yourself sinking into the experience if it tickles your fancy. It’s free to play, but there are a few IAP that you can pretty much ignore entirely if you want to. 

Trials of Mana – 4.2 Score On Google Play

An ARPG with a classic JRPG flavor. Travel around a big, bright world, kicking and cutting your way through a bunch of monsters as you explore and discover. There’s a great story and loads of things to see, do, and kill. It’s a premium game with a pretty steep price tag, but it’s got the polish to make it worth it. 

Soul Knight Prequel – 4.5 Score On Google Play

The next in line to the formidable Soul Knight series brings everything we loved in the first one, but bigger and better.

Dragon Quest Builders – 4.1 Score On Google Play

Dragon Quest is a pretty formidable series, though Builders brings a very different vibe to the whole thing, as action RPG meets Minecraft with a world of fantasy and oddly endearing monsters. Use your building ability ingeniously to punch above your weight against bosses.

Hyper Light Drifter – 3.5 Score On Google Play

This gorgeous-looking top-down action RPG has a heap of good reviews and awards to its name, and it’s easy to understand why. Explore a grim world and take it and the terrible monsters it provides. With Android, you get the Special Edition with fresh extra content.

This is another one rated under where we’d expect it to be, though, and we’ve noticed a lot of players having issues with connecting controllers, so that might be enough to give you pause if that’s a must for you.

9th Dawn Remake – 4.6 Score On Google Play

A massive open world RPG with a retro vibe… even for the time of the original. The OG 9th Dawn spawned a whole series, and now it’s back with a fresh coat of paint. There’s even online co-op so you can play with your friends.

This is the sixth Reigns game on Android, after Reigns (2016), Her Majesty (2017), Game of Thrones (2018), Three Kingdoms (2022), and The Witcher (2026). It’s a typical Reigns game. You get a card, you swipe left or right, and that choice changes what happens next.

Not to be mistaken with Tinder

Reigns: Beyond takes place in space. You’re not ruling a medieval kingdom this time. You’re the leader of an intergalactic indie rock band, travelling from planet to planet and gig to gig, trying to become the biggest band in the galaxy.

You’ll play clubs across the cosmos and recruit alien band members. You’ve got a ship and a crew to manage, and your decisions affect your resources, ship health, crew relationships and the overall cohesion of the band.

You can unlock the legendary Galactic Guitars and fight pirates and overzealous tax collectors in swiping-based space dogfights. You also get to hang out on your ship for band practice and help lost space travellers figure out where they’re supposed to go.

Reigns: Beyond lets you meet more than 60 characters, including your manager Lord Shark, Strombo the scholarly mollusc, Gron the space bear and your crew, plus the ship’s know-it-all AI. There are more than 1,400 decision cards, and the game also offers mini-games, including space combat.

The weird little space-rock version of Reigns is now available on mobile for $4.99. There’s also currently a 40% discount, bringing it down to $2.99, with the offer running until August 22, 2026. So, get Reigns: Beyond from the Google Play Store.

It’s also the series’ 10th anniversary

Developer Nerial and publisher Devolver Digital are celebrating the milestone with a massive free update for Reigns on PC and mobile. It adds 190 new cards, new objectives, new deaths, new characters and a secret ending.

Meanwhile, there are also discounts across the whole Reigns series for a limited time. On the Google Play Store, the discounts run until August 20th, 2026. The original Reigns is 67% off at $2.99, Reigns: Game of Thrones is 67% off at $3.99, Reigns: Her Majesty is 67% off at $2.99, and Reigns: The Witcher is 30% off at $5.99.

The Heartopia x Dave the Diver event runs until September 7th, 2026

In this collab, Dave gets himself into trouble again. He gets lured into Whalefall Canyon by a beautiful mandarin fish and ends up washed up in the world of Heartopia. That’s when he discovers that his oxygen tank has malfunctioned. Even worse, the diving valve components have been scattered all over the seafloor.

During the event, you can explore the new ocean map and collect Diving Valves, which act as the event currency. You can also pick up extra valves by taking part in ocean cleanup activities and collecting various ocean collectibles.

Then you take all the Diving Valves over to the dedicated Event Shop and start grabbing the crossover goodies. There’s Dave’s instantly recognisable blue and yellow wetsuit, his oxygen tank backpack, other Dave the Diver-themed clothes and accessories, and furniture. You can also grab recipes based on some of the dishes served at Bancho Sushi.

All of the rewards in the Heartopia x Dave the Diver collab can be earned through ocean gameplay. The Event Shop will stay open until September 10th, too, so you’ve got a few extra days after the event ends to spend any Diving Valves you’ve collected.

Ever since its launch in January this year. Heartopia has dropped some awesome collabs. There was My Little Pony and SANRIO CHARACTERS before Dave. Although Dave the Diver is more arcade-y and RPG-ish and Heartopia is all about kicking back and living your best little life, the collab is still an exciting one to try.

What’s the story?

A bunch of anthropomorphic dogs and cats, known as Caninu and Felineko, are stuck dealing with a very serious war. One night, a peaceful village gets dragged into the middle of the war, and a group of children decides they have to do something to save their families.

Their solution? Climb aboard a gigantic tank called the Taranis and go charging into the conflict. Putting these kids into different gun turrets on the tank is one of your tasks. The children actually live inside the tank together, develop emotions, and build affinity with one another. Managing those relationships can change how their journey plays out.

And then there’s the Taranis, which is a giant walking question mark with tank treads. It’s an ancient weapon that has a will of its own. When things get really bad, it can unleash the Soul Cannon, a forbidden weapon.

The game has turn-based combat. Speaking of which, the combat is a streamlined version of Fire Emblem but without the traditional grid. Alongside, there are friendship mechanics, special attacks, and time between battles for management.

A big part of Fuga: Melodies of Steel is the choices you’re forced to make

There are situations where you have to decide whether you’re willing to make sacrifices to get through a desperate situation. By the way, Fuga: Melodies of Steel is the first title in the trilogy. This one is the first game where eleven children command a tank to rescue their families.

The second instalment was released in 2023 and takes place a year after the war. The third and final entry released in 2025. Fuga: Melodies of Steel is also the fourth game in the Little Tail Bronx series, although chronologically it serves as a prequel to Tail Concerto and Solatorobo: Red the Hunter.

Fuga: Melodies of Steel is now available on the Google Play Store for a hefty price of $23.99.

The mobile version of Little Kitty, Big City will include the full adventure from PC and consoles. It will have an all-new mobile control system with colourful visual cues and a design built around how a cat moves and interacts with the world.

It’s an exclusive augmented reality mode. You can bring the kitty into your real-world surroundings and see its mischief, adorable hats, and purrsonality through AR. It’s a mobile-only addition, so players on the other platforms won’t have this one.

Apart from that, you get the complete story and all the exploration. That includes the Kitty Customizer and the full Picture Purrfect Update, which was released separately on other platforms. The game’s animations and humour do a great job of capturing authentic cat behaviour. Take a look at it below.

By the way, in the game, you’re a curious little kitty with a big personality who’s gotten lost in a huge city. So, you’re trying to find your way back home. Technically. Because there are way too many distractions.

You can wander around the colourful open world at your own pace, meet stray animals, help them with little jobs, and wear a ridiculous collection of hats. That peaceful catnap you started with turns into a full adventure through the city.

You can also decide to be especially mischievous. That might mean visiting a nearby shopkeeper and ruining their day by rearranging jars of jam, taking a nap in the sunshine, stealing a stranger’s bagel, knocking over fragile planters, or committing all kinds of harmless victimless cat crimes.

So what’s Monopoly Go all about? Well, it’s a casual mobile game twist on the classic, family get-together-ruining board game. You can team up with your friends to get rich, or stab each other in the back if you so choose. It’s not like anyone can flip the board over.

The game plays like Coin Master, though the gameplay involves rolling dice on a traditional Monopoly board rather than spinning slots. Similarly to Coin Master, you can only roll a certain number of times before the game starts asking you for money.

Consider the tips below to be a checklist of daily activities you should perform to maximize the number of Monopoly Go free rolls you can get.

Facebook Gifts

Follow the official Facebook, as Scopely has started to dish out free gifts via that channel. It’s not quite daily just yet, but it should grow over time.

Instagram Stories

Scopely is now giving away Monopoly GO free dice on the official Instagram, though usually via competition. Follow the group and see what you can get!

Daily Links

Much like Coin Master, Monopoly GO! gives away a handful of free dice via links per day. However, unlike Coin Master, they’re very difficult to get hold of and only drop in Discord.

They also expire incredibly quickly, so you’ll have to set up notifications and keep checking back throughout the day. There are plenty of rolls on offer via this method though, so it’s worth it even though it’s frustrating.

Play Regularly

You should play regularly to maximize the number of Monopoly GO free rolls you get. Why? Well, you get a free roll every five minutes, and this number is capped at 30 initially, though you can lift it by leveling up.

What that means is, that once you have 30 rolls ready to go, you can no longer earn any further free rolls. By not playing every single time this cap is reached, you’re, effectively, wasting rolls. Set up notifications so you never forget, or simply check in twice per day to ensure that you’re always spending your free rolls.

Town Upgrades

You can spend the cash you earn from rolling dice on town upgrades, including statues, buildings, and other real-life points of interest. Once you’ve built all the upgrades a town has to offer, and upgraded them to the max, your town is considered complete and you move on to the next one.

When this happens, you earn Monopoly Go free rolls that you can use on the board. That’s right – it pays to spend in Monopoly Go.

Level Up

As you roll dice and spend money, your net worth increases and this number represents your level. As your net worth increases, you earn various rewards that can occasionally include free rolls.

The only way you can increase your net worth is by playing though, so this is more something that will just happen as you progress.

Complete Albums

Much like in Coin Master, you can occasionally open sticker packs that reward you with stickers. These are all part of a specific album, and if you complete the album you get rewards that can include free rolls.

You earn stickers as you play, via events, or for daily logins, so don’t worry too much about chasing them down. You can trade duplicates with friends, or by joining the trading group on Facebook.

Login Rewards

The first time you login to Monopoly Go each day, you earn a reward. Yes, these can include free rolls! You can check the rewards on a weekly basis, so you always know when to expect some dice.

Daily Challenges

Each day, you can complete three simple challenges to get your hands on some quick rewards. As you can expect, these do include free wins on occasion, so make sure to check in each day and complete them.

These daily challenges all go towards weekly rewards too, so make sure to keep completing these every day.

Add Friends

Each time you invite a friend and they start playing Monopoly Go, you earn 30 free rolls. Go crazy and invite as many people as possible.

Hoa on mobile might feel like you’re walking through a living painting

Yes, the hand-painted art in the game is that good. The environments are full of forests, caves, mossy rocks, sunlight filtering through trees and giant leaves. It has a soft, hand-drawn animation look that will instantly remind you of your favourite Studio Ghibli movie.

You play as Hoa, a small fairy who can bring life back to the world around her. After being away from her homeland for a long time, she returns and finds that the ecosystems she once knew need her help again. So, she travels through forests, hidden caves and sun-drenched clearings to gradually uncover pieces of her own past and the history of the land.

Hoa purely focuses on flow. You move around using intuitive physics-based movement, solve environmental puzzles and just wander around at your own pace. There are also plenty of weird little forest creatures hanging around. Some can help Hoa reach higher platforms, while others communicate the history of the forest through their little interactions.

The soundtrack is a pretty big part of the game. Hoa has an orchestral score recorded with live instruments, and the music dynamically changes alongside your movement. Catch a glimpse of the game in the trailer below.

The mobile version of Hoa is exclusive to Crunchyroll Mega and Ultimate Fan Memberships. It’s optimised specifically for mobile, with touchscreen controls, no ads, and no in-app purchases for members. You can pre-register the game on the Google Play Store. It launches on September 9th, 2026.
